Trouble with multiplay
Anyone know why I keep getting stuck trying to join a game? I have yet to get into a multiplayer game - I always get a lost host message. I am using AOHell and it wouldnt surprise me if that was my problem.

well thanks anyway. I think I'll just move on to a different game. Ive hunted alone for long enough and waiting 10 minutes just to get a "lost connection host" is annoying. Happy Hunting!

What type of internet connection do you have? Id it Phone line connection with a 56K modem, DSL, or Cable connection?And are you 100% sure your using the "GameSpy" option to join a game? I get that message every time I try to host a Lan game. Just something to check 1st. If your 100% sure your connecting VIA GameSpy, let me know and I will see what I can come up with, also let me know what type of internet connection you have.

its a 56k modem, yes im using game spy connect. Even when I use game spy software i get the lost host msg. Everything works fine when i HOST a game but i cant join one.

OK I think i fixed it! Damn Norton and his firewall protections. If anyone asks about this - one option to get them going is disable their firewall. And they would have to disable it everytime due to the firewall enabling itself upon startup
