What We Really Needed-Chapter 4
Chapter 4
Why would she say that? Georgie questioned silently in her head as she stood there staring at Maxie, who had interrupted her talk with Dillon.
"Maxie..." Dillon said. "I really do love your sister. Things just happened and our wires got crossed, so to speak."
"How do I know your not going to cheat on her again?" Maxie asked, unaware of what really happened between Dillon and Sage. "Dillon, Georgie is my sister and I'm just-"
"Maxie I love Georgie ok? She's willing to work things out with me and I'm going to take the opportunity and prove her that she can trust me again. I'm not letting anyone or anything come between Georgie and me again."
"Well, I'm here to prove that last statement wrong because you love me." A voice shouted from behind Maxie.

"Carly didn't tell me anything, Jason."
"Sonny..."
"It's not important right now Jason! Besides, you'll find out soon enough."
"Fine." Jason said, getting too tired to fight with Sonny at being kept in the dark about what was going on.
"Well guys..." Elizabeth said. "It's been fun but I really need to get going."
"Ok, call me later sweetie. And if you need anything-" Carly said but was cut off abruptly.
"I know the number." Elizabeth said as she gave Carly a hug.
Just as Elizabeth moved away from her hug with Carly, and turned to the door Jason stopped her from leaving.
"Elizabeth." Jason said. “You never answered my question. I want to be in your life and this baby's life, will you let me?"
"Jason I can't do this right now. Just get my number from Carly and call me later, ok?"
"Elizabeth..."
"Carly will you do me a favor?"
"What do you need, Liz?"
"Tell Jason the truth. I can't tell him and be here for his reaction. He will probably be mad that I didn't tell him sooner and let him think it wasn't his."
With that, Elizabeth practically ran to the door and left.
"Why would I be mad at Elizabeth?" Jason questioned.

Dillon looked behind Maxie and glared at the person he saw standing there.
"What are you doing here!?" Dillon yelled. "I don't love you Sage! I never did! I love Georgie. Get that through your head, because it will never change!"
“No Dillon, that’s not true!” Sage said in denial. "You love me, not her!"
"What did you give him Sage!?" Georgie yelled. “I gave him a son and you gave him heartache! How did you get in here anyway? And how did you know Dillon was here?"
"I- I-"
"Oh my god!" Maxie gasped. "Have to been following Dillon? Wait, not that wouldn't be following, wouldn't that be stalking?"
"I- Well, I-"
"Get out Sage!" Georgie yelled, getting tired of Sage being there. "Just get the hell out of my house!"
"Dillon, are you going to let her talk to me like this?" Sage wined.
"Get out Sage! Or I'll have to call Mac. I'm sure he would enjoy bringing you down to the station for harassing his daughter." Dillon said.
Knowing that she didn't have a choice, in the matter, Sage agreed. "Fine. But just know this, I will get you back Dillon! I will make you love me again!"
"Whatever Sage! You keep thinking that!" Georgie screamed as Sage walked out the front door and to the limo that was parked out front.
Maxie looked around and decided to give them time to talk. She'd get to talk to her sister later. Besides, I'm sure Sage gave them enough to talk about, she thought with a sly smile.

"Jason." Carly said. "There's something we need to tell you about Elizabeth."
"What about her?" Jason asked
"It’s about the baby she's carrying. Jase it-" Carly couldn't finish. She started to cry for herself because she was so happy for her best friend and she cried for him because he was getting what he always wanted. A child that no one could ever take away from him.
"What about the baby?" Jason asked, suddenly getting an uneasy feeling in the pit of his stomach.
"Jason..." Sonny said. "The baby is yours."
"I know that the baby will be mine Sonny. The baby will always be mine, in my heart. I'll adopt the baby no matter who the father is. I don't care who the biological father is, I'm-"
"No Jason, you don't get it! Either way, the baby is still yours."
"What do you mean, Sonny?"
"Jason, Sonny means the baby is yours biologically." Carly said still crying, but happy for her friend.
"What?" Jason asked still not sure he heard Carly correctly.
"Jason, the baby Elizabeth is carrying is yours too."
"Are you sure it's mine?" He asked, still not totally sure he heard her.
"Yes Jase, it is." Carly said as she gave him a hug. He suddenly pulled away and headed towards the door.
"Jason where are you going?" Sonny asked.
"I have some stuff I have to." He said as he walked out leaving Carly and Sonny to wonder where he was going.

"I'll talk to you later Georgie because I have to go." Dillon said as he looked at his watch.
"Okay, Dillon. Bye." Georgie said as she headed towards the stairs.
"Georgie." Dillon said. Georgie turned around and Dillon gave her a hug. Before walking out the door he gave her a quick peck on the lips.
Georgie stood there for quite some time with her hand up to her lips and running her fingers over them as she thought about Dillon.

Elizabeth opened her eyes and looked around the room, knowing very well where she was. She climbed out of bed, went down the hall and headed towards the kitchen when the front door opened and in walked Emily, Lucky and Nikolas.
Elizabeth walked up to them and gave each of them a hug before asking, "What are you guys doing here?"
"We came to see what happened. Why did you leave so fast? I didn't think you were going to be busy today." Lucky said, concerned for his friend.
"I'm sorry that you guys were worried about me." She said as they walked into the living room and sat down on the couches.
"Well?" Emily said when Elizabeth didn't say anything.
"I had to go see Carly."
"God, I'll never get used to you saying that." Emily said as she laughed.
Elizabeth smirked and eventually started laughing right along with Emily.
"So, what happened while you were at Carly's?" As soon as Emily finished talking Elizabeth immediately stopped laughing and turned serious.

"Georgie!" Maxie yelled as she ran down the stairs. "What's going on between you and Dillon?"
"Nothing Maxie, look I-"
"Georgie just tell me straight out. Are you and Dillon back together or getting back together?"
"Well...yeah, were back together."
Maxie let out a shriek and gave Georgie a hug leaving her completely stumped.
"Maxie...weren't you the one that not even an hour ago told me not to believe him and that he didn't love me?"
"I wanted to know what his reaction would be. And by his reaction I'd say that he's still in love with you. Which is a good thing, because I know that you are still in love with him. I just don't want to see you hurt Georgie."
"Thanks, Max. But, I'll be fine, okay?"
"Georgie, I believe you I just-"
"Maxie, don't worry about me I'll be fine. Now come on let's go and see what the boys are up to."

"Dillon." Ned said as he saw Dillon start to walk up the stairs of the Quatermaine mansion.
"Yeah?" Dillon asked.
"Can I talk to you?"
"Sure."
Ned led Dillon into the living room so they could talk.
"What do you want to talk to me about?"
"Well...it's about Georgie."
"And?"
"Look Dillon I know that you’re still in love with her and I know for a fact that she's till in love with you-"
"Ned, please. I just want to go into my room and think. Not to be rude, but can you get to the point?"
"Ok here's the thing...I just want to know what's going on with you. Skye said she saw you watching Georgie with Tyler in the park and well frankly I'm worried-"
"Ned everything is fine. I just wanted to talk to her. Later I went over her house, we talked and now everything is fine."
"Everything is fine?" Ned asked, still unconvinced.
"Yeah, were back together. Were going to try to get past everything and hopefully we will have a future together.
"That's great Dillon." Ned gave him a slap on the back and got ready to leave the room when he turned and looked at Dillon with a smirk on his face. "I still can't believe you and Georgie are back together."
"You and Georgie are back together!?" A voice screeched from the doorway.
Ned and Dillon turned towards the door, only to see a very angry Tracy Quatermaine.

"Nothing really happened while I was there."
"Elizabeth something must have happened. Did you tell Jason? Was he there? Did he show up and see you and Carly talking?
"No, um- Sonny and Carly told him after I left. I didn't want to be there when he realizes that I ruined his life."
"You didn't ruin my life." A very emotional Jason said as he walked into the room and walked straight up to Elizabeth.
Prevews
-Emily, Lucky and Nikolas leave so Jason and Elizabeth can talk.
-Ned gives Tracy an ultimatum.
-Dillon surprises Tracy with his knowledge of what she's been up to.
-Jason leaves Elizabeth a gift.
