We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

*He looked up to he and smirked. It was interesting the way she had ryhemed. To him it was no biggie, he enjoyed talking at this time so he figured they would continue to talk. If they ran out of things to talk about there was always the stars above to gaze upon.*
"Let us talk for now, then once we are there we can gaze upon the stars and the grassland near by."
*He crossed his arms over his chest which held her legs firm to him. He figured it would allow her to relax some up there and not fear of falling off. If she was to look around she would be safe.*
The night was well advanced now, the sky having reached the deep blue shade Stella loved. “Talking is good.” She agreed, and noticing Jun-Bo was holding tight she looked around, twisting her torso slightly. The place was very big, and she imagined if you yelled inside it would echo really well.
Stella thought about Jun-Bo’s question. Did singing count as an instrument?
“Um I sing a bit if that counts. I’m not very good though. Do you play something?” she asked, wondering if that was why he had suggested the topic.

*He listened to her speak of her singing and that made him wish to hear ehr sing. It would be interesting to her a young one sing a song.
When she asked if he played an instrument and he smiled and nodded. He thought og the insterment and also of how many times he played for fun and for pleasure.*
"Yes I play the Japanese style lap insterment as well as sing some my self. I also know how to play a harp."
*He smiled and looked around the arena. It was a place that often held more pain for people then it held pleasure. They had held a massive battle here and many had been hurt. It was just that sort of place.*

Stella smiled as he told her about his musical skills. She loved the sound of harps, but had never heard any Japanse music before.
Then he asked her to sing. She swallowed. She had nerv sang infront of people before. But then again, her uncle had never asked.
“um ok,” she said, then tried to think of what to sing. A song from the production of the musical Les Miseralbe she had seen came to her. It was sad, but very pretty. She cleared her throat, took a deep breath and began.
“On my own, pretending he’s beside me,
All alone I walk with him till morning
Without him I feel his arms around me
And when I lose my way I close my eyes
And he has found me,”
Her voice was sweet and clear, though with no real power behind it. But as she started, she closed her eyes and fell into the song she had listened to so many times, and the notes began to gain intensity, though not volume.
“in the rain the pavement shines like silver.
All the lights are misty in the river
In the darkness the trees are full of star light
And all I see is him and me
Forever and forever.”
She thought about stoping there. The rest of the verses were sad. But Mark had always told her to finish what you start.
“and I know hes only in my mind.

He is gone and the rivers just a river
Without him the world around me changes
The trees are bare

Stella got ready to finish it off, the part of her not occupied with singing hoping Jun-Bo would not mind her singing a whole song.
“I love him but every day I’m learning
All my life, I’ve only been pretending.
Without me, his world would go on turning
This world is full of happiness
That I have never known.

But only on my own.”
She finished and sighed. Her heart was beating fast. It was harder to sing knowing someone was listening.

*He listened to her sing. She had a much better voice then she gave her self credit for. He really like hearing her sing.*
"If you are not careful I just might have you sing for me more often, that was wonderful. You have a very bueatfull voice."
*He shifts his arms slightly and clapped with a grin. He really did like the way she sounded. He figured some day she would have a husband that loves her singing as well and would request her to sing all the time for him.*
"Thank you so much for singing that song. It was very pretty. I wonder what the true song sounds like and if the true song is any where near as good as you."

Stella blushed as Jun-Bo complimented her. She grinned shyly, ducking her head as he clapped. Her hair swung to cover her face as she moved her head, and she brushed it back quickly.
“The original is amazing. The accompaniment is so beautiful. On the soundtrack I have, the woman singing it puts so much emotion into her voice, it always brings me to the point of tears. When you’ve seen the show and know why the character is singing what she is, it’s really touching.” Stella remembered seeing it. it had been amazing, even though almost everyone died by the end.
Stella patted Jun-Bo’s head,
“Now will you sing for me?” she asked, wanting to hear her brother.

*He listened to her speak about it and figured she would have to let him listen to it some time. It would be quite the interesting thing to do. He smiled as she patted his head. When asked to sing he thought about what song to sing. He wanted to sin here with out you, but decided it was not to be this day since a verus was missing in his head. He smiled and nodded.*
"You will have let me hear it some time and yes I will sing for you."
*He took a moment to prepair him self for the song. It was interesting, a more modern song for him to sing. He was more use to Japanese song bein sung, but he wanted her to understand it.
His voice was clear as crystal and he pour emotion into the song.*

*His voice was steady and strong during the whole song. He had a good voice for singing, though he was not quite the same as the real singer, he had his own way of accenting the words that seemed mroe ortinetal then american.*

Stella had closed her eyes when he began to sing, wishing to leave herself open to the music. She was unfamiliar with the song, but Jun-Bo’s singing was captivating. As soon as he had finished, she clapped enthusiastically.
“That was fantastic Jun-Bo.”
She thought his voice was really like him; clear and consistent with a lot of strength behind it. “I thought the song was good too. The lyrics were interesting.” It sounded modern, and Stella did not know much about modern music.
“Have you been a singer in one your lifetimes?” she asked, still very impressed with his performance.

*He looked around the arena and wondered what the people would do if they had another monster appear. They woudl probely try to drag it here again, since is the battle zone.*
"Maybe we should try to get you signed and get you singing there little sis? What you think?"

At the thought of becoming a professional singer, Stella shook her head. She liked making up tunes, but those she kept secret.
“No, I want to be an astrologer, or a physiologist. I don’t think I would like being a singer. All the stories you hear about singers are about them doing drugs and getting married and devoiced in a year.” But he had said he had been a singer. She hoped she had not offended him.
“What was it like for you? Were you famous?” Stella asked him.

*He shrugged when she asked him about his singing. He was not famous at least he did not think he was famous. He looked up to her twisting his head so he could looka t her.*
"I do not beleive I was famous, but it was pretty good, but I stay rather small and unknown. It was fun though and gave me a chance to look at the party side of life."
*With a grinned looked back. He started moving over towards the stands. He wondered what she knew of Japan.*
Stella frowned as she tried to remember her history lessons. “Not much really. I know the first ever novelist Mirisaki Shakibu was Japanese, I know about the styles of clothing, I know about Geisha, and about their system with the samurai and the war barons. That’s about it really. I know a little about their involvement in the Second World War, but that’s not ancient. But what I have learnt has been fascinating.” She had been interested in it when Mark had thought her, prompting Mark to buy her a gift.
“Mark bought me a kimono last year when he saw I liked learning about it. He could even tie the sash properly and everything.” Stella told him, smiling as she remembered dressing up.

*He listened to her as she went on and on about what she knew. He smiled and nodded as she told him about the kimono. He would like to see his littler sis in that. It would remind him of home.*
"Mayhaps little sis will wear her kimono for me some time."
*When he was asked about accient Japan he thought back to the time and the way of life. He smiled and nodded as he remember the many different tastes and way people got around. He liked it better back then, less trouble and head aches.*
"It was much more peacful, even with there being more wars, the every day life was more peacefull. You harvested your own food and protected your town your self. It allowed you to easily enjoy life and not have to worry overly about getting run over, since everyone was on foot.
The wars were more personable and as such there was many rituals to wish the dead a peaceful slumber. We had reverance to teh dead and to the world as a whole. We did not ruin the landscape with roads or parking lots. It was alot more nature and happiness."

Stella laughed, and agreed to let him see it on her. It did look pretty, all dark blue and white silk, with a cloth-of-silver sash.
“Though you might have to help me with it,” she added. “I don’t think I can tie it by myself.”
“It sounds very serene,” Stella agreed, trying to imagine it. “I can’t really imagine living like that though. But there must have been less pollution in the sky. And I suppose everyone would be fitter and healthier which leads to happiness I suppose.”
“In Australia, things are a little calmer then out here,” she said, half to herself. “There’s more space.”

*He nodded. He had been to aussie before and had liked it. It was alot more like the older days then america. He smiled and nodded as she said he would have to help her. He would not mind helping her put it on. He could tie it with ease. He had dressed his now dead wife time and again in it. He smiled and looked around.*
"Sure I can help. I liked the old days better. It was so calm."
*He grinned at her and then tilte dhis head. It was getting very late and she was not as use to the late hours as him, he would assume. He smirked and spoke calmly.*
"How much longer are you wanting to stay out, it is pretty late?"

He seemed sure he could help her with her kimono. “Have you tied a kimono sash before, Jun-Bo?” she asked, wondering. It had taken Mark a little while to get it right.
“I’m not tired.” Stella assured him. Being under the stars always energised her, so she never needed that much sleep. “Are you? We can go back if you are, I don’t mind. I can last most of the night.”
She looked at the huge arena, and tried to picture students sparring there, or meeting up to discuss things. “Do you come here often to fight or talk? It looks very well suited to have fights in here, or spar sessions if that is what you are supposed to call them.”

*He shook his head when she asked if he was tired. He could last for a least the night. He had gone weeks with out sleep before, but he perfaired to get a couple hours a night. He smirked when she asked if he had ever tied one before.*
"Oh Yes many of times. I my last life my wife from then often wore them I ties hers several times."
*He smiled sadly. It was not the best topic for him, but he did not mind talking about it all that much. AS the topic changed to the arena he smield and nodded.*
"It is not used all that much mainly because of the size. But we have battled in here before. Even had an honest life threatening fight with a monsters in here."

She should have realised Jun-Bo must have been married at least once. But Stella did not what to dwell on the topic. The thought of marring someone and knowing you would out live them blew Stella away,
“You fought a monster here?” Stella glanced around nervously. “I thought the monsters were in the forest.” She glanced down at herself, suddenly wishing she did not glow quite so brightly. What if monsters were like moths, drawn to light? But she was being stupid. She could run away if that happened, and so could Jun-Bo, though he didn’t really seem the type to run away.

*He looked to her as she got all nervous and started looking around and then looked to her self. He could tell she wished she did not stand out so much or maybe it was that she wished she had dressed different or brought a weapong. Eh who knows he thought to him self.*
"Nervous? Nay. The school is full of great fighters. No reason to be nervous. Besides I was there to handle the monster if everyone else got hurt.
Also you can relax, I could sence if there was any living beings around. Only a zombie or some other competely dead monster would be able to not be sensed."
*He reached out and placed his hands on her head ruffling her hair. He grinned warmly. He wondered if she had ever thought about her powers as being a weakness, or a flaw.*

Stella had noticed many students appeared to be either carrying weapons or dressed for combat. “Are there a lot of battles at this school?” she asked. It made sense; people with extraordinary their abilities combined with teenage feelings.
“It’s just, at night, I’m sort of conspicuous.” she said slowly. “But if you can sense everything but a zombie, I’ll relax. You know, you must be very hard to sneak up on. I’m surprised anyone managed to kill you at all. Or were they zombies?” she was not really sure why she had brought up Jun-Bo’s death, but she was beginning to wonder who could have taken down her almost super-human brother.

*He smiled as she asked about the other students at the school. He thought it over. He did not know if he could say that there was alot of battles, he fought more when he was out of school then in school.*
"There are alot of battles, but it is no biggie. The thing is less of battles and more of students sparing and training to be faster and stronger. The monsters are where most battles take place."
*She asked about his sense and puzzled over how he could ever die. He smiled and shrugged. It was not something he often spoke of, but it was something he could talk of. He decided he would give her at least a small bit about it.*
"They were vampires, and when I was chasing one of the, another two dozen had full auto weapons and unloaded more then 24 banana clips into my body. That is how I died this last time.
Normally when I die it is to something that is supernatural and more power then any student here at this school. I am probelly about a fourth of the power I was when I died last. Only thing that will allow me to destory the vampires which took my family from me, if my old body."
*He smiled thinking he had said enough about why he died, unless she had some more questions. Maybe she would ask more, maybe she would not. He would answer if she did.*
