After waiting for almost 8 weeks for the return of my surf from the panel beaters & mechanic, my 89 LN61 has survived it's unfortunate tip-over. With the whole drivers side smacked in about 3-4 inches and a copious amount of oil stuck in the top of the engine (and down the exhaust), my surf has returned looking better than before. Luckily, the seals throughout the engine are tighter than a turtles butt, and it only took the mechanic about 3 hrs to have it running very smoothly (plus replacement of the muffler). Panel work was a bit more time consuming, having taken a majority of the 8 weeks. All in all, clean as a whistle and surprisingly quieter than before, but ready for a big Surf meet. Will be watching the forum for times. Dan Bos
