PoP poison book?
Is there a book or parchment with the PoP poison recipes? I’ve come across most of the other poison recipes in game but never any of the PoP ones.
Were these recipes discovered by trial and error or is there a source somewhere?

Yikes!! It’s mind numbing to think of how many combines had to be done to come up with the list we have now…
So potentially there are more out there? The black marble mortar a pestle has been haunting me but I’m still working on the master sketch so I wont be able to do any real experiments for a while.
We know of 11 types advanced poisons. Seems to me that’s an odd number (no pun intended), there’s got to be one more. Maybe one that can only be done with the master sketch?
I know I’m not the first to think along these lines but man, it’s been bugging me.

There was quest-type text that led to the discovery of the suspension/mercury/etc stuff. The actual poison combines were trial and error.
As for "one missing", no, there really doesn't have to be more. Any poison has an entry in the spell data file. We knew all the poisons and their effects right away - we just didn't know how to make them. There would not be another poison to be made without an entry in the spell data file, therefore there is no missing poison.
Of course that doesn't mean there couldn't be a new recipie combination to produce an existing poison. In fact a new combination was discovered with the trade interface and the recipie listing that went with it.

If I am not crazy I believe I saw a PoP poison that, when used, increases STR and DEX or STR and STA for a certain amount of time. Does anyone know anything about it?

Well, I was at the poison merchants and I saw a 5 dose poison, I think it might have been 5 Dose Poison of Greater Power or something like that. I inspected it and it said something about Increasing STR and something else for a certain amount of time, 30 mins I believe.
