Vive la France! The scene: Paris The time: The day before the storming of the Bastille. *A muffled thump is heard from behind a brewery. A man, dressed in an odd foreign fashion, stands up out of a pile of straw* And 'twould happen again! An it pleases me, I shall not meddle with time travel again...'tis far too painful when I land....especially on rocks, buried beneath straw.... Some people collect stamps. Some people collect coins. I happen to collect interesting pieces of code. |

Re: Vive la France!
***A young man standing at a height of 6'4", with raven black hair and a scar over his left eye slowly desends from the sky. He spouts bright angelic wings of intense pure light from his back and with their use, lands softly on the ground besides the pile of straws Constantine is stranded in.***
??????: AngelBlaster system... disengage... ***As the young man utter those words... his angelic wings of light slowly dissappate into thin air.*** Constantine... Where the hell are we this time?? ***He too is wearing cloths of a strange fashion... Not to mention his 6/8 asian desent is making him stand out like a sore thumb in the Caucasian city of France.*** _ --- Kitan Seiken |

You're the expert here... ***Sidesteps as the contents of a chamberpot threaten to hit him again.*** o.o;; This place is dangerous... ***They walk past a group of strangely dressed caucasian who won't stop giving Seiken funny looks.*** Err... I don't like the way they are staring at me Constantine... _ --- Kitan Seiken |

Re: Vive la France! *Constantine ducks with Seiken behind a building* Activate thy stealth mode, whatever....'tis on account of the narrowmindedness of these people that they stare... *Constantine looks up at a sign* Behold! At least our geographical area is correct...         Some people collect stamps. Some people collect coins. I happen to collect interesting pieces of code. |

Re: Vive la France! Seiken: You're the boss... ***Seiken activates his stealth mode, changing visible light's index of refraction around himself, Seiken "blended" visibly with his background scenery, making him totally invisible to others visually.*** Well... at least we are in France... but I don't think we are in the right time period... I didn't remember it looking like this back when I was working for the military base here a few years back. _ --- Kitan Seiken |

Re: Vive la France! Well...'tis the right place, at least....we must needs only find the right time. *A group of people pass, speaking in French* ...guillotine.....treason.....enemy of the people.... *Constantine looks at where Seiken should be* Methinks 'tis unwise to get involved in this commotion.... Some people collect stamps. Some people collect coins. I happen to collect interesting pieces of code. |

Re: Vive la France! *Duncan lands in a heap as a horse carrige drives by him. He stands up and instantly realizes where he is. France in the revolutionary age. He quickly ducks out and finds a stable. He gathers some old clothes and puts them on, luckily, they fit. Duncan looks out at the people passing by, he sees Tiren, looking rather stupified.* Tiren! Over here! I am a hunter of peace, searching for the illusive mayfly known as love. Or, well, something like that. |

He folds his hands to give prayer.* Bishop: F="My lord that are in heaven, if you wish this rebellion to continue, please give me a sign." *CRASH! SHATTER! Tallpanzer comes crashing through the stainglass window.* Tallpanzer: "EC your a dead man!" I died and never went any where. Now that is the really hell. |

*Zach appears on the same rocks under straw Constantine did, and bites back the urge to vaporize the nearby barn.*
Zach: Note to self--don't get within 35 feet of Constantine when he's casting a time-travel spell. |

Re: Vive la France! *Constantine looks around* My friends....'t seems as if 'tis not the Riviera....nor is it our time. However....all that we need to do is but to find an alchemist. *A wagon rolls by, with a man tied to one of the posts. People are following, shouting: * Burn the wizard! Constantine: And 't seems as if we have found him. Come, let us rescue the honorable gentleman, and see if we can but find our way back to our own time. Some people collect stamps. Some people collect coins. I happen to collect interesting pieces of code. |

Frenchman in crowd: *speaking in French* What the hell is he talking about? Frenchman #2: *ditto* I think he's insulting King Louis' pet dog. Frenchman #1: Good for him! VIVE LA REVOLUTION! *Their cries of joy and exuberance turn to panic as Zach finishes the spell, and a lifeform looking rather like living black pudding engulfs one of their number.* Zach: O.o I wonder what they thought I was saying... |
