David gets to work.... ( The boy Agent disembarks from the elevator that has carried him up to Nate's apartment level. The tiny robot whispers something, and his skin becomes riddled with marks, implications that he is injured and bruised. He stops in front of Nate's apartment, rings the doorbell once, and deactivates his systems, looking like a small, abused child who has fallen unconscious....) |

Re: David gets to work... ( David runs down Ray's file, and realizes quickly how powerful he is. Unlike Tiren, Ray's threat level is VERY DANGEROUS.) David: (pretending to come to)I got lost from my mommy....then I found some...bad people...in suits...they said they'd give me candy, then they beat me up...they kept askin' me where some man called Tiren was.... ( The little boy begins to sob, tears running down his face. What's going on inside his mind is different.) ~ This guy....I may be biting off more than I can chew. He was Black Corp.'s assassin for quite some time, and did a very good job of it... But I'll figure his weakness out sooner or later. Then I'll have him down. It'll have to be quick though...I get the feeling he doesn't trust me.~ |

It won't kill Ray, but he'll be paralyzed till he gets the antidote. The needle is so small, Ray doesn't feel almost anything...a sensation like a tickle, but nothing more.)' ~Hehehehehe...all too easy. And all I have to do is play the innocent little kid. Now that he's out of the way...Nezomiiro should be a cakewalk. I thought these guys were supposed to be CHALLENGING....hahahahahaha!!!!~

Re: The angel in Exile David: ~Something's wrong....the nerve toxin should have taken effect by now... Maybe I should find someplace secluded...like the bathroom....and call for backup. If Ray has Sentinels to deal with...well, he won't think much of Mr. Boy Agent. That, or I could wait till he has his back turned, and then put him out. He's too dangerous to leave mobile. But it could be he's only slightly resistant...I'll wait till the full twenty minutes is up.~ OOC: Is Ray resistant to poisons or somethin'?

Re: The angel in Exile ooc-yep. highly resistant, due both to the fact that he was an assassin himself and knows the tricks (and built up an immunity to poison while he was at it) and also that he, like Tiren, has a demon inside him and gains certain benefits from it-even though unlike Asmodai, his demon was rendered helpless. bic-*Ray sits down with his back to the wall, to all outward appearances, he appears to be chatting with Tiren, but David can feel Ray's eyes on him at all times.* |

As much as I hate to admit it, I'd better call for a diversion.~ ("limps" away to the bathroom, whereupon his sound systems set it up so it sounds like he's doing his business, while in reality....) This is Agent David. I've encountered a highly volatile variable. I need Sentinels right away! Make it a large number, suitable for a diversion. Doe: (on other end of phone) Got it. A squadron will be there in 5. What is your mission status? David: I am preparing to render Nezomiiro helpless. Second objective not reached. Doe: (phone) Understood. Speed up if possible. HQ out. (David walks out after "washing his hands" and walks back in, where he meekly requests a blanket of Ray. All the while, the clock in his head counts down...soon, five minutes will be up. Soon Ray will be distracted...)

David screams and runs...down the hall where Nate's bedroom is. ~So far so good. Now I'll have Nezomiiro, while the damn assassin is busy with the Sentinel...~ (still looking scared, he runs inside Nate's bedroom. The demeanor vanishes, replaced by a cool calm. He looks around for Nate....) ********************** Sentinel: PROTOCOL 456 RUNNING. DESTROY NEZOMIIRO RESIDENCE...DESTROY... ( Fires its beam cannons at Ray, not caring what it hits)
