The Falcon Hold

Many farms, herders and monastery temples edge the several clusters of villages to Falcon Hold. In the very center is the great valley itself where the walled in castle is the tallest thing to oversee the spread of streets up to a river port on the west and gates into the city in the north, east and south.

Dragon Lair The original inhabitants of Falcon Hold were a dragon's cult but the dragon has long since died and the kingdom expanded to above ground. The lair that belonged to their ancestral founders can still be visited in the foothills. The entrance is surrounded by a fortress with high, stone walls where the chambers are still used for storage, dungeons and private keep for the surviving order of dragon sorcerers.

Ho there stranger! Before you pass. I've heard tale of strange goings in this land. Oh sure, perhaps not as odd as some in the towns you must have passed along your way.
