What Company should make new Valis games?
Hello everyone again
I would really like new Valis games to come or reproductoins of the old ones. Sadly I don't think Telenet can do it since they haven't made a non-pachinko game in awhile. So, which company do you think would be good to continue the Valis legacy?
Well, the first company that comes to my mind is Falcom Japan. They make good anime based games such as the famous YS series and Popful Mail, they seem to care about their past as much as their present, and I believe Telenet and Falcom have good relations with each other, Telenet did help Falcom publish YS III.

I'll have to agree with you there. It'd be interesting to see how Falcom's version of Valis comes out!
my 2 cents
Did anyone like the WIndows 95 demo those guys did over at Geocities? I finally got it to run after trying on an XP machine, earlier versions of English windows wouldn't let me play it. Looks like a run-of-the-mill fighter. I sort of think that's the wrong direction to take VALIS. It needs to be more 3-D, with more intricate and spooky graphics, getting back to the basics in VALIS I, Lovecrftian caverns and so on. WHat about a sort of retor version, retro 90s, with good anime cut sequences, but the game still a video game in and of itself, and not an animated feature like some of the Xbox stuff seems to be? WIth a secret VALIS roulette game embedded in the program, of course. I uh finished one VALIS version and it gave me a number to send in to Telenet for a prize. I'm still thinking about sending it in.

By the way, what Windows 95 game are you talking about? Is it the 2-D Japenese fighting game, because I alrady downloaded that ( and it didn't work ) If your not talking about that please tell me where to get the game your talking about.
