*Azrael nods respectully to Seiken and, reaching to to touch Cassie's arm, begins to glow brighter. Despite its brightness, the light is warm, comforting. Cassie feels the light spread over her and feels the pain in her arm fade as the wound begins to heal. An instant later, it is done and the light fades back to it's normal level.*

This feeling was so familar - like de-ja vu. ((spelling prolly, lol)) "Thank-you," she said smileing. she stood up, with Joamon standing next to her. These were friends - they just had to be. "Thanks - both of you." Joamon nodded. "Yeah - it was great that you both showed up when you did...and you're powers...they're....amazing....how you can control them with ease." *cassie turned to Seiken, wondering if she should mention her own special 'gift, but decided not too. she was probablly just being paranoid.* "Other people...can do this magic?" |

Re: sometimes the things you most wish for are not to be tou *The glow fades from around Tiren, and the wings vanish leaving Tiren in control of his body again.* Tiren-You'd be surprised, actually. There're quite a few of us. My own powers are super strength and speed, as well as a couple of...other surprises. Azrael has healing and holy powers, Seiken's got a freakin' arsenal of weapons, and some pretty devastating chi attacks...and who knows what else...Constantine can control time, split into several doubles of himself, and swings a mean sword...Master Falcon knows an amazing array of spells, Cal's a werewolf, and psychic to boot...the list goes on. |

Althought I do have other abilities, I rather not go through all of them right now. ***Nods at Constintine.*** You made a mistake with the location of the portal... I've never seen that before... Is something wrong?

Cassie sat, and motioned the others to do so. "It's sort of a long story. You might be more comfortable sitting." *sighs, and takes a deep breath, as though she wasn't sure if she should tell them the whole story, but decideds it might be best if she did.* "Let's just start off by saying that, things didn't always suck. I had a mom, a dad, a sister, and an older brother. My sister and I- well, we were quite close, after all, we were twins. After lunch one day, my sister Hannah and I snuck up to our parents bed room, and looked through a special box. We knew that was where our mom kept all her jewerly. We were fighting over this beautiful pearl necklace. Hannah grabed it first, but I was the oldest, so well...I'm sure you can figure out what happened from there. My parents sent our older brother up t referee our little arguement. He had a date with some girl, so he quickly looked into the jewerly box, and found two identical heart shaped lockets. He tossed one to each of us, so we would be satisfied, and was about to put the jewerly box out of reach when our parents came in. Our mother had a royal fit. She kept yelling things at my dad, and about how he had told her he destroyed the evidence. Our dad scooped me up, and grabed my brother, and ran out the door. I never saw my mom or Hannah again. Come to think of it, I never even remembered what happened. Until recently. I started well.....seeing things....before they happen. My brother gave me this locket, *cassie reaches around her neck and unclasps her heart-shaped locket, handing it to Tiren to look at.* and he told me everything..I found it hard to believe, but it' s true...He told me about my mom...how she had the same talent I do and more....how she made a prediction about my sister and I. "One shall rise, one shall fall, and one shall die in the process. Light will face darkness in the final battle, yet if the two should collide, the powers could be great." You see, my sister and I each enherited a power form our mother....and one of us is destined to rule the digital world....but we dont know which one. I guess you're up to date now." |
