My first RP here. Couldn't think of better title...

"Digidestined? What do they do, save the world?" Chrissie asked with a slight sarcastic tone to her voice. "Well, I'm sorry to say buddy, but I have enough saving to do with my own life."

After speaking her mind she looked down at the root and had a slight worried look on her face.

"That isn't natural...is it?" her voice held a worried tone. Chaomon sniffed the air and creeped slowly to the strange root trying to get any idea of what it could be.

Couldn't think of better title... the root sank into the ground, hiding from view "darkness is not something that can ever be destroyed. the powers of light and darkness are like two sides to the same coin. destroy one, and you destroy the other. the only thing we can do is try to keep the light stronger than the darkness. as long as we can do that, darkness will never be able to win over the light" -Kain

Perplexed, Chrissie walked over to her digimon and looked down to where she was growling. Couldn't think of better title... the ground started to bulge and sink again, then there was an explosive shower of dirt as a rather large digimon jumped out. it was about 7 feet tall and looked like a rather sick, very twisted version of lillymon. it stood there smiling, not a friendly smile at all, but one that reveiled a full set of dangerous looking fangs "darkness is not something that can ever be destroyed. the powers of light and darkness are like two sides to the same coin. destroy one, and you destroy the other. the only thing we can do is try to keep the light stronger than the darkness. as long as we can do that, darkness will never be able to win over the light" -Kain

Chaomon fluttered back into the air and swung around to back where Chrissie was standing. "Chrissie! What do we do?" Chaomon asked while stille hovering in the air. He steps protectively in front of Chrissie and Chaomon, holds up his cane, and begins to chant. Falcon-Powers of fire, hearken to your master's call! Fly from my hands and burn my foe to ashes! Chaomon flew out by Falcon and hovered next to his head growling at the fiend. "Chaomon! Get back here! You're going to get killed!" Chrissie ordered sternly. Frusterated, she walked up behind Falcon and spun him around to face her. "What's going on? All of this racket is definitely going to lure the police over here! Then I'm doomed!" she explained. She glanced back over to where this new fellow came in and she simply shook her head trying to straighten out her mind.

She then glanced over to where this knew creature continued to change. "Chrissie! Help me digivolve!" Chaomon explained and ran back to where Chrissie was standing. "Help you do what?" Chaomon's words began to get desperate. She flew directly in Chrissie's face, a look of determination in her face. "Let me do this. You can't always look out for me. Just because we had one accident with this a long time ago, doesn't mean it's going to happen again." Chrissie stayed silent and bowed her head away from Chaomon. "Chrissie please! Don't ignore me! We're partners..." Chaomon's words became more faint as she finished her plea. OOC: Wow, this one is starting to get a little spiced up. Hmmm...

Falcon placed a hand on Chrissie's shoulder, there was kindness in his eyes, but firmness as well. Falcon-We need all the help we can get. You seek to survive, but as a digi-destined, simple survival is a path that you cannot truly take. Could you-knowing that you could save people like that helpless man-allow them to die while you do nothing? Whether you like it or not, you possess the power to change things, for better or for worse. I have lived a long time, longer than you think, and I have seen many such as yourself who wish to walk away and close the world out-but can you afford to do that? You may close out the world, but it will not stay away from you forever. It will always be there, and if you are not prepared for it, you may destroy yourself trying to stay aloof. I will fight this creature now, as best I can, but the more help I have, the more likely I will succeed and the less likely more innocents will be harmed.
