The Whisky Tales
/ooc hey guys im trying to start up a story and want you all to add on :) .

The night air was cold and damp as it was lightly raining on the streets of Telia. Inside the Dragon's Maw arguements and laughing could be heard as the drunkards down there drinks in merry ment. Sion walked into the Tavern and looked around, seeing a seat to his left he quickly sat down and brushed off his hair which was damp from walking in the rain. He was an Elven Warrior in his older teens. His armor was a mixture of platemail and chainmail, enough to stand strong blows and be evasive at the same time. Sion also wore a black cloak and wore two elven blades on his back. A Patron(sp?) came by and handed him a mug he winked in appreciate as he downed his ale and looked at the excitement of the Tavern...

Re: The Whisky Tales
What Sion didn't notice was that the same person who had handed him the mug of ale, had also neatly cut the piece of leather that had held his moneypurse to his belt. Catching it deftly before it hit the ground, Aeyla disappeared back into the crowded tavern.

As she counted the coins back in her favorite hiding spot, she chuckled as she thought about how elves should be able to hear better than humans like her, what with those big ears and all...

Re: The Whisky Tales
"Hey! You gonna pay fer tha?" The thick outlandish accent made it difficult for Sion to understand at first, but understanding danced across his sharp elven features and he smiled warmly. With a deft movement, he darted his index and middle finger into his coin purse, prepared to give a generous coin. A moment's hesitation was all it took for Sion to reach a hand instead inside of the lapel of his cloak, and toss two coins to the counter.

Sion's memory worked with the speed of a storm, and a woman's face swam before his memory. Auburn hair, icy blue eyes, cream colored skin...very pretty for a human. Very foolish as well.
Sion downed his drink and left the bar, coming to lean against the wall near the only alleyway and the only other door in and out of the establishment. After a moment, his quarry happened by, counting a small pile of gold. His gold.

"Lovely night for a cutpurse, no?" Sion grinned. He was not angry. In fact, he was amused and somewhat intrigued at this young thief's bravado.

"I know not of what you speak." Aeyla had been caught off guard. None of her victims had ever proven more resourceful than herself.

"Well...that's odd, seeing as how you are an outlander, and that is obviously money of Elven mint. I don't think your ears are pointy under that pretty head of hair."

Aeyla drew a sword from under her cloak, and circled around Sion. The elf rested his thumbs behind his belt and circled with her, a small smile on his thin lips. Aeyla made as if to slash, and Sion moved with the feign. Aeyla grinned and thrust for the elf's heart, knowing he had fallen for her bluff.

With cat-like grace, Sion leaned slightly to the side, the metal blade screeching against his armor as he just avoided the attack. Aeyla's eyes widened in suprise as she suddenly found herself within a foot of a miraculously unharmed elf. Sion's hands were a blur as he landed three blows to the young human's head. One to the temple, another to the jaw, and a third and final blow to her ear.

Aeyla crumpled to the ground.

With a flourish, almost as if bowing to applause, Sion leaned forward and swept the girl's sword from the ground, then retrieved his coin.
