I use AOL...but they are with Google so i don't know how to answer :lol

google is amazingly quick, probably because it doesnt have lots of graphics to load

apparantly not! I have it as my homepage, but I sometimes use ask.co.uk - not sure if that's part of google or some other search engine though

I tend to use yahoo as I have a mail account there. In work though, google is much better.

definitely google for me too. yahoo and altavista became quite bad but i used them a lot in the past. and ask.com is good to find rare things.

I have the google toolbar and I don't need to go to google.com to find anything and it's amazing. So much easier and better than anything else

Altavista must have been one of the earliest ones. I used to use it years ago when I first came on the net, there weren't so many then.

I find nothing beats google though!

I use Google as a home page. Love the advanced search mechanism for images. In fact that may have been how I found Famous Males and a link that led me to into this black hole in the first place.

Google is the only one I trust to get me ALL the results available! Before I found google I could never find anything on the net!!

Google has been getting alot of star-attention lately! Over the past month, it's been mentioned in episodes of both Sex & The City and Malcolm In The Middle!

There has been speculation for months that Google will go public (sell stock), but they seem to be holding out. Yahoo actually uses Google as their search engine, having given up on Inktomi some time back. I like Google's two owners. Larry Page was working on a PhD in electonics at Stanford when he met Sergey Brin, born in Moscow. They are apparently workaholics and employees get fed by a well-known chef in the company kitchen (or campus kitchen as the Silicon Valley high tech folks like to call business areas. They only started Google in 1998. Larry is 31 and Sergey is 30.
