As you may or may not know, EZboard will be going through some major changes very soon. It will no longer be compatible with most boards, and many of the amenities you are accustomed to will no longer be free. Alas, RPG Chronicles has the solution you seek.
We are a roleplay hosting site, and do we have a deal for board owners who wish to transfer their RPG's to our servers. The first thing you'll get if you come join our winning team is a board that is completely FREE for one year. The owners of RPGC once owned sites at ezboard and paid anywhere from 60-120$ every six months. At RPG-Chronicles, after the introductory year free, you will only pay 14.99 a year!

No longer will you be held hostage by miscreants who wish to destroy your valauble work.
All of the sites hosted by RPG Chronicles will get free 24/7 tech support. We have a help ticket on the RPG Chronicles mainsite that all members can take advantage of, and utilize in order to get any and all technical issues reolved quickly and efficiently. If you opt for an Invision Power Board,
ours are sites are registered with Invision. This means you not only get great tech support from RPGC, but from Invision as well.
Additionally, we offer custom graphic and skin assistance free of charge for all members. All work done is clean, crisp, very professional, and high quality. We custom tailor to your needs. With this comes the advertising power of RPG Chronicles. Included in the inrtoductory offer, RPGC will pay for the first year of your domain.
Some extra additions will be payment only. For example, all boards can purchase their own chatrooms, that will be exclusive to each board. You don't have to use a community or centralized chatroom at RPG Chronicles. How much you ask? 1.99 a year. Thats all. We have our own image gallery as well we can install, that all sites can take advantage of to host any and all images that you want on your boards. No longer will you need to have an imageshack account. Cost to you? 2.00$ a year.
Members can also purchase their own portals such as Post Nuke, PHP Nuke, XOOPS, etc. for just $15. A one time fee, which typically runs 29.99 to 35$ for installation. Not at RPGC. HA! I play at Aztec Gold, the PotC board! XD It's actually pretty nicely set up, and now that that whole incident that happened a while ago has passed and the bugs that were there are fixed...it looks great.
Lena, you actually might want to consider this, as many boards are turning Invision-style, it seems. They're more attractive when it comes to displaying ads (though with this offer you wouldn't even have any XD) and for some reason I personally post better at Invision boards. o.o Dunno why....

I'm big on Invisionfree myself, and if this place is even vaguely similar I wouldn't have any problems moving over. My only complaints about invisionfree have been that it's harder to do layouts like, for example, this one (it's much easier to simply skin them, and there are some nice skins out there) and you can't do subbies like you can on ezboard.
But it's made up for with things like smaller/better integrated ads, stickies/announcements, subforums, usergroups... etc.

Yeah we definitely have considered the swap to invisionfree. Problem is, I don't know anything about customization. I signed up with a test board and tried to figure what the heck was going on and it's just SO confusing! I have no idea how to work anything. So I was thinking I was gonna wait until summer before I tried to work with it again, just cause I have absolutely no time right now to fiddle with stuff like that. >.<
But yeah, worry not. We've definitely REALLY considered going that route. I'll have to check out this ad thing (even though I would prefer if it wasn't posted in our discussion forum since advertisements is MUCH more appropriate for this kind of thing. >.<) and see how the server is.
