hey, most people who post on this site are in the UK (me included) so it's a bit much to assume we'd know what a GSA is. for those who don't, it's a Gay Straight Alliance, like a GLBT friendly organisation in a high-school made up of pupils, teachers and i think parents.
high school's a pretty shitty place, and, although i'm wary of using stereotypes manufactured by teen-dramas, in the US isn't high-school like HELL? all jocks vs nerds and bullying and shit?
it might be better to come out at college, or after you leave high-school.
there is sooo much stuff on the net for gay teenagers, just do a Google search or browse the google directory.

Should I turn to the school GSA, the school shrink, or go somewhere else for advice,
those sound like serious things to do, so, although you haven't quite explained your problem (other than everyone around you is a homophobe) only you really know. if this is really getting you down, then maybe you should do that. do you have any close friends you trust to come out to and talk to? you could talk to people here, go to there profiles and check their msn's.
the point is, you haven't really explained your situation for us to help/advise you. and also, you need to decide things for yourself.
