Where can you find the World Passes for sale in Windurst area?

Average 1,000 gil, and they are sold in the HUGE tree in Windurst Walls. Star Sybil tree, Heaven's tree, there are many names for it. Not sure of the official name. But once you go in, look around, you will find some taru's selling them.
