Job Title: SONY PICTURES Administrative Assistant II-Legal
Job Description: This position will be reporting to a Senior Vice President and will be required to perform a variety of administrative duties, including coordinating a busy calendar and handling phone calls.


Requirements:
The applicant must be someone who has strong computer skills and who can complete administrative tasks effectively as well as develop innovating ways to solve any problems that may arise. The applicant must possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills as well as having the ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Common sense, discretion and attention to detail a must. Legal or Business Affairs secretarial experience with a law firm of a major entertainment company is preferred.
