Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be. Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..

Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

One of them, the most important, would be the air pressure. Oxygen settles, so the air is thinner this high up and breathing is more difficult. Another of them, more or less a result of the lower air pressure, is the temperture. On the ground, it was summer, hot sun beating down, muggy humidity stifling your breathing. Up in the air, however, the humidity was much lower, and the sun didn't beat as hard, the wind was stronger, and the temperture was noticeably different. Clearly dressed for all occasions, Darrien jogged up the path he found on his little hike. As he ascended higher and higher, he untied the wind jacket from around his waist and put it on to cover his arms. A simple white jogging suit and white running shoes was the attire covering the bonvivant today. His brightly colored hair was pulled back with a slightly afeminate looking hair tie, but the look in his eyes dismissed any thoughts he may lead a 'different' lifestyle. Laboring breaths were the one and only problem he was having on this morning's jog, and this was a problem he planned to have. To increase his capacity for wind and stamina, he decided to take a slightly more natural approach than most here at this school. No enhanced gravity chamber for him, he was old school. He preferred to do things his own way, and it worked well for him. Feeling a little too winded for his liking, he stopped briefly to take a swig of his mineral water he had carried along with him. Wiping the sweat away from his forehead, he looked around. The scene was bland, rocks, dirt, a few plants, nothing very special. Standing there alone, Darrien felt what true solitude feels like, and it depressed him slightly. Viva la Coolie!

She didn't like the morning, and she didn't like unnecessary movement. Amused, she shook her head. Just at that moment, she realized that she had been spending too much time with her roommate. She smiled softly to herself as she slowly made her way up the mountain trail. And that was another thing. Why had she embarked on this journey in the first place? No, journey wasn't the word she would use for what she was doing. But a journey it was. There were just some many things on her mind. So many things that caused her confusion. But on this morning, only one stood out. This might have been why she traveled so early to a place she was unfamiliar with. Maybe, deep inside her mind she believed that the answer could be found here. But what would she do if this "answer" was found? She was dressed in her normal attire. A really skimpy mini-dress and combat boots. Half of her hair was clipped back into a ponytail, while the rest lay neatly upon her back. She was in no hurry so as she made her way up the trail, she smiled, half captivated by natures beauty, half putting on a happy face just in case someone was to pass by. But the smile wasn't permanent, and as the name of the girl whose life she took over echoed in her head, she crouched down in the middle of the mountain trail and rested her chin on her knees. It was much too late to feel remorse, now something just had to be done. This is the english Translation of Tsuki no ie from Outlaw star. "Why thank you tinkle fairy..." - adam west from Family guy. He had awoke earlier that morning, and put on his jeans and a tshirt with a track jacket over it. He unziped the tent and climbed out. After re zipping the ten he turned, walked over and opened his small portable cooler, and reached in and pulled out a sprite. He flipped the top and the soda let out a pssh sound as the air entered the can. Kip brought it to his lips and took a sip feeling the cold drink slide right down his throat. He brought the can down as he sat down on a rock, and rest the can on his knee. The rock was cold but not damp. Kip eyes looked at the tent and heard no movement. Ted must not be awake yet, Kip thought. He had a small fire going, it consisted of some logs he had found around and he outline the fire with rocks to contain it. He wasn't totally sure if this was allowed but he didn't see the harm. The smoke rose into the sky and disipated into the air. Smoke's smell wasn't strong it still smelled soo much like the fresh outdoors. Kip ears caught a noise, but it didn't come from the tent. It had to have come from down the mountain. Shrugging and ignoring the sound, Kip took a stick and poked the fire he had going moving a log trying to get it more into the fire trying to stoke it. His leg muscles were in fairly good shape, but the lower amount of oxygen was starting to cause them to cramp up. This was keeping him from finding a rhythm to run to, and without a rhythm he wasn't going to be able to finish his journey to the top of the mountain. As he found his stride, he saw smoke lifting from a fire a short distance ahead of him. Not normally one to pry, he thought it odd for someone to be camping this high up on this mountainside. Keeping his strides the same as not to appear eager, he saw a young man drinking a soda in front of a tent. "Don't usually see too many people up this way, what brings you to the mountain today?" he asked, stopping to take a sip from his own drink. Viva la Coolie!

"Don't usually see too many people up this way, what brings you to the mountain today?" He shrugged. "I have no idea just really needed to get outta the dorms they are kinda stuffy." Kip leaned back and took in a deep breathe of the air, but it was thin and hard to take in. His hands went to the back of his head with his bent arms. "So you jog up here often?" Kip asked.

When she stood, it took her a while to gain her composer and to figure out which way was up. She smiled softly and and begun walking again. It didn't take her long to notice that their were people ahead of her. She didn't want to draw attention to herself, so she slowed her pace, as if she believed that if she didn't move, they wouldn't see her. Let's see how that goes for her. Clearly, it's working rather well." he said, still gasping for breath somewhat. His bottle of water was down to the very last sip, and when it fell into his throat he tossed the water aside. Swiping his hair back once more, a few drops of sweat fell to the ground. Looking over the young man in front of him, Darrien grinned smugly to himself. He hadn't met many males here yet, but he was led to believe they were all the overly muscleheaded god complexes like Akai and Isamu. This one was different, almost a polar opposite. "Name's Darrien, who might you be?" he said, offering his hand. Viva la Coolie!

He figured she was trying to stay back or out of the conversation. He looked at Darrien, " Nice to meet you Darrien, I might be Kip Mystery." Kip said taking Darrien's hand and shaking it. "You need something else to drink?" He said pointing to a cooler he had. "I think I got water and a variaty of soda's, have your pick?" Kip said. Then a rustle came from the tent. Kip looked over and watched as Ted emerged from inside the tent. "That's my penguin friend named Ted." Ted let out a yawn and rubbed his eyes and wobbled over to Kip and stood by his leg not quite awake yet. "Hey there Ted, This is Darrien." Kip said trying to introduce everyone.

This school had everything, and just when he thought he had seen it all, there was a new surprise waiting around the corner. "I'm good thanks, I try not to drink too much when I work out." he said in response to the beverage offer. As the tiny black and white creature waddled toward them, Darrien's face took on an expression rarely seen. Surprise took the place of the usual sly grin, and he about stumbled backward as he was introduced to the animal. Regaining his composure, he looked down at the waddling animal. "Pleased to meet you both, Kip, Ted." he looked at them as he spoke their names. This meeting was already much, much different than anyone he had met thus far. Viva la Coolie!

The fatigue from his jog had taken away a lot of his circulation from his legs and rerouted it to his chest to aid in breathing, and now that it was redistributing, he felt as if he was ready tom pass out. "I've been around for a few months now, I arrived shortly after the summer break began." Darrien's reply was more on instinct than thought, which meant he was beginning to think of this campus as 'home'. "You two certainly have an interesting relationship, how is it that an arctic creature like Ted lives here in New York?" Viva la Coolie!

"Ive been around for over two years now. Its amazing. If doesn't seem anywhere near that long." Kip paused and looked up to think for a minute. "Wow. Ive had some good times here." Kip smiled. Kip felt abite of cold air as he took in a deep breath. His lungs stretched with all the air inside them then he exhailed and the breath had already warmed. It came out as a cloud the resemble fog. Kip listened to Darrien's question confused. He then looked down at Ted and relized what he ment. "Oh Ted?" Kip looked puzzled. "Well he just kinda showed up here on campus and I took him in." Kip paused and thought for a moment. " He asked for help and I told him I would pretect him. He was some sort of experiment to migrate penguins to warmer climates and on his first test run he escaped and somehow got here. And Im thankful for it." Kip smiled and patted him on the head.

In truth, a warm weather dwelling penguin was fairly normal, given the standard oddities he was coming across here at this school. "That's special indeed, tell me, are these types of pets standard around here?" A slight bit of confidence in his voice when he asked. At a loss for words, his lone conversational defense mechanism kicked in, unrivaled cockiness, masked in an inquisitive facade. Kip paused. "He is more like a friend." Kip said Ted nodding in approval of the term. Kip took in a cold breathe and coughed from it. Kip stretched and yawned. "So What exactly are your plans for the rest of the day, if you don't mind me asking." Kip said as Ted began going in circles around Kip's feet. Kip watched him, smiling, "Whatcha doing?" Kip said. "I hadn't really though through what I'd do after I finished my run. I believe a shower is in order, other than that, I'm down for something spontaneous." It wasn't too proper to speak such things to someone you'd just met, but then again, what was proper about this school and its inhabitants? One of them has a pet penguin, there's no limit the possibilities that could be out there. "Well, much as I'd love the company, the wash room is a little small for two, so I'll stick to soloing the shower part, then we can tag team the adventure that comes next. Fair enough?" He ran a hand through his hair as he stood, lactic acid starting to fill in his joints and make his movements sluggish. Taking a few quick jumps in the air to loosen his muscles some more, he cocked his head to the left, creating a rather loud popping sound. "We'd better make haste back to campus, I fear my ability to walk might desert me if I stand still much longer." Viva la Coolie!

Kip asked picking the cooler up in one hand and then scooping Ted up in his other arm. Ted squaked and nuzzled into Kips arm. He just smirked watching the cute little penguin. Darrien egar to move, it intrigued Kip. Ive never seen anyone so hasty to move Kip thought. He went to Mhs this had to have something to do with his power, or maybe he is just weird. Kip laughed to himself. It was cold and he could himself use a nice warm shower.
