Trunks' Super-Screwy Time Blunder Prologue
My first real DBZ fic project! Enjoy! THis part is all the stuff you already should know.

"Woah," said Gohan as he stepped off the boat. "It's HUGE!"
"Yeah," said Goku, equally surprised. "The brand new Tenkaichi Budoukai tournament arena!"
Next to step off the boar was Kuririn. "I heard they changed a lot!"
"Yeah," said Buruma as she stepped off the plane, carrying her baby son Trunks. "For starters, the ring is bigger and there's a time limit!"
"What?" said Yamucha, stepping off also. "Why's that?"
"I think you know," said a voice from elsewhere.
Gohan easily identified the speaker. "Piccolo-san!"
"Yeah, he's right," said Goku. "It's because of our battle here at the last tournament. It destroyed the ring!"
Kame-senin stepped off of the boat. "I understand there's a junior tournament this year. Goku, you inspired a lot of changes." He was referring to his battles as a child that revolutionized martial arts.
"I suppose so," said Goku with a chuckle. Now, let's all get registered!

It was several hours later. Soon, Goku, Kuririn, Yamucha, Vegita, Tenshinhan, and Piccolo had all registered for the adult tournament and Gohan had registered for the junior tournament.
"Hmm…" said Goku, inspecting the schedule of events. "Says here the junior tournament will start soon. We'd better get Gohan there.
"Let's go," said Gohan. "I can't wait!" They began walking toward the entrance to the arena. But they were stopped suddenly by a voice from behind.
"Son Goku? Is that really you?"
Goku turned around. "That voice sounds familiar… hey, it's that announcer!"
"Well, well," the announcer said. "If it isn't Goku, Yamucha, Kuririn, Tenshinhan and Ma Junior," he said, referring to Piccolo with the latter name.
"Sure is!" Goku said. "We're all entered in the tournament! This is Vegita. And this is my Son, Gohan. He's in the junior division."
The blonde announcer shook Gohan's hand vigorously. "I see! Gohan! I expect you'll do well!"
"I hope so," Gohan said.

Gohan was easily able to beat every opponent, including his final opponent, Videl Satan. Then, the adult tournament happened.
Yamucha, Piccolo, Kuririn, Goku, and Vegita got to the second round. Tien was beaten by Kuririn.
In the second round, Piccolo beat Yamucha. Goku beat Kuririn, Vegita beat a man named Butter, and a man named Mr. Satan beat a man named Spopovitch.
In the semifinals, Goku beat Piccolo and Vegita beat Mr. Satan.
Then the finals happened. Goku and Vegita, a clash of the Saiya-jins. It was then that Vegita revealed that he had become able to be a Super Saiya-jin. Goku was surprised, but he, too became a Super Saiya-jin.
The two traded blows for several minutes, but soon Goku became tired. Vegita lunged at him in midair, and Goku put on an extra burst of speed. Suddenly, he collapsed, clutching his heart. He fell outside the ring. Medics came to retrieve him.
Goku was diagnosed with a heart virus that had evidently originated form the planet Yardrat. He soon died. Weeks later, the earth was attacked by two horrible monstrous androids. The Z fighters fought valiantly, but were defeated one-by-one. The only to survive was Gohan.
The Half-Saiya-jin began to train Buruma's son to become the new generation of Z-warrior. They hoped to someday defeat the androids. But it wasn't long until Gohan, too, was defeated. Trunks was the only one left. But there was hope. For Trunks had been able to become a Super Saiya-jin. And Buruma had finally perfected the time machine. She could send Trunks back in time to warn the warriors, give them time to prepare for the coming menace.
She and Trunks had no idea how many things could go wrong.
Buck Futter? I don't get it. Oh, I think you do, Trebek- I think you do.

that was pretty good...'cept the fact that Tien lost to Krillen. And why must you use japanese names? Is Master Roshi, Krillen, Tien, Bulma etc. too hard to spell?!!
Oh, and Dash, lets get an official discussion topic in here. you're the only person who can seeing as there are no mods here.

Using the Japanese names comes so naturally to me. I hate Dub DBZ, anyway. But should it be so hard to understand with all the Japanese names?
