Look at the quests in the zone South Karanas or Twilight Zone (if you have Luclin). This is for like level 35-45 ones. As you didn't tell your level, I assume that is what you are looking for.

IF you dont care about stats and just want some AC to get by, get an EBBP....25AC and pretty cheap nowadays (better AC than Crafted)

Here are the stats on the Twilight Sea Quest BP...
Soldiers BP
ac22 8str 5sta 3dex 25hp 2sv fire cold magic
There will probably be some adjustments in the future (I would hope) to some of these stats, esp. since the Bard BP from Twilight is AC21 (although oddly enough, Bard Twilight Bracers are better than the PoH ones)

Breastplate
Go join a Kael Arena raid , get a Corroded Breastplate
ac 47 str14 dex7 sta10 agi15 hp90 sv magic and poison 10 effect : Invigorate
Corroded Breastplate x3 Diamonds (quest ones)
( warm / Ally faction to Thurgadin )
Pretty easy to get..... if u can manage to get it to drop
