*Erik starts moving again. The white glow from his eyes is now enveloping his entire body. Erik is still in the air, but now, under his own power*

There is no kind of attack existant that can stop me from getting you Ness!!!!!

*Erik flys at Ness, using combo attacks, punches, kicks, upper cuts, knee smashes and then Erik grabs Ness's legs, spins him around a few times in mid air, and throws Ness into the earth below. Erik slowly lands on the ground and looks at the crater that Ness's body made*

*Erik picks up his scythe and sheathes it, he has his sword in one hand and his other scratching the back of his head*

Constantine, Ness isnt dead, he needs medical attention yes, but not dead. Could you see to it that he gets to the hospital? Thanks.

All I had out was my sword. IC: Erik does a backflip to get off the ground, laughs alittle as he graps the 2 pieces of his scythe and screws in the shaft again. Erik turns on the double bladed scythe and two energy edges come out from the generators. Erik lunges at Ness and chops off his armor and slices the axe into several pieces. Erik then does a jumping roundhouse kick to Ness's head, knocking him down. Erik levels his scythe at Ness's head, vaporising parts of his hat and hair* Ok, take your pick. Die now by my scythe or give up and realize how much of a dink you are. Now make up your mind before I loose my grip on my scythe. Erik then zips up, brushes off his hands then puts his nose back in place, and wipes the blood off from his face Hahaha! Ness you are making a valient effort true, but theres something you dont know. You will tire eventually, you'll exaust your items and whatnot, and you might even get the better of me for a few seconds. But you cant win! No matter what you do to me Ill bounce back and do double damage on you! Eriks eyes glow white again, covering his body as he flies over to Ness and does a double axe handle, sending Ness into mid air. Erik flies up and catches Ness (100feet), he grabs both of his arms and places his feet right between Ness's sholders and starts to pull back. Ness's shoulders already reach the dislocation point and he is in total agony. Now, how would you like to become Odaiba's newest Special Needs student? You know, you could just give up and pray that you never bother me again. Its your call, but I think now would be a good time to choose.
