Safe at Home
Okay, maybe's it not NEWS anymore, since it came out 5 months ago, but my first e-novella "Safe at Home" is still avaliable at www.creativeguypublishing.../safe.html and is, I think, a pretty good story. Probably one of my favorites, and I'm not just saying that cuz I'm trying to sell more copies--I really do think it's in my top 5 or 6.
It's the story of two young adults who've just moved into their first apartment and are still in the learning stages of living together. Things are rough, as they are for everyone when they first move out on their own, I'd imagine, but they get worse when one, then another person in their building ends up dead. The front door has a security lock which narrows the list of suspects down to someone in the building--and when the police begin to suspect the main character, Jim, all he and his girlfriend Monica want to do is get out and away. Naturally, things don't always work out the way we'd like them to.
Stop by the publisher's site and have a gander. Read some blurbs, view the cover. You can order direct from there, or go to one of the many distributors through which "Safe at Home" is available.
Thanks.
