They fluctate a bit. My guess is they lower the prices once and while to beat the competition.

Looks like they took a dump here... It's costing $30 less for a 128 chip and $20 less for a 256 chip... KEWL!

256 mb of ram costs 90 euro now in Holland. It's been at that price for the last couple of months now.
