Who, me? Posts: 528 (5/24/06 11:19 pm) Reply Tidbit of News Well, I’m exhausted, and clammy from the hot lights, but I’m also totally hyped! We had our debut performance tonight of the Dead Poets Society, and it was so close to the way we rehearsed it, that you would not even believe it; the only mistake that was made was on the part of the lighting tech, and even they didn’t miss a single cue, other than that one. At the end, we got a standing ovation. We all have our ways to keep calm backstage -- myself and the guy who plays Keating are both hug-monsters, and we’re supposed to have a friendship onstage as well, so that wasn’t even acting, really. It was so amazing, I couldn’t believe it. I’m so tired, but it was totally worth it. Hugs to all of you guys!
