*"Mreh?" Furora tilts her head at the larger creature, Kaor, that is speaking. Her mind decides to once again argue with itself. He seems to be interested in our safety. Don't be a fool! He could be one of these hunters. Yes..I suppose that is correct..his movements do suggest other intentions. She snaps her head up, peering at him quizzically. His words, to her at the very least, are a cause for suspicion. Furora flicks her ears towards the others as she continues to watch the dragon cautiously. The last thing she needs is to be lead into some sort of trap. With a shake of her head her mane jumps to the opposite side of her neck. Glancing warily to the others she waits for the general consensus before moving anywhere.* LiveJournal |

eep! Amaroq tensed when Kaor came into full view, talking calmly to one of the other creatures. He smelled confusion and fear, mostly his. He wasn't sure what Kaor had said. But he could tell from her posture that Furora didn't like what was said. He took a quick glance around him, counting all those present, then he heard something. Or felt something, rather. But as soon as it appeared, it vanished without a trace. It worried him, but he was dealing with the present actions at the moment to worry too much. |

Re: eep! OOC: Guys, is there some sort of missing person that we are waiting on or is this RP just not being continued? I would really like for it to be continued, since the scenario was just getting interesting and it may turn out to be a very fun campaign. |

Re: eep! (( OOPS sorry guys! )) She tilts her head quizically at the black, then looks to the others for thier feelings on the matter. They did not need to speak, for their emotions were easy enough to smell. But emotion and raw thought often worked against each other. Not getting anything really from some, as their body languag was withdrawn and closed in upon themselves, she turned to look at the dragon again. There was a sudden breath of wind, making the hair of her mane ruffle lightly. Her ears turned back and heard the distant flap of wing. Hair raising all across her body, enough so that in the thinner spots along belly and neck one could see her scalling, she tensed and lept up. "They Come...." she growled-whispered. Fear and loathing evdient in her eyes. Looking dead at the black, she growled low and fierce. "I trust you not, but I feel you are a better choice then being eaten. I consider these new ones under my protection, as much as that will amount to anything in the face of the Hunter Clan. Do we have time to run, or would that be unwise?" She flexed her wings, motioning to the others who were wing-less to her side. "Considering," she eyed the black, " that we may take them to your home territory, and that is not a good thing in my understandings." She arched her neck down, horns laid along her neck. Then turning towards the sound she could barely pick up, she growled. "Yes..., they come.., and more then one...., I do believe." gr. Uh, oh... "What?! New arrivals?" the gold looked around to try and determine from which direction the arrivals would come from. "I just hope they don't see me." Had anyone been watching the gold, they would have seen the golden hide slowly fade, then all that was left to the eye was a patch of high-standing grass in place of the dragoness. Although if those watching looked closely enough at the grass, they would have seen that it was in the shape of a dragon laying among the grass.

Re: Uh, oh... ( KICK START! No I'm not writing for people, its more of an over all excerpt of past bits  )In the distance the sounds of heavy, but steady wing beats filled the air. The deep, thudding sound resonanted even the ground, though the sound-pressure came from all around. Tensions having risen amoung the party in the open grasslands, only a few noticed the presence and scent until it was nearly too late. Massive they were, these first three leading the other beasts in a nearly v-formation of flight. A black dragon in the center, whose wings seemed to suck in the light of the setting sun. A Silvery Griffion to the dragon's right, who floated as if flight were as easy as sleep. The final which scooped the air in sharply angled wings soared to the left of the black dragon, was a strange hybrid creature. Feathered but serpent-like, a head of a reptilian horse, with a pair of small, stunted-looking back legs. The rest of the 'flock' was a mish mosh of various creatures. Some riding the backs of others, where other winged ones carried the non-flight able memebrs in their claws ot talons. It was indeed a frightening display.
