We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Time to Chill... (OPEN)
Datu was floating in the water, looking at the morning sky. Sigh...what a beautiful morning... he thought. Datu was wearing brown swimming trunks, and there was a blue towel just on the edge of the lake, the water barely touching it. He then stood up straight in the water, and dived into it. On the other side of the lake, Datu's head popped out, and he straightened out his hair.
He dived back into the water again, and was on the other side of the lake in a few seconds. He sighed, and lied down on the water again, drifting on the lake.
Ryoko walked up to the lake. She put her hand in, feeling the temperature of the water. She shrugged, it didn't really bother her how it felt. She needed to relax right about now, because her day had been like a Roller coaster. First, she went out with Jun for most of the day, then she ran into a girl who was the exact opposite of her and ended up being her roommate.
Pulling off her shirt and jeans, Ryoko revealed her red bikini. She sighed as she jumped into the water. She continued to swim underneath the water, keeping her eyes closed, until she came up for air. She opened her eyes and just happened to bring her head up right next to Datu's. " Holy cr@p!" Ryoko yelled, surprised at what she saw.

Datu yelled in surprise as well, falling into the water. He suddenly got up again, and sighed. "Oh, it's you. You scared me!" He straightened out his hair, and finally settled down. He looked at her for a moment. Oh yeah, it's Al's friend... he thought.

" It's alright," Ryoko began, with a smile. She looked to him for a moment, trying to remember where she'd seem him from. Then she remembered. " Oh! You're name is... Datu, isn't it? You're Al's good friend." Ryoko said. As she thought to that, she realized that it had been ages since she last saw Al, and wondered where he was. " So what's Al been up to these days anyway?" She asked.

"He's been busy, lately." He looked up at the sky. Where is Al...? he wondered. Ehh, he has his own problems, don't wanna irritate him. He looked at Ryoko. "Well, to tell the truth, I haven't heard much from him, either." Datu yawned, still kinda tired from a late night sleep.

Ryoko shrugged. " Dunno. I like coming here in the morning. It's pretty quiet." She replied. She looked around and didn't see anyone else in the place. When she looked back to Datu, she seemed a little interested in him. She wanted to know more about him. Ryoko had seen him a few times, and only now realized that she knew nothing about him.
" So tell me about yourself. I just realized that I don't know much about you." She said.

He sighed, and laid back on the water. Datu doesn't really open up to people, maybe he could just tell her a little bit about himself. He got back up, and looked at Ryoko.
"I'm from a poor district in the Phillippines. Pretty much, I had no exact education except from my parents. I had to work hard on a daily basis just to keep my family alive. So, as you see, it was very...hard for me to leave them....." Datu thought of them, thinking if they could manage without him. All he could do was hope...

Ryoko nodded as she listened to his story. In some sort of way, she could relate to him. " I worked with my father to support the two of us, though I did most of the work anyway. But at the same time, it was him who sent me away anyway. So I guess it kinda balances out." She commented, treading her hands across the water.
Wondering what he could do, Ryoko figured she'd ask Datu. " So, what are your powers?" She asked.
I changed the way my character looks, again. This is the third time, and hopefully the last.

Datu smiled, it seemed that this question seemed to pop out from anyone who goes to Manga High. Oh well, guess it comes from curiosity.
"Well, I can control the wind." He leaned back on the ground, he didn't really feel like demonstrating. Not that he wouldn't if they asked, he wasn't that rude. This power wasn't something he was born with, but it came to be a part of him as life went on.
