Question on Stealth workings
Okay I autotrained Stealth until I hit level 46 and I started buying stealth. So I have never really had it work much until now.

So at lvl 47 I have 32 +10 stealth..
I got Detect Hidden at 16 Stealth.. that sees other Hidden Players?

Then what good isthe See Hidden RA? Detects stealthed that don't have Detect Hidden.. ??

I know they just changed See Hidden a patch ago or so, could someone help me out here?

So can Assassins see each other at all times, stealthed or no?

Detect hidden expands your bubble to see stealthed players. Meaning you can see stealthed chars better not automatically. See hidden makes you see char's without the detect hidden ability (such as scouts, hunters etc) automatically.
