Rogue Epic parchments, wtf?
I have done over 10 spawns of each character and still not looted either the top or bottom part.
Is this normal?
Does my pickpocket skill have to be 200? (its 18something)

I got both first try (not first pickpocket but first spawn) a couple of weeks ago on my rogue with I think 181 skill. A previous attempt (yeah he had to redo epic steps) and it was the 3rd or 4th spawn on each.
You are looting them till you get no more coins before giving up? I usually did 10 or so or a couple unsucessfull attempts.
You can ask him about the note, don't know if that helps increase your chances.

i have done both twice now. first time the dwarf came off his in the frst 10 pp and the second time i had to go trhu 3 spawns of himm to get it... the first time with the de i didnt get it for a week and then the second time i did it in a day but it was thru 3 spawn time to do. my advice is if you dont get in the first 20 pp let them despawn and make sure you are the first one to do the pp when they come back. gl to friend

I am lvl 47 and my pp skill is in the high 170s. I got the note from the dwarf on the second spawn...had him attack me once trying to pp, but zone line is very close so np. Got other half of the note on the second DE rogue spawn. However due to the DEs distance from the zone line I was killed once while discovered during PP. To get both notes I had to pick all the PP from the pockets first. Whole process took me about 1 hour (since I logged off between respawn and all) including travel time and getting res.

It has been reported on the safehouse (and verified by several other members) that sometimes Founy or Tani may not necessarily have the parchments but that the parchments will still be on another NPC in the zone (namely, the mobs that other rogues have found the parchment pieces on have been the exterminators in either zone or in Kaladim it can also be found on the Dirkbringer NPC; sorry, I can't remember the first name, but I think it starts with a 'C'. 'Cordain' perhaps? In any case, he is also a rogue GM in Kaladim and stands not too far from Founy, he has the yellow hair).

I have the combined note and the book of souls for multiquest if anyone is interested. Give crakattack a tell with an offer...or try a cross server tell if I am playing the character Aslana on Lanys Tvl.
