The rent is $975 per month, the apartment is cozy, clean, has hardwood floors throughout and is within walking distance of Union Square and Alphabet City, in a safe friendly block. 5 minute walk to L train (3rd Avenue) and a 10 minute walk to Union Square (4-5-6 trains).
