noni juice & honey mask
Yea I read up on the Noni Juice so I will be looking to by that reaaaalll soon. Yes that sounds like an everyday here on out drink. 3 oz twice a day right? Or are you only doing 2 oz twice a day. Yea the honey is nice. Did you see how the pores tightened and even shrunk? I wouldn't do it everyday...just every other day. I think I'll even cut it to 3 times a day. Then once my face gets back to normal do it daily. Well keep me updated. Thanks for your update. :D

Skin regimen
Hello everyone, I found this web page because I was looking for direction on how to take care of my skin and I will try some of the things that I have read here.

I would like to mention one thing regarding Noni juice. My mother heard about this product and was also a representative many years ago (she is an herbalist) and I want to make a suggestion to you. There are a few side affects to using Noni and it VARIES between individuals. It will work for a period and then it will stop. So I want to say please be careful and pay close attention to your body. She mentioned to me that it affects the liver negatively with long term use. SO please be careful.

Again thank you for the suggestions and everyone take care.

noni juice
Thank you for that info. I hadn't bought or used it yet and I won't be now. I researched and came up with so many good things on it, I never heard anyone saying what you are, but I am listening. Well, can you tell us what it is good for then and what was your/ your mother's experience with it and results? What you noticed. Maybe even why it could be damaging to your liver. Thank you, the info will be much appreciated. Thanks:D

Black Soap & Noni Juice
hello all! i too found this site lastnight and immediately placed an order for the Black Soap and the Shea Moisturizer. i have had oily skin for all my life and i'm hoping this will work. i too have been turning towards using more natural products.

i also tried NONI juice for a while and while i'm not really sure it worked all that much i ended up stopping it and i'm glad i did now that i read about the liver problems it could cause.

something you can look at is www.mercola.com and click on the right hand side under Living Fuel Super Food. this stuff is awesome and completely organic. i use the SuperBerry and like it alot. bought one can first, fell in love with it and ordered four more. just a suggestion ;)

i hope to get to know everyone!

Wuzzy :)

UPDATE
Hello,
I thought I'd do an update since it has been a while :rolleyes Probably b/c I'm still not where I want to be w/my complexion :\ But it is all good, I'm just keeping the faith and sticking w/my regimen and diet:D
Ok, so the black soap 2x a day wasn't really doing much for me. When I first started using it, it made the bumps go away and I was really syked and was starting to concentrate on my spots...then I started to get bumps here and there (at the same time) around my chin/jawline area ugh! So I was searching for something to control the bumps from forming. I tried this all natural stuff called Boscia Willow Bark Breakout Treatment. It had some really good things in it and I was really excited about purchasing it...well come to find out Willow Bark is pure salycic acid (in its' natural form) :rolleyes So it really didn't do anything for me except maybe made the bumps stay:\ So I discontinued that use and bought me some Sea Breeze Original Formula astrigent to help w/the bump problem. I incorporated Honey Oatmeal Soap into my regimen by the way and have been using that in the mornings for about 2 weeks and I use the black soap at night time. I also came across a really good spf 30 that may help the dark spots fade faster since I never wear sunblock...yes I know naughty girl:eek lol! So here has been my regimen for the past 2 weeks and 1 week for the Sea Breeze :D

Morning:
Cleanse-Honey Oatmeal Soap
Exfoliate-Avalon Enzyme Exfoliating Scrub
Tone-Sea Breeze Original Formula
Moisturize-Coppertone Faces spf 30

Night:
Cleanse-ABS
Exfoliate-Avalon Enzyme Exfoliating Scrub
Tone-Sea Breeze
Moisturize-Unrefined Shea Butter

2x weekly: Facial Steam w/Rosemary
3-4x weekly: Honey Mask (I love this)

Overall my skin is glowy and is coming along...the spots on my cheeks have faded tremendously (still some fading to do) and my spots on my jawline are fairly new so they are slowly fading and I still have a few bumps around this area as well so I'm hoping they quit being stubborn and don't leave a dark mark behind.

I'm taking my Silica Plus vitamins, drinking a gallon+ of water a day 2 glasses of water I add flaxseeds to it, and although I have been eating some sweets I still eat nothing but chicken, fish, veggies and fruits. I do not consume beef, pork or rarely any spicy foods. I'm even thinking about going Vegetarian b/c I come from a family history of them :D I'll think about doing that in about a month or so if I can't get these stubborn bumps to bounce. I am doing a process of elimination of what could be causing this...I know stress is one but I've been doing good about relieving and not being stressed.

I can't wait until I update you all and say "I'm all cleared up!!" or "I got a compliment!" Pray for Me|I

african black soap
I'm so glad I found this chat room. I've been searching for nearly a year now for an all natural, good skin care regimen. I recently ordered the sample pack from Nasabb website as you all have been talking about. I expect it tomorrow. Can't wait to try the African Black Soap (ABS). I've been using shea butter as my moisturizer (day and night) and have seen a difference in my mild acne/combo skin. I also have a problem with blackheads on and around my nose. I suppose I should mask 1-2x per week. I'll keep you all posted.
