everyone Its news on Anna!!!
It is alot of news but a little of something at least. I havent heard anything for a while so I was happy to c something was happing...Anyway this message board has been really dead lately and i was wondering where evryone was? lol I miss the ppl posting =)
Foon wins supreme fashion award

Wellington fashion designer Laurie Foon – whose designs are worn by actors Liv Tyler and Anna Paquin and singer Bic Runga – won the supreme award at the Wellington Retail Fashion Awards last night.
The designer behind the Starfish and Laurie Foon labels, Foon also won the Passion for Fashion Award.
"It's a real honour and I feel almost humbled by it but at the same time it is really wonderful to be recognised for our passion for the industry," she said.
Foon will be exhibiting her winter 2004 range at New Zealand Fashion Week next month.

lol Well it doesn't say anything about Anna, it just says that a fashion designer from New Zealand won an award and that Anna and Liv Tyler happen to wear her designs.

But I needed to post soemthing lol it was the closet possible thing I could find on news about Anna lol Adn plus I just wanted some knew posting on the board lol I didnt care about the subject as long as it mentioned Anna =)... I hope she is enjoying her break!!!

Anna Paquin Grows Up... But Isn't Afraid To Ask For Help
Anna Paquin has come a long way since her Oscar-winning star turn at the tender age of 10 in The Piano. The actress -- who's now in college at Columbia University -- has recently branched out from younger roles to that of young women.
First came her appearance as Rogue in the two X-Men films, then a smaller role as a high school student who attempts to seduce her teacher in Spike Lee's The 25th Hour. Now, of course, Anna Paquin is starring as Joaquin Phoenix's love interest in Buffalo Soldiers, which features a scene the New York Post calls "screendom's longest (serious) smooch." And where's a modern girl to go to get advice on kissing? Paquin went to the best -- Sex And The City's Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker, who gave the young actress some tricks of the trade.
As well as Anna Paquin may have acted the scene, there's likely one person who won't ever see it -- and that's Paquin herself. She tells us that watching herself onscreen -- even in straight scenes -- nearly gives her hives: "I'm always watching my own work, kind of like, cringing and scrunching down in my seat because it makes me feel really nervous and uncomfortable. I've never really watched my own performances closely enough to really be like, 'Well, here's exactly how I've changed.' No, I--it's all a little too weird for that."
