1. Stay on his ass.. literally. Even if he's blowing rounds from his bow, your DPS is going to be higher if you're smacking him around.

2. Make sure you dispell any DS he has... he will probably have about 40 pt or better going (wouldn't mind having some ranger input on exactly how high it can get.. I know it's very high tho)

3. Get your resists up for fire, magic, and cold in case he decides to try burning you down.

4. If you've got a Tendonslicer, use it - otherwise use SoS to snare him if it lands. You can also get some root nets depending on how good his MR is... get a Journeyman's Walking Stick and high dex to proc a tash on him before trying to root with a Crystalline Silk Net (sold in the bazaar most of the time) - in either case... he's screwed if anything of that nature lands.

5. Make sure to junk buff yourself as well, and purchase some 'Kilva's Skin of Flame" potions from the bazaar (shammy made) - it's like 33pt DS @ 65.. and if you have any rightclickies that add to this DS - use those as well.

6. There's a possibility he may try to joust you with a nice 2h.. (I don't know equip differences between the two *shrug*) - if he does this.. you will simply have to outjoust him....

7. Use SoW - even though you probably have run3 by now, go ahead and use it - he will have at least sow or better on and it will help keep him in range.

That is a start for you... if you want to get crazy.. you can invest in blind poisons (or acquire a wrapped entopy serpent spine, or Biolumiscent Orb) to possibily beat him by keeping his screen black.
