the stairs spiraled upward for a while, most of the exits blocked by parts of the tower that had collapsed. there was one near the top that was unblocked....the sky was overhead, since the top half of the tower had fallen off. the sky looked like a huge vortex, sometimes images of other worlds could be seen flashing overhead. there was a trail of blood on the floor

Cassie's locket grew warm - a sign of danger. this had all seemed so familar. |

Re: digital masters..... it was quiet again.....whoever was making that sound wasnt anymore, they were somewhere in that room though. above them, the sky flashed and twisted, more and more often the sceen of some crystalline world would keep appearing |

She shrugged off the moaning from the woman nearby, and concentrated on the ceiling, while Joamon looked around the dark room for the woman. There was something strangely familar about that ceiling....maybe it wasn't a ceiling....Cassie felt that she could almost touch it.* |

Re: digital masters..... there was no ceiling.....it had been blown off by the blasts. the sky was sorta high up to reach. but the images came more and more often. the woman was found laying against a console....she was very pretty, probobly in her 30's, and also a digimon. she had long green hair down to her mid back, and crystal green eyes, although they were dulled now...her green dress was torn apart, and she had blood all over. she looked up at Joamon ".....Ryuhal.....at.attack..ed..." |

Re: digital masters..... "Uh...uh.... CASSIE!!" Joamon cried. Cassandra took her glance away from the sky, and ran to Joamon's side. "Oh my gosh!! You poor thing!! Cassie looked at all the blood around the woman, and saw the near-by digimon. She reached into her duster pocket, and pulled out a few first aid supplys. "I knew those first-aid classes I took would come in handy someday," she said, looking through the contents, and selecting a rolled-up cloth bandage. "Miss, please calm down....are you ok?" she said, gently bandageing up the womans cuts and bruises. She knew that they wouldn't help much, but it was all she had. Maybe they'd at least stop the bleeding. She began to calm the woman down, and pulled off her white duster sweater, and folded it, gently, placing it under the womans head so she could rest comfortablly- or as comfortablly that was physically possiable in the current situation. Cassie moved on to exam the digimon - checking to see if it was awake...or even alive. so much damage had been done. "Joamon - please see if you can find some water - there has to be some around here somewhere. Please - hurry!" Joamon nodded, and ran down the stairs as fast as her kanga-roo like legs would carry her. Withen a few min. she was back. "There was a small stream near by....the water's filld with debree, but I was able to carry a little bit in my goggle lenses," Joamon said, walking towards Cassie, who couldn't help but smile. Joamon and her trademark goggles - you'd have to laugh. She cradled the injured digimon, almost in a motherly way, and spoke softly to Joamon. "See if you can poor some of that into it's mouth. Maybe if we can get the muscles in it's throat to swallow, it might awaken." Still holding the digimon, she turned to the woman. The sight frightened her. Her white duster, now stained with blood. No doubt she would be cold wear just her green tank top with nothing to cover her arms. But this was serious. She would live - but she wasn't sure about that woman. "Miss...if you can...please - gather your strength and tell me....what happened....who did this?" |

Re: digital masters..... the digimon was already dead.... she tried to sit up, but couldnt. she slowly looked at the sweater, her smile, even in her condition, was so comforting.... "child....it...to late....my time is up....." she sighed lightly "this is the Nirvus Center.....the Reflex Point...of the digital world....without it....the digital world will collapse into the crystal dimension....." her body shook, she tried to talk "Ryuhal attacked....he wants to rule....everything....he forced the tear, this is the result....." her body shuddered. sounds were on the stairs and kain burst through the top of the stairs kain:"ASTEAMON!" he ran over, cradeling her head kain:"what happened?!" she had already died kain shook his head slightly....his shoulders shaking |

Cassie looked into Joamon's eyes, and saw that she too was greiving. Cassie turned to Kain, trying to hold back the tears - she saw the movement in his shoulders..'he's crying' she thought. she gently put down the digimon, and slowly walked over to Kain. She didn't exactly know how to comfort him, for her own face was tear streaked. she rubbed her eyes, and talked, softly, her voice a little shake from what she was told. "Someone evil by the name of Ryuhal attacked this place...if I understand correctly, the digital world will be destroyed with out this control center. Ryuhal wants to rule the digi world....but I don't understand.." she sat next to Kain, and gently put a hand on his shoulder. Probablly not the most comforting gesture, but she was used to being alone, with just Joamon. She looked at the woman, and the digimon. Joamon walked over. "This is horriable," Joamon sighed. "Cassie nodded, a tear starting to fall from her eye. She had try to stop crying - that was for babies. "We have to do something, Joamon....we have too." |

kain brushed her hand off his shoulder and stood up, his eyes flashing
"damnit, this is MY fault. i wasnt here to protect her!" he looked at the ruins of Nirvus. "i told her it would happen....i told her....i never should have gone to the real world. i dont belong there anyway" he headed back down the stairs, he was going to get Ryuhal for this one.....and he had to find a way to reseal the digital rift, or everything was dead.....he didnt even seem to notice cassie, he was to angry |

Ryuhal isnt some rouge digimon that can be destroyed with a big attack, hes a demon....from the crystal dimension...the dimension which is currently trying to swallow the digital world." a huge white dragon flew down from above, glowing and changing to a small bronze wyvern and landing on kains shoulder wyvernmon:"i didnt see Ryuhal, i think he returned to the dimension. but i saw Jiten" kain:"lovely...." he looked at cassie and her digimon kain:"how far can you digivolve" |

And with Joamon, I know we can do it!" Joamon looked at Kain and nodded. "I'm still working on the whole digi-volve thing - but when I digivolve to Seiimon, nothing can get in my way! honest! Please, let us come." "I promise, we won't be any trouble, and we can help! In one way or another, I know we can!!" Cassie said, her face emotionless. Screw the prophacy - if she was going to die to save the digiworld, heck - she might as well die fighting. |

"We can be of help, in one way or another. Joamon can digivolve, and she's really powerful." Cassie said, trying to brighten the mood. "Yeah! And Cassie has this thing that-" Cassie glared at Joamon, and mouthed 'not now, I can't exactly do anything." "Oh..yeah." Joamon just shruged. Nither talked, and the only movement between them was how they fallowed Kain and wyvernmon. |
