Valis Visual Collection
This thing has been evading me for awile, what exactly is the CD? I presume it's...umm, pictures...anything good? It's for the PC Engine CD in Japan and I wouldn't mind snagging one, maybe do a little extracting or whatnot =)

It contains the cinemas from the PCE versions of Valis II, Valis III, and (I think) Valis IV. Pretty sure it doesn't include the stuff from Valis (I). I don't have it because I've never been able to find it, even when it was new.
It's possible it has something not available elsewhere, but I don't know.
There's also a "Cosmic Fantasy Visual Collection" which has stuff from Cosmic Fantasy games.

Haha sweet. I saw one for sale at a local games shop in MD a *long* time ago for $85 once (yes, they price gouge on many things) but being young and poor I didn't want to blow all my money on a "Visual Collection" CD for a system I didn't have. I think I ended up buying some stupid SNES games with that money, like Sunset Riders and such...haha...

I think Matt Boehland may have had the Visual Collection a short while back (for something in the $40-50 range? not sure) but by now I don't know if an old "non game" is really worth that to me. It perhaps is better for me to just go ahead and get Valis II and then I presumably will have everything that's on it anyway as I have the rest of the PCE games.
Re ezboard: Yeah, it's kinda disgusting. I'm using a little utility from www.adsubtract.com that kills the banner ads, and in Internet Explorer I've put pub32.ezboard.com into "Restricted Zones" where I've turned off all scripting. As administrator I have to turn it back on if I want to do any board maintenance as they made that page use Javascript to access anything. It used to not be like that; I guess I know why they changed it now.
AdSubtract is a lot simpler than some other things like Webwasher, but it also seems to not cause many problems since it's simple. Webwasher was *so* "secure" that I couldn't even log onto the internet using it. :P
