Starting off on the right foot... OOC: it's Trin, I know the pic is familiar, I'm gonna switch Trin's pic later. IC: *sits up in bed and looks at the clock, her shoulder length brown hair dishevelled* It's 7! I only have an hour to get to Oak's lab!!! *worry worry* *jumps up out of bed and scrambles into the shower, emerges from the bathroom 45 minutes later in a towel with her hair tied up in a yellow ribbon* Now, for some clothing fitting for a world class pokemon trainer! *grins as she pulls on her overalls and a shortly cropped yellow t-shirt* that Ash...I can do better than him any day! Just watch me! *grins madly* *thinks about how her cousin, Ash, who is the same age as her, is getting all the fame and glory in the Pokemon league, and scowls* I'll show him! *grabs her backpack, swings it over her shoulder and runs over to Professor Oak's lab* PROFESSOR OAK!!! Oak: *pokes his head out the window* Hmn? Oh, Brionna! How are you? Breezy: Great, Professor! Is my Pokemon ready to be picked up, yet? Oak: it sure is! Come inside! Breezy: *opens the door and steps into the lab* woah...there're so many... Oak: *nods* indeed. Come with me to the selection room! *leads her to a room filled with pokeballs* Take your pick! Breezy: *blinks and wanders for a while, until she sees one she immediately likes* I'll take this one!!! Oak: I'm sorry, Brionna, but that one's very rare, and I don't think you can handle it! Breezy: *looks at her sneakers* Oak: *sighs* but alright...if you really are related to Ash, then maybe you might be able to take care of it well! Breezy: YES! What is it? Oak: *hands her the pokeball* it's called Mew. It's a psychic type with incredible versatility! Breezy: *looks at it in admiration* wow...THANKS PROFESSOR!!!! *hugs him* Oh, I'm so happy!!! *laughs* Oak: Come here. Now that you have a Mew all your own, take this Pokedex, the updated version! *hands her a blue pokedex* and here are five pokeballs! *hands her the pokeballs, all of which she stores in her backpack* Breezy: thanks, sir! Can Mew come out, now? Oak: *nods* sure it can! Take it out into the feilds to train it and catch some more pokemon, why don't you? Just be careful, alright? Here's a potion in case he gets damaged, and if he becomes low on health, just take him to the nearest pokecenter! Breezy: *nods* okay! C'mon out, Mew! *lets Mew out of her pokeball* Mew: *looks up at Breezy* mew? Breezy: *glows* Hi, Mew! I'm Breezy, and I'm gonna be your trainer from now on! Is that alright with you? Mew: *smiles* MEW! *nods* Breezy: *laughs* OKAY! C'mon, Mew, let's go and have some fun!!! *Mew and Breezy run out the door and into the feilds* Oak: *calls after* be careful, Brionna! Don't challenge trainers who are too strong or have too many pokemon! Breezy: OKAY! *cartwheels* whee, this is gonna be SO fun, Mew! You an' me, the inseperable duo!! Mew: mew!!!!! *does a mid-air cartwheel and floats after Breezy. They run into the feild, looking for some competition* |

*has gotten out of bed only 10 minutes before and is now running like a mad person to Prof. Oak's*
must... not ...be ....late.... need... poke...... *arrives at Prof. Oak's just in time to see many other hopeful trainers eager to get their first poke's* *walks up to Pof. Oak* am I too late? Prof. Oak: *smiles warmly* not at all! I still have a pokeball reserved for you! *leads her into the room filled with pokeballs* Violet: which one is mine? *looks around* Prof. Oak: This one. *hands her the ball* It's called a Bellossom. Violet: Bellossom? really? *opens the pokeball* *little flower-like creature comes out* Bellossom: Bell! Bell! Prof. Oak: Looks like you'll be getting along just fine. She seems to like you. Violet: she does? |

Re: Starting off on the right foot... *looks around at the meadow* Hey Mew, do you see any pokemon trainers around? Mew: Mew....*shakes head "no" in disappointment* Breezy: *sighs* just great...maybe we might find a pokemon to catch? That would be cool!! I'd like to know what you attacks are... *they walk along for a while, until a caterpie crawls out of the brush* LOOK, MEW! ANOTHER POKEMON! Caterpie: *looks up and makes a chatter noise* Mew: *jumps in front of Breezy eagerly* MEW! Caterpie: Pie? Mew: *floats over to it and sniffs at it* Mew? Caterpie: *uses its poison sting, and it hits the unsuspecting Mew* Mew: MEWWWWW!!!!!! *falls to the ground and rubs its head* Mew! Caterpie: *crawls away* Breezy: OH NO! MEW! *runs over to it and picks it up* Are you okay? Mew: *looks up sickly* mew.... Breezy: Oh no, you're poisoned! *looks concerned* I have to get you to the nearest Pokemon center right away!! Mew: mew.... Breezy: *pulls out Mew's pokeball and tries to call it back, but Mew wont* huh...? Mew: *tries to fly, but it crashes to the ground* Breezy: ...Why wont you go back? Are you afraid you wont be let out again? Mew: *nods* Breezy: *shakes her head* okay, come here...*kneels down and opens her backpack. She gently puts Mew in and tightens the drawstring so that mew is secure, and swings it gently over her back* Okay, I'll have to run a bit to get you to the center...brace yourself! *breaks into a swift run...being how she got her nickname, for being so fast* *thinks:* I hope I can get mew to the pokecenter in time...I can't believe I lost my first battle... Mew: *feeling ashamed, winces as the poison sucks more HP* mew... |

Breezy is protectively carrying Mew (like Misty carries her Togepi) out of the Pokemon center, when they accidentally bump into someone* Oof! Sorry!! *rubs her head and looks up* |

Re: Starting off on the right foot... OCC: I guess I'll join... Just make sure no Pikachus get in my way or I give their electric asses a beat down... I just really hate Pikachus... ***Looks around with shifty eyes.*** I'm not gonna bother registering for another character... It takes too much work, and I'm tired from not sleeping last night. I'll just post a character profile with this same account later. And my character's name in the pokemon universe is "Mamoru Issaishujou" which means "Protector of all creatures". His initial pokemon is a wolf like pokemon called "WolfClaw". IC: Mamoru: ***Glomps WolfClaw half to death.*** Good job WolfClaw... we captured that Ditto I was missing... Now we have 49 pokemons!!!!! WolfClaw: ***Licks Mamoru affectionally.*** Woof woof!! Mamoru: The pokemon center is near by, we might as well rest up right? WolfClaw: ***Nods in agreement.*** Woo-f woof woof w-oof!! ***Walks into the Pokemon center and sees Breezy and Sandie facing off.*** Mamoru: ***Looks a bit scared.*** I don't like the looks of this... Re: Starting off on the right foot... Sure, kid. "Can you make him jump through a hoop, too?" In fact, I remember this one kid that came through Cherrygrove City. Had some stupid pikachu with him. I think his name was "Karkam"..er "Ketchum" or something. Kid couldn't even control his own charizard. Stupid sap. So I have a whole new respect for the "Ketchup" family now.
