Nikke blsuehd again, a little bit, girnning almsot foolihsly. "So. Yeha." He looked down slghtly. "Let's go inside." He blinked and went inside, glancing around. 'Sorry it's a mess and all." The place was sparkling clean. Nikke ahd been home all day only ays before cleaning, tkain the day off school as he did quite a bit. Nobody really noticed anyway. "I haven't been able to clean for a couple days." He sat her down ona dark blue furry couch, utterly comfortable, and smiled. "Want a drink? We've got, uhm, pop, water, SoBe,... water...." Shrugging. "Whatever."

Eventually he slid an arm around her, apprehnsivly, hoping it worked right. Hoping she didn't mind. He paid attention HER, watched her rather than the movie, which he'd seen a million times. "Isnm't it great?" His vocie was so soft it was ahrd to hear exactly, even at their close distance. And as if his father had some sort of RADER, he walked in. he was a tall man, with something to his facial shape that hinted at Nikke. Tall and thin, his eyes, a murky gray-blue color, looked voer nikke and the girl like one loosk over a particularly bothersome insect. "Nikke. Who would THIS be?" A slight edge to his voice, something Sofia probably didn't even catch.... but Nikke did and stood up fast. "This.. this is S-Sofia, sir. She.. came, uhm, over to.. to watch a movie.." He saw his father look Sofia over and inwardly cringed. He'd been OKAy with Sofia, he hadn't said uhm a lot or suttered all the time, but.. with his father.... His father nodded and smield sliughtly,e xtending a hand. "Pleased to meet you, Sofia. "Ah, the Ambassador's daughter." A smile and he nodded. "Well, then. Nikke, don't you think it's time you walked the young lady home? Afterwards we should really have a talk about inviting guests over without permission first." Nikke nodded quickly and pulled Sofia out as fast as he could. "That went better than I thought it, uhm... it would..." Quietly, glancing at her. "He was really ncie to you. He remmbred his father coming home, vaguely rememebred the look in his eyes, but everything was avgue. Still, he didn't mention that to Sofia. He just smiled at her, shyly, and shrugged. "Yeah. Time ahs a way of slipping up like that." How late was it? Nearly a quarter till.. if his dad was home still, he WASn'T gonna be happy when Nikke came home. "I cna wlak you home, then..."
