Welcome to MHS. This is how you go about joining this RPG!
First off, you should read all of the rules. The mods and admins that are going to be looking at your character to see if it is OK to join this RPG have a trained eye for those that have not read the rules... So don't think you can get away with it and if you try twice to get by...you will be banned.
Second, Create a decent character using the proper form located in this forum. What you see there must be in the profile and clearly labeled too. Can't follow it, you will be given two weeks to fix it, then it will be deleted.
Third, Make sure you check the Locked Powers list to make sure your chosen power is not locked. If you would like to have a locked power you must ask the owner. If the power is under the General Powers list ask a mod or admin.
Forth, Make sure you post your character in the Character Sign up forum and wait for a mod or admin to check it. You can not, I repeat, CAN NOT, post anywhere on the board till your profile is has been veiwed. Do so and say goodbye to the board.
Fifth, You can post and rp on the board after The Admin/ mod has given the okay. If you are caught RPing and no OK has been given, this will result in a ban, depending on the number of days you have been posting without permission. Also If you do RP, Do NOT even attempt to use powers. We will find out, and you will be immediately removed permenantly. If another player attacks you, kindly let them know out of character (OOC:) that you are not able to use powers yet. Cause if you do, we will find out. We highly recomend you not try and test this theory. :)
