The 5 Essenses of the Vampire
I. What Vampires, Donors, and Elders are
Vampires are people whose Life Force does not produce enough energy
(Prana) for the blood to carry it to other parts of the body that
need it thus creating an imbalance which can result in fatigue,
types of depression, and so forth. This imbalance creates a
lifestyle in which the person must take energy in certain ways to
create a balance in the area(s) of the body that need it. Donors are
people who donate their blood and/or energy to those who have the
Vampiric condition known as Vampirism. Elders are dedicated and
responsible people within the Vampire Community who have contributed
their time in establishing local communities, organized havens, and
provided cultural networking of Vampirism. These people should be
respected and sought out for their accomplishments, wisdom, and
experience dealing with Vampirism.

II. The Responsiblity of Vampires, Donors, and Elders
Vampires are responsible for their best behavior towards all people
they come in contact with at all times and the practice of safety
techniques to protect themselves and donors when feeding. Donors
should be on their best behavior towards all people they come in
contact with at all times and the practice of safety techniques to
protect themselves and Vampires when being fed from. Elders are
responsible for their devotion to the Vampire Community, providing
responsible leadership, organized havens, and providing as much
safety as they can to all who are in their haven.

III. Safety Techniques of Vampires and Donors
Vampires should make sure that their Donors are free from major
mental illnesses and blood-borne diseases before accepting their
donation. Vampires should make sure that the Donor is fully aware of
what is going to take place before accepting their donation. The
Vampire must respect and agree to any special provisions set by the
Donor before the donation and should never feed without permission.
When taking a blood donation Vampires should let their Donors make
the lacerations to themselves to protect them from any legal harm.
Vampires should always get permission to feed, only feed when
necessary from their Donors, and feed in private. Donors should make
sure that they are free from major mental illnesses and blood-borne
diseases before donating to Vampires. They should make sure that the
Vampire is fully aware of any special provisions set forth before
offering their donation. When donating blood Donors should make the
lacerations to protect themselves from any legal harm. Donations
should always be given in private. Vampires and Donors should live
their lives as normal as possible so that attention is not drawn to
them by those who do not understand what Vampirism is.

IV. Vampiric Diversity
Individuals are all unique in all ways. Some people have similarites
and others have differences in all things. Vampires should respect
everyone's similarities and differences. They should not let any
differences bring harm to the Vampiric Community. Uniqueness is
strength and gives diversity to all who fully use it to bring unity
instead of dividing people within the Vampire Community.

V. The Vampiric Community
Vampire's most common similarity is Vampirism. Due to this
similarity all Vampires are part of a community known as the
Vampiric Community. Within this community support, guidance, and
friendships can be found. From time to time differences of opinions
will arise. These differences should be settled within the community
as peacefully as possible. When differences cannot be settled
peacefully they should be dealt with outside of the Vampiric
Community. Inside of the Vampiric Community are small safe places
called Vampire Communities that may consist of smaller more
secretive Vampire Havens. Vampires and Donors should get to know
people of Vampire Communites and havens within the Vampiric
Community so that they may use discretion as to their condition when
socializing with others. Elders who adminstrate over these
communities and havens should be respected for their hard work and
other accomplishments by Vampires and Donors.
