One of the men on the steps: Hey Clara-babe, have you rethought about my.. proposition? *eyes Jacy darkly*

Clara: *scowls and grabs Jacy's hand* Back off, John. I'm not interested. *pushes past him and continues walking up the stairs*

Round 2: Jacy vs. Clara! snorts This place is a piece of crap and I plan on using the ten grand to at least upgrade my place a bit. sighs and walks in front of a shabby looking door which has the numbers "0 19" on it in chipped yellow paint that may have been gold once Welcome to Suite a la Clara. pulls out a key from her sleave and unlocks the door, then pushes it open. Immediately, she side steps and drags Jacy to the side, just in time to dodge what appears to be a flying striped cat. Ignore Chaos. He's a bit.. protective. pulls Jacy in and shuts the door behind him. Sorry for the.. uh.. place. shrugs Best I could do. waves her hand at the dismal looking room, that consits of one chair rhat has three legs and is being held up by five encyclopidias, a small cot, a tiny refridgerator at the far wall that's right next to one of those old stoves that you actually have to put wood in, a cabinet, and a door that apparently leads to her bathroom This shouldn't take me long. drags him around the room, pulls a bag out from underneath the cabinet, then pulling one of the drawers open and grabbing the contents, dropping everything into the bag Chaos: snorts and walks back into the room, giving Jacy an apathetic look. a small white cat pads in and walks up to Jacy, purring sweetly glances at the white cat, then at Jacy smiles a bit nervously Uh.. is it okay if Chaos and Bella come along?

I'm sure they'll love the apartment. It's roomy enough so they can run around. I'd better pick up some catfood, though. realizes he's supposed to be mad at her and scowls, jerking his arm down slightly, smiling smugly to himself as he turns back down to scratch the white cat behind the ears

He must be.. rich. grins a little too widely Well, let's go. I have everything I need. grabs Chaos, who had followed them and was sitting on her sink and puts him on her shoulder, then drags Jacy back to the main room Can you do me a favor and carry Bella? She seems to like you well enough, and I have to carry my bag on my other shoulder.
