(Jordyn's Diary) Jordyn's "diary" isn't really a diary at all - rather, it's one of those cheap flimsy cardboard folders that anyone can pick up at a local Wal-Mart or Dollar Store for a couple of dollars (Canadian, of course). It's a plain black, though there are stickers covering the front and back of random bands, sayings, and comic characters. A couple of sketches that she really liked are taped to the cover as well, and the entire thing has been wrapped in packing tape to make it more durable - she didn't put this much effort into making it look good to have it fall apart on her! In big bold stickers she 'wrote' out: Jordyn's Stuff on the front, the only indication that it even belongs to her. Inside the folder is where her 'diary' entries are - random thoughts scribbled down on scraps of paper. She only recently started dating her pages, and considered getting a real diary for a while until she decided that a notebook was better - she wouldn't have to worry about running out of pages. Instead, she could just stick more in, or so the theory goes. The inside of the folder is scribbled all over, random thoughts and her old school schedule. None of the entries, letters, sketches, photographs, etc., are in any sort of order, but Jordyn doesn't care as she's the only one going through the book. There is very little protection on the folder, but what is there is enough in Jordyn's opinion. She stumbled across a little charm at her old school in her second year that made it impossible for anyone but her to open the folder. So long as nothing falls out or she closes it when she's done, all of Jordyn's thoughts are secret...
