Transformation Lindsey cracked open her eyes slowly. Sunlight lightly poured into her pupils. Another day, another headache. She clutched the covers tightly against her chest and yanked them over her head. Her fingers felt tingly and her fingernails felt heavier and longer. "No, it can't be..?" she muttered sleepily to herself. She relaxed her hands, then formed a fist in each hand. Her nails seemed harder and a lot sharper. She instantly ripped the covers off of her body and sat up stiff as a board. She cautiously looked down at her hands... Claws. Her hands had claws in them. Her fingernails had formed into claws. "Aurrrg no!!!" Lindsey groaned loudly and pounded her fists on her knees in disbelief. She weilded her eyes tightly shut, her head hurting again. She slowly opened her eyes to reveal the truth. She had claws. "Great. Just, farking, great." She muttered to herself. She lazily got up from the bed and made her way to the kitchen. She poured herself some cereal and sat down at the table. She said a quick prayer, then slowly munched on her food. Every time she picked up the spoon, she fixed her gaze on those claws. They were large and heavy, and seemed to pierce her skin. She dazed off into her own faded thoughts. She was just begining to get a cold. Her head hurt, her nose was all stuffy and her throat was sore. She woke up with it yesterday, and since her body was out of whack from it, it was messing with her able to transform into a cat. She had sneezed, and all of a sudden, there were her claws. It really freaked her out and she tried to morph them away, but no go. She couldn't seem to do it, since her body was so weak. This prevented her from doing and seeing anyone else for the rest of the day. So when she went to sleep, she was hoping it would go away. Apparently not. She could not call her mother at work at ask if she could stay home. Her mother would disapprove. Lindsey's mother would always make her children go to school..even if they were sick. Even though she didn't feel good and she now had some unwelcome traits, she headed to school anyway. She just hoped no one would notice. ***** Lindsey walked down the school halls cautiously, trying not to make her hands too obvious. She reached her locker, twitsted the lock this way and that, opened it, retrieved a book, and slammed it. |

David winces as he hears Lindsey's locker slam shut he looks at her

Re: Transformation Lindsey jumped a little, but then tried to seem cheerful. "Ah naw, I'm okay. I just have a bit of a cold is all," she said nervously as she tried to hide her hands behind her back. |

Re: Transformation David  k but i don't know that many people that get colds in the middle of the summerLee is walking towards class late as always Lee:stupid school why does it have to start so early? *sees David and Lindsey at the other end of the corridor* HI GUYS!!!! *waves he starts to walk towards them* |
