The Return
Another normal school day was coming to a close at Hogwarts, the sun was beginning to set over the mountains in the distance and in the grounds the remaining stragglers who had spent the last part of the day outside relaxing after a hard days learning were now walking back up to the castle to go to their dorms. But Hogwarts had always had it's rule breakers as well as professors and there was always a few of them that would choose to stay out past this hour.
At the mouth of the narrow pathway behind the grounds hut that lead into the forest a tall hooded figure walked out of the long shadows being cast from the 'always-dark' forest trees. His long white robes, although clean of dirt and leaves that would be expected from coming out of a forest were instead stained in many places with a splattered pattern of dark red. The figures face was almost completely blocked from view by a long black fringe, but even through this thick curtain, the two piercing emerald green eyes could clearly be seen looking out.
Standing only for a moment staring up at the castle against the beautiful sunset back-drop, the figure began walking toward it, for a second glancing at a notice that was nailed to the door of the grounds hut. It had obviously been placed there a while ago as it was damp and ripped slightly, but it showed a moving wizard picture of a scared young man looking back at him. He had milky white skin, and frightened sky blue eyes and he also had a long black fringe. Beneath the picture a short statement read:
EXTREMELY DANGEROUS
Do not approach this man. If anyone has any information about the whereabouts of this individual please contact the Ministry of Magic Law Enforcement Department immediately
Turning back to the castle a small chuckle of amusement could be heard as he continued on his way drawing a relaxed breath, the poster on the door of the hut which was now behind him suddenly and inexplicably bursting into flames, "It's good to be back." he whispered to himself.

Re: The Return
As the cloaked figure made his way towards the castle, a shabby looking fifteen-year-old girl hurried outside. Her black hair was let down, slightly messy as usual, and swept back by the wind as she quickened her pace. Her school robes that should've been black had been turned gray, faded with age that several tears throughout them also seemed to indicate the ancient condition of the robes.
The girl had been looking behind her with her large green eyes as she hurried away from the secure castle, not watching the direction she was heading in. As she turned her head to look forward she passed the stranger and, for a moment, felt chills run up her spine. Not thinking twice about it, she continued forward, until she came upon the remnants of a singed piece of paper that'd been posted up as a warning. Everyone had read it, and most of them had memorized the face of the man upon it, as well as the message attached.
Morgan gasped slightly when the singed paper broke off into ash as she touched it with her index finger. "Maudsley," she whispered in a voice that was barely audible, even to herself. She looked backwards again, towards the castle, at the hooded figure that was advancing towards the open doors of the school.

Re: The Return
Seeing the girl hurrying blindly in his direction, the boy didn't break his stride, but instead stepped aside a little, allowing her to walk right by him. During his absence from castle the shell of the former boy had inherited many forms of dark magics, some which even everyday people could sense, mostly like the chilling feeling of having a ghost pass through them or the presence of a Dementor nearby.
As he kept walking to the castle slowly, the grin on his darkened face grew as he counted down in his head the time it would take for the girl to realize who she had just passed so close to. At last feeling the stare of the girl a moment later he stopped in his tracks, though he didn't turn around to face her. "Yes." he called loud enough for the girl to hear. There was at least a twenty foot gap between the two of them, yet he appeared to have heard what she had whispered so faintly.
Turning back around on the spot he faced her direction and the bright emeralds beneath the shadowy hood glanced her up and down, eying her ragged moth-eaten robes and slightly messed up hair. "Good evening, young lady," he said smoothly, and looking to the charred remnants of what had used to be his wanted poster he added, "careful not to burn yourself."

Morgan exhaled sharply. She was nervous, and that was obvious, but she stood her ground nonetheless. Running would do her no good, and she knew that. Besides, if she did escape, what about the school? This noble train of thought was one of the reasons she was sorted into Gryffindor. Many knew how selfless the young girl was.
Trying not to show her fear, and struggling against her shaking limbs, she opened and closed her mouth a few times, trying to think of something to say and have the courage to say anything at all.
"Why-" she began, "Why are you here? Wh- What do you want?" Morgan asked the evil, hooded man.

Re: The Return
Terry's amused smile could be seen as he watched the stammering girl trying desperately to speak with confidence but as she had finished asking 'what do you want?' his glowing eyes flickered into a cold glare, his smile turning into an angry sneer. He suddenly advancing a few strides toward the girl, "What do I want?" he echoed her in a raised and icy voice, pausing as though he also was hoping for an answer to this question, then continuing with an unmistakable bite of hate in his voice "My desires can never be satisfied! ... Never! Not anymore!"
He stopped in his tracks, still quite a distance from the student, having covered half the ground between them and now breathing heavily, his teeth clenched angrily his emerald eyes still on the girl. Clearly this simple question had upset Terry and it looked like he was holding himself back from striking. The emerald glows disappeared for a moment as Terry closed his eyes and took in a deep relaxing breath.
The surrounding light was dimming ever quicker as the sun was setting over the mountain tops in the distance, Terry glanced the girl again looking slightly less murderous, "But my reasons for being here ... Well ... I'm here to teach of course," he said with a sly smile, "not to mention, my time in the muggle world has become rather tedious." he said with a bored undertone and rolling his eyes. "Did you know that muggles have absolutely no means of defending their pitiful lives? I mean ... A couple that can't even defend their baby?" he said conversationally.
One of the mans oddest characteristics was his affinity for causing his victims pain not only physically, but psychologically as well. This question was obviously his first steps at an effort to get to the girl, as his very presence could already be seen to cause her to quiver with fear, the additional knowledge that he had killed muggles both young and old without a second thought would only further fuel fear.

Re: The Return
Morgan stood, practically shaking. "You- You're-" she began, thinking the absolute worst things imaginable about this monster of a man that stood before her but all the while too frightened to say anything.
She was puzzled, however, when he said he was at Hogwarts to teach. That was absurd, for he certainly would not be teaching a class, and Morgan feared the types of lessons that Maudsley might bright about.
"What d'you mean- teach?" she asked shakily. The thought of this man killing so many people, young and old, disgusted and frightened the girl even more than she already was. 'What a monster' she was thinking, but was unable to voice such an opinion, merely out of fear.

Re: The Return
With a heartless chuckle Terry shrugged, "Oh, I've been told that I'm very gifted ... I'm sure there's a place here for me," he said pacing back and forth, taking his eyes from the girl to gaze up thoughtfully at the stars that were beginning to come out of the deep purple sky, "perhaps a class for 'advance sensory manipulation' ... Yes, how to cause immense physical pain ..." he said with relish, a look of content on his face, "Or maybe the art of mind manipulation ... Ohh," he said giving a little fake shiver, " making people see things crawling under their skin ... Eating away at their flesh ... Things that aren't even there ... But I guess I could just wrap them all into a nice package of plain old Dark Arts lessons ... What d'you think? The kids here'd like that wouldn't they?" he said conversationally.
It was just after that moment however, that Terry's own glowing emerald green eye suddenly caught movement of something off in the distance of the darkened forest over the girls shoulder and as he looked closer he saw for an instant the merest pin-prick of light like the reflective surface of a pair of eyes, but whatever had caused it had moved on and disappeared. His malicious grin flickered, he already knew that it wouldn't have been long before he was discovered and that even as he had made his way through the forest a being had been watching his every move. As much as he liked to toy with his victims he decided he might just have to take action after all every moment he spent wasting time here was a moment that his enemies were mounting a defence against him.
With a murderous glint in his emerald eyes he fixed Morgan in his gaze raising his right hand with his fingertips pointing toward the sky, and suddenly at the same time the girl began to rise just a few feet off of the grass where she had once stood, a tight but unseen grip taking a hold of her throat beginning to choke her. "Let us not mince words ... You know why I'm here." he growled glaring up at her, "now, I'm giving you two choices ... One, you obey me and go up to the castle to the Headmasters Office to tell him Maudsley's arrived and is on his way, or two ..." he said drawing his hand closer to his chest making the girl float closer to him so they were just inches from each other, "Defy me and I kill you."

Re: The Return
Morgan remained silent, but her mouth hung open unconciously as she listened to the man speak. It was obvious that she was terrified. She didn't allow herself to blink as she watched him pace back and forth, and swallowed hard when he began talking about manipulation, and the ways he was obviously skilled at causing pain.
When his eyes became fixed upon Morgan, she stared back, simply out of fear that if she was to look away he'd kill her in an instant. She was breathing fast, intimidated by the mere look in his eyes, but she stood still.
"Defy me and I kill you."
The raven haired girl took a step backwards as the words escaped his lips, practically tripping over her own thin legs and barely saving herself an embarassing fall on her own behind. She was faced with a decision. She could either run away to the Headmaster's office, saving her own neck and alerting people that could take action, while at the same time leaving Maudsley to possible infiltrate Hogwarts further in her absence -OR- she could refuse... and die.
Obviously, not being completely dimwitted, the first option sounded more beneficial to Morgan. She, having regained her footing, swallowed hard again and nodded nervously. But one question pressed at Morgan's mind, and though she obviously did not want to die, her curiosity always got the better of her.
"Okay... Okay, I'll go get the Headmaster," she said as she allowed a sharp breath of air to finally escape her lungs. "I just- Why would you want them to know you're here?" she asked, confused, still frightened out of her wits. Part of her regretted asking the question since it delayed her departure from the dangerous man, but it was too late to take back.

Re: The Return
They were both so close now that Terry could smell the faint aroma of perfume coming from the terrified young girl who he now had slightly swinging in the air, pendulem-like and completely at his mercy, he could almost hear the sound of her accelerated heart beat as she struggled to draw breath under his magical grip. As the girl gave her chocked answer, it was clear from the brief look of disappointment that he had longed to kill the girl out right, but his cruel glare quickly relaxed into an unpleasant smile and his hand lowered slightly, the girl now able to breath a little easier. "Good choice, child ... And once you've done me this service you shall return for futher instructions." he whispered to her reaching up and softly holding her by the chin between thumb and fore-finger.
The feeling of his touch would somehow feel like the freezing sensation of ice to the girls bare skin but at this point she was able to speak easier and curiously asked his reasons for wanting to alert people to his presense, which was understandably a strange request. He was already aware that his passage through the forest had been closely followed and that the staff in the castle were probably already alerted but he had other reasons. His smile grew, still holding onto Morgan by the chin he looked up past her at the castle searchingly, "Oh, I try to give people notice whenever I can about when I'm dropping in." he said still glancing from one tower to the next, "It's just ... Fairer that way ... Don't you agree?" he asked, only momentarily fixing on her eyes again.
Without waiting for an answer however, he went back to his surveyance, "Hmm ... Where are ... Aha ... There you are." he whispered to himself with a satisfied sigh. He was looking at the far-off castle at the top of a circular tower with some thin windows either side of it, it had a domed roof with a large powerful astronomy telescope sticking out of an opening in the roof, though the tower itself wasn't the main Astronomy tower and was relatively small compared to most of the other structures around it and could only be a few floors in height. "That," Terry said using his light grip on her to stear her face to look in the same place as him, "is the Headmasters Office I believe?" he said as though he was asking for comfirmation.
