After J left Selena was excited, she needed to have a girl talk with Brea badly. So Selena, who was still in her pj's, threw on a pair of jeans and vintage tee and brushed her hair then went out of her room and walked to Brea and Bruce's room.
"Brea!?" Selena called out as she knocked on the door.
"D.C.??" Brea said as she opened the door, "Omg, you finally came outta your room.... why?"
"Bruce, isn't here is he?" Selena asked as she came into Brea's room.
"No, Harris called him and he had to leave," Brea told her as she shut the door.
"Good," Selena said, "We really need to have a girl talk."
"What happened?" Brea asked with a confused look on her face.
"Ok, in order for this to make sense, you need to know the whole story," Selena said.
"Ok....?" Brea sat down on her bed while Selena sat on Bruce's bed across from Brea.
"You know how yesterday, I woke up late and $hit like that?" Selena asked. Brea nodded. "Anyways, I went down to see if breakfast was still out and Ben Bledsoe from that one band was doing the same thing so we both took the elevator and.........we sorta made out....." Selena told Brea.
Right then Brea's face went from confused to shock, "You made out with Ben Bledsoe?!?!?!?!?!?!?"
Selena bit her lip to keep from smiling and nodded.
"Omg!!!!!!" Brea screamed.
"Hey yo! Bree!!!!!! Shhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!" Selena hushed her friend,
"They're on the same floor as us so let's keep the omg's to minimum."
"Sorry," Brea hunched her shoulders, "So..... is that the story??"
"Oh god no! Well not all of it," Selena said.
"There's more?!" Brea asked, "Spill!"
"Anyways, while we were making out, Ben pushed the emergency stop button...." Selena said.
"Selena, don't tell me that you guys did more than just make out," Brea told her.
"We didn't do anything more than make out, trust me," Selena said, "Can I please finish?"
"I guess," Brea teased.
"Then... after that the emergency phone rings, Ben tells them to leave us alone, we stop making out then we made a date," Selena made it short and fast so Brea couldn't interrupt again.
"You guys made a date? For when?" Brea asked.
"Last night," Selena smirked.
"Oh! So that's why you wanted me and Brucey to leave," Brea said finally understanding, "So what happened on this date?"
Selena hesitated, "If I tell you then you cannot tell anybody else, especially Bruce! You know how protective he can get when it comes to guys and me."
"That's probably why they made him one of your bodyguards," Brea said, "And ok, I won't tell anyone."
"Pinky swear," Selena held up a pinky.
"Pinky swear," Brea said as she and Selena linked pinkies, "Ok, details!"
"Ok, so I met Ben on... Wani Street? Anyways so he just got done with a concert and he wasn't able to take a shower because he was in a rush and so we came back to the hotel and went to his room, he was in the shower when J came into the room and found me sitting on one of the beds, then he talked, I lied, he left, and then Ben asked me to get some clothes for him and I thought he was still in the shower so I just went in the restroom and saw a very naked and wet Ben," Selena explained.
Brea gasped, "Omg!"
"And might I say, he has the nicest bod I have ever seen," Selena told Brea.
Brea burst out laughing, "Se-le-na!!!!"
"I can't lie, I'm sorry!" Selena laughed.
"Ok ok ok ok! Keep spilling, what happened?" Brea said.
"After that 'incident' we left and we went to a restaurant got mobbed, we ran back to his car, and then we went to a hotel," Selena paused knowing that Brea was gonna have something to say about the hotel.
"A hotel?????????" Brea said, "Selena...tell me you didn't do anything."
"I can't say we didn't do anything," Selena told her.
"What'd you do?" Brea asked.
"First we made out and then just to make things fair to Ben about the whole seeing him naked thing, I took a shower... and you could probably guess what happened next," Selena told her.
"He got to see you nude?" Brea said.
"Yeeeeeah, then he joined me in the shower," Selena said as she blushed.
"AH!! Omg! Do I wanna know what happened next?" Brea laughed.
"We made out and so yeah and we were going to.... yyeeeeeah, and I said stop," Selena said.
"Are you saying that you said no to Ben Bledsoe?" Brea couldn't believe what she just heard.
"Don't remind me!" Selena said and she laid down and buried her face in a pillow.
"So what happened next?" Brea asked.
"We came back here," Selena said as she sat back up, "Then I talked to Ben's friend, J, and then let's just say J was able to find a spot for me and Ben for tonight."
"OoOo another date?" Brea smiled.
"Yeah, hopefully this time it won't end in an akward silent ride home," Selena said.
"Do you think you're gonna..... ya know," Brea asked.
"The jury's still in decision," Selena told her.
"Oh.....so what are you gonna wear?" Brea asked.
"Why do you think I came over here?" Selena teased.
Brea laughed, "Let's go look in your suitcases."
"Just no boots!!!!!!!" Selena told her.
"It's a done deal," Brea laughed as she and Selena stood up.
"Thanks for being my best bud," Selena said as she put an arm around her friend's shoulders.

"SELENA! D.C! Are you sure about that...?" Bree asked as Selena changed.
"I dont know....I guess I'm just gonna enjoy tonight...and see what happens!" Selena said as she came out to show how her outfit looked.
"Sexy D.C.! Here come here let me do your hair." Bree said as she started thinking how she would do Selena's hair.
***Meanwhile back at Naturals hotel room***
"MAAAARC! Marc! Ewwwwwww!" Ben said as he made the mistake of opening Marc and Sarah's door....yeah poor man.
"JJJJJJJJJJJJJJ! J?" Ben shouted, but J was no where to be found.
"Hey sexy whats up?" Michael asked from the couch where him and Patrick were making their oh so wonderful comments about the Making the Video of some Japanese Britney Spears.
"Shut up! Hey guys does this look okay?" Ben asked as he modeled his jeans and t shirt.
"Ohhhh someones getting PUSSYWHIPPED!" Patrick said as he and Michael laughed.
"Shut up....dude I'm gonna be late....If lou asks I'm drinking or something...bye!" Ben said as he grabbed his keys and flew out the door before Michael or Patrick could question where he was going.
Ben got in his car and hurried. He needed to stop at the market before he could get to Akemi's. When he got to Akemi's he only had 2 hours before Selena would show up.
"Ben? You are...haya....early yes early." Akemi said as she continued packing some of her things for her trip.
"Thats because I wanted to make dinner before Selena got here." Ben said as he put his bags on the counter.
"Dinner? You cook?" Akemi asked surprised, Marc had told her (one day when he was practicing talking fast in Japanese like every other language he knows ) none of the guys were very good at cooking except him.
"Well I cook good enough...I hope...." Ben said as he took some of the food out of the bag. He was planning on making terryaki chicken and rice. Then he figured ice cream would be a good dessert hehe...
"Well you got fresh torinuku...alright I must go...Ittekimasu!" Akemi said as she inspected his food on the table then picked up her bags and headed for the door.
"Ittek....ma...bye!" Ben said as he struggled with the Japanese.
A few hours later Ben had successfully created terryaki chicken and rice for 2. He set Akemi's small table and lit a candle and put roses on the table. He was really nervous and made sure his hair was *just right* before Selena arrived.
Meanwhile Selena let Bree do her hair and then snuck out. She was SO nervous, she didn't know what she was gonna do...but she owed Ben she felt... After finding the now familiar Wani Street Selena parked and gathered her emoticions together. After a make up and hair check she went and knocked on the door.
Ben had just finished hair checking when he heard the door knock. OH GOD SHE'S HEAR! He thought as he ran to the door and took a deep breath. He opened it to see his beautiful Selena. He thought she was just SOOO beautiful in her outfit, it took his breath and words away...so a few awkward seconds later Ben finally managed "Hi!" as he led her inside.
"Hi!" Selena said as she reached up and gave him a hug.
"Hey I hope you haven't eaten yet...I made dinner." Ben said with a proud smile, he was one of the first Natural memebers to completly cook a meal and not start a fire (accidently....several times...) lol!
"You did? Oh thats so sweet!" Selena said as she was surprised, no man had ever done something like that before. Ben sat her down then brought the food in. She couldnt believe it! It was her favriote meal!
"Oh Ben this is amazing...how did you know I love terryaki chicken and rice?" Selena asked as she ate, damn the boy was sexy, sweet, and now he can COOK! Such a catch...
"It is? Wow I'm good..." Ben said with a laugh, he couldn't stop smiling he just felt so incredible with Selena.
"Yeah you are..." Selena said, she also couldn't stop smiling.
"So...you got away okay?" Ben asked, he may be the master of conversation but not around girls he was in love with.
"Yeah I did....Brea my friend is covering for me." Selena said as she continued to eat. She hoped she didn't look like she was making a pig of herself but she was enjoyin the boy's hard work. Ben was just ecstatic that his cooking was edible!
"Oh thats good, I got away but Michael and Patrick may get drunk and look for me..." Ben said as he thought back to leavin the house.
"Oh they won't ever find you! Unless J told..." Selena said as she worried.
"Nah he won't hes cool..." Ben said with a smile.
A few more minutes passed in silence, they were both just so nervous and hell good food so silence was awkward but bareable.
"Selena umm...if were gonna be together tonight I got to ask you something..." Ben said as he nervously played with the remnanets of his meal.
"What?" Selena asked a little afraid of the question.
"Umm...you know last time we were together....did I am...or was....was....why did you want to...umm.....stop?" Ben asked nervously, he was also afriad of the answer.
Selena froze, she did owe him an explanation she knew.

"NO!!!!! To be honest I don't know, but it's definitely not you," Selena said as she thought, "Maybe I was just scared of being hurt."

"I love knowing that," Selena smiled, "You know... I think last night I had dumb moment."
"Dumb moment?" Ben asked confused.
"Well, blonde moment only I'm not blonde," Selena giggled, "Remember my nickname is D.C., Dazed and Confused?"
Ben laughed then remembered their conversation, "So you're saying if you didn't have a dumb moment, you would've...... we could've...."
"Well, not to sound like a groupie.... but what girl would ever say 'no' to you?" Selena told him.
"You," Ben said then smiled.
Selena blushed, "Besides me!!!!!" she laughed then became serious, "I feel so stupid about last night... for saying 'stop'. I really wanted to be with you and I still do."
Ben didn't say anything, he even had no expression on his face. After a short silence, he stood up and walk over to Selena. Selena automatically stood up next to him.
"I know this maybe too soon to say this but... I love you and I always have, ever since before I knew who you were," Ben told her.
This was so intense, Selena forgot to breathe and her knees weakened and she almost fell but Ben caught her.
"Whoa! Are you ok?" Ben asked her.
Selena held on to Ben's shoulders and said, "I love you too."
Ben grinned and leaned in and kissed her. They made out as they made their way to the bedroom (the one where they were gonna sleep in the night they met) As soon as they got to the bed, Ben stopped.
"Ok *breathes* are you absolutely sure this time?" Ben asked.
"Yes," Selena nodded.
"Ok," Ben said then he took off his shirt and Selena took off hers and continued making out then things got more heated up.

***Meanwhile at the hotel***
"Bruce, I'm gonna go down to the pool and do a few laps," Brea told Bruce, who was watching TV.
"Ok, later Bree," Bruce said not taking his eyes off the TV (typical male hehe!)
Brea left the room and started walking down the hallway, when she past an opening door and Michael and Patrick coming out they were gonna go out and party. Michael recognized Brea from the picture Selena showed the guys.
"Hey," Michael said.
Brea turned around surprised, "Uh... Hi?"
"Aren't you Selena's friend?" Michael asked.
"Yeah, I am," Brea said confused, "How'd you know who I was?"
"Selena showed us a picture of you and her," Michael told her, "But I forgot your name." He didn't really forget he was just trying to make conversation.
"I'm Brea," Brea smiled.
"I'm Michael and that's Patrick," Michael told her, "But you probably already know that."
"Yeah I do," Brea giggled.
"So uh, where are you going" Michael asked her.
"Dude," Patrick glared at him, he wanted to go party but not by himself.
"I'm just going to the pool for a few laps," Brea told him.
"Cool," Michael smiled at her.
Patrick realized that he wasn't gonna get Michael to go, "I'm gonna go look for J."
"Ok," Michael told Patrick as he walked away then returned his attention to Brea, "So you want any company?"
Brea looked him surprised, "Why? You wanna watch me swim?"
"Naw, I'll go get my trunks and join you," Michael said.
"Ok, sure," Brea smiled.
"Ok, I'll be right back," Michael said as he opened the door.
While she waited, Brea couldn't help but smile.
"Eeee, Michael's gonna swim with me, Michael's gonna swim with me!" Brea chanted to herself.
After a couple more minutes, Michael came back out wearing only his trunks and a pair of flip flops.
"Ok let's go," Michael smiled then they started walking to the elevator.

The two eventually got off the elevator and made their way down to the pool.
"Oh great!" Michael said as he noticed Marc dunking J in the pool.
"What?" Brea asked confused, she was behind him so she didnt see.
"Dumb is getting dunked by Dumber..." Michael said.
"And that would be?" Brea asked.
"J and Marc." Michael said as the walked in and Michael ran and jumped into the pool to save J from Marc.
"Hey Michael no fair!" Marc said as Michael had given him a wedgie so he'd stop.
"Well jesus I told you before don't dunk J you'll drown the poor little guy!" Michael said as he stepped back.
"Hey he dunked me first!" Marc said.
"Nu uh! I'm outta here!" J said as he ran like hell out of the pool.
"Ohhh whos that? Your hot tubbing buddy?" Marc teased as he went to get out of the pool.
"No but where's your owner at?" Michael teased.
"She got mad at me again..." Marc said as he left a little pissed at the memory of him and Sarah's fight.

"We really needed the pool to ourselves?" Brea teased.

"Hmmm really...." Brea asked.
"Yep really..." Michael said as Brea sat on the edge of the pool and he pulled her in.
"AHHHHH Michael you are NUTS!" She said when she got up to get some air.

"Let's get into the hot tub!" Michael said with a smile and quickly swam over to the hot tub area before Bree could have a say on the subject. She just followed suite.
They both got into the hot tub and Michael swam over to where she was and sat her on his lap.
"Is that a pencil in your trunks are you just happy to see me?" She asked teasingly.
"The second one." Michael said as he finally worked up the courage to kiss her. Brea kissed back. After a few *hot* minutes in the hot tub they both decided it'd be a good idea to go back to Michael's room.

She followed the clothes trail up to her spare bedroom and noticed that the door was closed. And since she was also a polite lady, she decided to knock.
Ben and Selena were just laying in bed when they heard her.
"$hit!" Ben said as they both jump out of the bed. Then they realized that a majority of their clothes were out of the room.
"Ben! Ben is that you?" Akemi asked as she knocked again.
"Uhhh.... yeah, Akemi!" Ben said as he pulled on his boxers.
"What happened in my kitchen?" Akemi asked.
"Ah $hit! Um..... I'll clean it up, Akemi, I just forgot about it," Ben said.
Selena had her underwear and her tube top and Ben only had his boxers.
"Uh Akemi? Could you do us a favor and...... give us our clothes?" Selena asked.
"Oh yes," Akemi told her as she gather all the articles of clothing, "Here you are."
Ben opened the door and took the clothes, he had forgotten how to say 'thank you' in Japanese so he just smiled. After Selena and Ben got dressed and lied to Akemi about why their clothes were everywhere, they cleaned up the mess and said their 'good-bye's' to Akemi and left.
***At the hotel***
Just as Ben was walking Selena to her room, Brea was sneaking outta Michael's room and ran to her room. Selena and Ben saw and looked at each other funny.
"Was Bree just in your room?" Selena asked.
"I think she was... c'mon," Ben grabbed her hand and they went into his room. As they looked around the place, J was sleeping in bed, Marc and Sarah were 'making-up', Patrick was passed out on the bathroom floor, and one very happy Michael was watching TV in his room.
"Uuhh, hey, Mike," Ben said as he and Selena came in observing his room.
"Hey Ben, hey Selena," Michael happily greeted them.
"Hey, Michael, let me ask you something...... was Brea just in here?" Selena asked him.
Michael's smile faded as he looked her, "Nnnoooo, why would she be here?"
"So, if she wasn't here then why is the bottom of her bikini here?" Selena asked as she picked up the piece.
"And why is the waste basket in here full of condom wrappers?" Ben asked in disgust as he held up the basket.
Michael tried to think up an excuse but then decided f**k it, "Alright Brea was here last night... ALL night," Michael told them.
"Just as long as you didn't corrupt poor lil'J," Selena laughed, J's room was right next to Michael's, "I'm gonna go."
"Alright, I'll see you later," Ben smiled at her.
"Bye guys," Selena said as she left.
Ben watched her leave, then he heard Michael start laughing.
"I wasn't the only one who got laid last night, was I?" Michael asked Ben.
"What?" Ben asked.
"C'mon, it's obvious, I saw those looks you two exchanged before she left," Michael told him, "You love her, don't ya?"
"Yeah, I do," Ben said as he sat on the foot of the bed.
"So, just between us, how was it for your first time, man?" Michael asked in a low-voice so no one else could hear.
"Dude, it was awesome," Ben admitted, he didn't wanna lie to one of his best friends, "And she was amazing! It was her first too."
"That's great, man!" Michael told him.
"So, now you tell me, you got something going on with Bree?" Ben asked.
"Dude, Brea's awesome, she's cool, I like her," Michael said.
"That's cool, well, I'm gonna go take a nap, I didn't get much sleep," Ben said as he stood up.
"You know, I'm gonna take one too, since I was up all night," Michael said as he laid back down in bed.
"Later," Ben said as he left Michael's room.
***In Brea/Bruce's room***
Selena knocked on the door, "Brea? It's me."
Brea opened the door, she was in her pj's, "Hey D.C.! How was last night?"
"One word: amazing," Selena told her as she came into the room.
"So does that mean you guys.....?" Brea asked, Selena smiled, "Omg! You did!"
"Yes, we did," Selena said smiling.
"That's great!" Brea told her.
"Well, hey, I hate to cut this short but I'm gonna go take a shower, come over to my room, and we'll talk about it," Selena said as she walked towards the door, "Oh and by the way, you left these in Michael's room." Selena held out the bikini bottoms.
Brea gasped and her face turned red, "Omg! How did you know?"
"Ben and I saw you sneaking out of his room," Selena told her.
"Oh god!" Brea said.
"Since both of us didn't get any sleep last night, why don't we just chill and relax in my room after I take a shower?" Selena suggested.
"Ok, maybe my face wouldn't look so red by then," Brea joked.

"Its getting better..." Selena said as she looked at her healing wrist.
"Alright then get up and get dressed. We got a plane out of here tonight and you'll be in France tomorow promoting." Simon said as he pulled her covers away.
"France?!?" Selena asked as she jumped up quickly, she wouldnt have time to tell Ben she was leaving.
"Yep you fly out in.....1 hour...." Simon said as he went to pack her things.

Selena looked around frantically when they were in the halls, but Natural was no where to be found. Simon ushered her into the car and then into the plane. Selena cried all the way to France and she couldn't even talk to Bree or Bruce about it because Simon was there.

"Ben wake up.....*poke* BEN! WAKE UP!" J said as he tried to wake up Ben.
"Huh? Oh hey lil guy..." Ben said as he rolled over.
"Hey yourself...I was just gonna say Lou told me we're leaving back to the US tomorow and well I thought you might wanna go tell Selena." J said a bit worried.
"Oh @#%$ alright!" Ben said as he jumped out of bed. After throwing on some clothes n makin sure he didnt smell and his hair looked good he ran out the door to find Selena.
As Ben was about to knock on the door a maid came out.
"Sir?" She asked questioningly.
"Umm hey....Selena? Shoujo?" Ben asked.
"Oh she gone...leave today." The maid said in poor english.
"Oh...Doomo...." Ben said as he walked back into his hotel room and burst into tears.

"Shes gone! She used me!" Ben said as he tried not to cry.
"Ben that can't be true....let me go see..." J said as he went to go find out. His Japanese had been improving and Ben barely knew 3 words of the language so he thought maybe he had misinterpetted something.
J talked with the maid and found out it was no mistake...Selena had up and left with out one word to Ben.
***Meanwhile in the new French hotel room***
"D.C. chill....wanna watch a little TV?" Bruce tried to comfort, after all he is a man .
"No! God I hate SIMON! I QUIT! IM NOT SINGING ANYMORE!" Selena screeched as she ran out of the room and into the other one.
"She'll get better...." Bree tried to say reassuringly.
The next few days were hell. Selena refused to come out of her room until Simon made the body guards drag her out for her photo shoot. All the makeup in the world couldn't hide her sadness though...
***Back in Japan***
"Alright wake up you powder puffs!" Lou said as he entered Natural's hotel room.
"Hmmm 1....2....3....4.......J where is Ben?" Lou asked.
"Over there...." J pointed to the couch. Ben had been watching Japanese TV all night and hadn't slept in 2 days let alone eatin.
"Ben what the hells wrong with you?" Lou asked as he sat beside him.
"Hurt....very hurt...." Ben muttered.
"Well put all that hurt into music alright!" Lou said as he got up.
"Ben....you okay?" J asked a little later after everyone had waken up and was getting ready to leave.....except Ben hadn't moved.

"Ben *hug* it'll be okay....maybe she is the one and didn't get a chance to say goodbye..." J tried to reassure him.
"Sure...." Ben said as he got up and fainted.
"BEN OMG!" J said as the other guys came to help.
***9 hours later (he'd fallen asleep after he blocked out)***
"Where am I?" Ben asked as he looked around the plane.
"Your on the plane dude you fainted!" J said a little worried.
"Oh....well..." Ben said as he rolled over, he just needed more sleep.
"Alright guys heres the plan...we're gonna go home get rested up for 3 weeks, do some promo, then were headin over to France for that Cannes film festival." Lou announced.
"Sounds good..." they all muttered.
***1 day later at Bens parents house***
"Ben honey wake up....Laura brought Hudson over." Mrs. Bledsoe said coaxingly. J had had to help Ben get home and then explained to his mom what had happened. Ben just slept all night and it was about 2 pm at this point.
"I don't care..." Ben muttered. He really didn't! His mom was really worried, she knew how much he loved his little nephew.
"Ben honey....you know J told me what happened....you wanna tell me about it?" Mrs. Bledsoe asked as she sat down on his bed.
"Not really...there was just this girl named Selena...and I thought she was the one...and I loved her mom and she left me and didn't even say goodbye!" Ben said trying not to cry again.
"ohhh honey don't you have her number?" she asked.
"No...I never got it..." Ben said sadly. Just then his sister brought in Hudson.
"Say hi to Uncle Ben..." she said with a smile. Laura and Mrs. Bledsoe hoped maybe seeing Hudson would help.
"Hey Hudson...Ben needs sleep..." Ben said as he rolled over.
***meanwhile in France***
Selena refused to come out of her room unless it was nessacery. Bree and Bruce decided it would be best to let her be even though they were really worried. At this point it was about midnight and they were watching TV as Selena moped.
"This french SNL sucks change the channel..." Bruce told Bree.
"Fine Mr. Bossy....I wish Selena would be out here she speaks french well..." Bree said as she flipped to E! Channel.
On the TV a french woman reporter appeared and as she talked pictures of the main stories appeared:

"OMG Natural! Bruce go get Selena!" Bree said.
"Fine...better not make her cry anymore..." Bruce said as he got up as the commercials rolled.
"D.C.?" Bruce asked.
"What?" Selena asked through her sobs.
"Something about Natural is going to be on the TV only me and Bree don't speak french....care to come listen?" Bruce asked. Selena didn't say anything she just got up and ran out to watch the TV.
Soon the woman reporter appeared again:

Just then a picture of Natural appeared on the screen and Bree squealed as Selena listened carefully.

"She said OMG...." Selena said trying to take it all in.

"OMG!" Selena said as the pictures of Ben changed to pictures of Britney Spears.
"What what what whaaaaaaat!?!? Tell me I'm dying here!" Bree pleaded.
"Okay Natural is at home in the US...for 3 weeks then they are coming to do a show after the film festival....Bree thats the show I HAVE TO DO TOO!!!" Selena said as she smiled, "But then the lady said that Ben fainted on his plane home....OMG he must think I hate him!" Selena said as she got a worried look on her face.
"No D.C. no hes probably okay...." Bruce comforted.
"Well I'll get to see him in a month....a whole month!" Selena said as she realized how long that would be....

During the next few days, whenever Selena didn't have to work or rehearse and stuff like that, she would spend time in her room, thinking or even writing a new song. Then one day, Bruce decided to try his luck and see if she wanted to talk.
"Hey, Selena?" Bruce knocked on the door, "It's me, Bruce, can I come in?"
"Sure," Selena said keeping her attention towards a notebook. She was sitting on her bed, wearing her pj bottoms and a wife beater, and she was writing in a notebook.
Bruce opened the door, "Hey D.C., how are ya?"
"Eh," Selena shrugged her shoulders.
"Understandable," Bruce told her and sat next to her on the bed, "So, uh, what are you doing here?"
"Writing a song," Selena continued writing.
"Really, that's cool," Bruce rubbed his hands together and looked around the room then turned back to Selena, "What is it about?"
Selena sighed and stopped writing, "Um... how do I explain this?" Selena thought for a while, "... It's about being pushed so far in life that you start to lose people you love."
"Can you read some of it to me?" Bruce asked her.
Selena picked up the notebook, and read a lyric out loud, "Everytime I turn around another one's gone, I can't believe that I let it go on for so long, I need to make a change, I need to take control, before I lose another beloved soul...." Selena waited for Bruce's opinion, "It's not much, but it's how I feel."
"It's good, really personal," Bruce told her, "I'm glad that you're writing something from your heart."
"Thanks, Bruce," Selena smiled.
"No problem, D.C.," Bruce patted her shoulder, "Well, I'm gonna let you get back to writing that. See ya later, D.C."
"Bruce?" Selena said as Bruce stood up from the bed.
"Yeah," Bruce turned around.
"Do you still bring your guitar around with you?" Selena asked.
"Yeah, I do, why?" Bruce asked her.
"I was wondering, remember when you taught me the basics about playing the guitar?" Selena asked. Bruce nodded, "Could you teach me more?"
Bruce looked at her confused, "Why?"
"I wanna start writing my own music to my own songs," Selena told him, "Like my song says, I need to make a change and I need to take control.... so would you?"
"Yeah, of course," Bruce smiled, "When do you wanna start?"
"As soon as possible, I wanna be able to sing this acoustically
at the film festival," Selena told him.
"Do you really think you'll be ready in time?" Bruce asked her.
"I already know the basics and if I practice constantly, I should be ready. I'm determined to sing this song, Bruce," Selena said, "And I don't want anybody else to know that I'm gonna sing this song at the festival, just you and Brea. Please Bruce?"
Bruce stood and thought for a minute, "I'll be right back with the guitar."
Selena smiled and jumped off the bed and hugged Bruce, "Thank you so much."
"You're welcome, bud," Bruce told her as he left the room to get the guitar.

"Okay Ben this enough! You have been in bed for 4 days!" Mrs. Bledsoe said as she walked in to his room. Ben only got up to go to the bathroom, he still wasn't eating.
"So..." Ben said...he really didn't care.
"That's it come on get up!" Mrs. Bledsoe said as she literally picked him up so he was sitting up.
"Mom I dont wanna get up again!" Ben said trying not to cry at the thought of a Selena-less world.
"Ben your getting up, your gonna eat some roastbeef I made, and your going to get cleaned up and go hang out with your friends tonight. Then your going to come home and tomorow play with your nephew and your going to like it!" Mrs. Bledsoe said, she really wanted Ben to be happy...he was her son after all!
"Mom I don't want to!" Ben said as he tried to pull away but he was to weak.
"Yes you do! Ben please?" His mom pleaded.
"Fine...." Ben said he just wanted to sleep and maybe if he did this she'd leave him alone.
Ben hobbled weakly out of the room and sat down at the table. His mother placed a big plate of mashed potatos, roast beef, and biscuits in front of him. He hadn't eaten in a while but he barely picked at it!
"Ben....honey look I know your hurt but you have to eat!" His mom said as she sat down by him after he had been picking at his food for 20 minutes.
"I don't want to.....mom I really loved her!" Ben said. He meant it!
"Ben would she want you to starve yourself? NO! Eat and then try and find her!" His mom coaxed.
"Alright...." Ben said as he started eating and actually eating.
"Good." His mom said as she hugged him, she was at least happy to see him eat!
Ben got a little better over the rest of his vacation. He'd eat and he'd play with Hudson but that was it. He really missed Selena and he thought about her all the time though....
***Meanwhile in France***
"No Selena Am then E....there ya go." Bruce said as helped Selena freshen up on the basics.
"Oh okay I got it..." Selena said as she successfully played the chord.
"Hey..." Bree knocked on the door, "What are you two doing in there?"
"Nothing..." Bruce replied.
"Ugh fine don't include me!" Bree said as she walked away, all they ever told her was it was a surprise.
Later that night Selena couldn't sleep. Ben was rolling through her head and she had to get it out.
Selena got up and walked over to her guitar. She finger picked out a melody to match the lyrics she had started. She only had a week to master her song, but she wanted Ben to hear it.
"I love you...." She strummed out the last line....she knew he would know.
"Hey, D.C., wake up," Bruce said as he lightly shook Selena.
"What is it?" Selena muttered.
"Today's the day you show people you've changed," Bruce smiled.
Selena sat up in bed while Bruce opened up the shades, "Should we go through the songs once more?"
"Yeah, that would be a good idea, especially before Simon comes barging in here yelling 'Selena Baby!!'" Bruce immitated Simon.
Selena laughed, "Is Bree up?"
"Yeah, she's coming with breakfast," Bruce told her as he handed Selena the guitar.
While Selena practiced her guitar playing, Brea knocked on the door.
"Hey, would somebody mind opening the door for me?" Brea called out, "My arms are sorta full here!"
Bruce got up and opened the door for Brea, "Have enough food?"
"Quiet, Bruce," Brea said as she went to the table, while she was sorting the food she said without looking towards Selena, "Morning Selena."
"Morning, Brea," Selena said as she played a chord seeing if Brea would notice and she did.
Brea turned her head to see Selena holding a guitar, "Hey, what's with the guitar?"
"I'm gonna play it today," Selena told her.
"Can you play?" Brea asked her.
"Yeah, she can, I've been teaching her the past few weeks," Bruce said as he poured a glass of orange juice.
"That's what you guys have been doing all the time?" Brea asked.
"Yeah, I'm gonna play a few new songs today," Selena told her.
"Does Simon know?" Brea asked.
"Of course not, I don't need his permission to write my own songs and decide when to play them," Selena told Brea as she laid the guitar on the bed and stood up, "Brea, I've been pushed around by Simon for too long, because of him I lost the man that I'm in love with. But I'm gonna get Ben back today and I'm gonna show Simon who's really boss."
Brea was silent for a minute until she said, "Well it's about damn time!"
Selena was surprised by Brea's comment and laughed as the two girls hugged, "And don't worry, I know you've been sorta down because you had to leave Michael. You're gonna get him back too."
"I hope so," Brea said, "Ok..... if you're gonna show Simon who's boss let's get some clothes that Simon would never ever imagine you wearing."
"And what would that be?" Bruce asked.
"Normal clothes, such as worn out jeans, wife beaters, tennis shoes, anything NORMAL," Brea said.
Selena laughed, "Thank god!"
*Meanwhile*
"Hey Ben, wake up, man," Michael said to Ben who had fallen asleep for the third that morning.
"Grrr... I don't wanna go to this damn festival!" Ben whined as he struggled to stay away.
"Dude, you're not the only one who was left without a good-bye," Michael told him, "I didn't even get a chance to say good-bye to Brea!"
Ben knew Michael was right, but he just felt like he was hurt most for some reason, "I'm sorry, man, I just can't help being down like this."
"Actually yeah, you can... it's called get up and go look for Selena," Michael told him.
"Ok guys, let's get to the van," Lou told the guys, "We don't wanna be late for the festival."

"Alright we cant wait anymore!" Screamed the stage hand to the 3 acts (minus the late Natural).
"Selena your on....NOW!" The man said as he hurried her on to the stage before she could even ask Bree how she looked. Selena had on a pair of washed looking tight jeans (bell bottoms hehe) and a blue tank top. She had her hair in pigtails.
Selena walked onto the stage...the crowd cheered. All of a sudden Selena realized Ben wasn't there...and that really upset her but she had no time to be upset!
*just then hehe*
"Ben come on dude were late..." Michael said as the tour bus pulled up.
"I dont want to..." Ben said as Michael opened the door. Just as he opened the door Ben heard a voice in french say something and then SELENA!
"SELENA!" Ben jumped out of the bus and ran up the backstage area. There he seen her walk onto the stage.
"SELENA!" He shouted to her a lil after she had scanned the crowd n such.
Selena turned her head, BEN! But she couldnt say anything so she just smiled and winked......

"Mike, she winked at me! She didn't use me!" Ben said cheerfully but there wasn't any response from Micheal, "...Michael.... Dude!?" Ben turned around to see Brea and Michael kissing, "Neeeeeeeevermind!"

"Hey everybody, how are we feeling!?" Selena spoke in the mircophone, the crowd cheers, "Today you all came here to hear me sing songs from my album *crowd screams* well today, you're gonna hear something different." Selena put the mic on the stand while Bruce walked on stage with the guitar and a stool and handed the guitar to her and sat the stool down behind her.
"What's Selena doing!?" Simon asked, "This isn't what we planned!"
"No, Simon, it's what YOU planned," Brea told him, as soon as she and Michael stopped 'saying hello'.
Selena took the guitar as Bruce walked off stage, and sat on the stool, "This song I just wrote a few weeks ago, it's about being pushed for so long you start to lose people you love," Selena took a deep breath and exhaled, then she said to herself, "Dear God give me stength.... here it goes..." she started playing the guitar and took a breath and began to sing,

Selena opened her eyes after the song was over, and heard the crowd go insane. Selena smiled to herself and turned to look at Ben, who had tears streaming down his cheeks and was smiling controllably. A tear fell down Selena's cheek, immediately she laid the guitar against the stool and stood up and started walking off stage while Ben ran onto the stage to her, the crowd saw Ben and started going wild. As soon as Ben and Selena reached each other they stopped.
"Hi!" Selena smiled.
"Hi!... I thought you used me that night!" Ben had to yell because the crowd so loud.
"What?!?! That's insane!!!!!! I would NEVER do anything to hurt you!" Selena yelled.
Ben smiled, "So did you write that song for me?!?!"
"Yes, I did! Ben, I love you!!" Selena yelled.
"I love you too!" Ben yelled as he put his arms around Selena's waist and lifted her up. When the two kissed, the crowd was so loud and insane, you'd swear that Ben and Selena could've been thrown off the stage, the soundwaves were so strong.
Everybody (besides Simon, who was in complete shock) were cheering for Selena and Ben.
"So when do you think the wedding will be?" J teased while he was standing next to Marc.
"I call Best Man!!!!!" Michael shouted as he raised his hand.
"You wish!" J told him, "I'm was the one who got them the keys to Akemi's place!"
"Hey! I didn't even know about Selena and Ben being together!" Patrick said.
"And your point is?" J and Michael both said.
While the guys were arguing and Brea and Bruce were laughing at them and while Simon was trying to comprehend what the hell just happened, Ben and Selena walked off the stage hand in hand.
"Selena! What in God's name were you thinking!!!" Simon yelled at her, "These fans came here to hear your hit single, Perfect Night!!!! Not some love dedication to a boy band member!!!!!"
"Simon!!" Brea yelled.
"What?" Simon asked.
"SHUT UP!!!!!!" everyone backstage yelled.
"Simon, look out there! They liked my song! They loved it! I got more of response from this song then I did from Perfect Night!" Selena told Simon as she pointed to the crowd.
Simon didn't know what to say after that except, "We're going to continue this conversation later."
"Whatever, Simon Baby!" Selena mocked him. After Simon left, everybody went back to what they were supposed to be doing in the first place, having a concert.

Natural was hurried on to the stage not long after. Ben and Michael hated it but eh ya know its there job! As they got on the stage n started singing Simon hunted Selena down and started yelling at her.
"SELENA YOU EITHER OBEY ME OR BE FIRED! NO ONE WILL EVER HIRE YOU AGAIN I'LL SEND YOU STRAIGHT BACK TO THE BURGER KING I FOUND U IN AND YOU'LL NEVER LEAVE!"
"Vous êtes un porc foutu!" Selena muttered under her breath.
"Young lady ANSWER ME! Are you going to obey me or not?" Simon asked furiously.
Selena knew he was right....he ruled the entertainment industry and if she pissed him off she would never be able to sing or act again! She couldnt even work behind the scenes! This was her dream....but it would only be 3 more albums under him....then she could be free...
"Fine....I'll OBEY you...." Selena said VERY reluctantly
"Good let's get on the bus and we'll discuss the new rules." Simon said as Selena reluctantly followed.
As they got on the bus Selena sat down on the couch and Simon stood up and balanced himself on a table trying to keep his cool.
"First off you WILL do everything or you WILL be fired and BLACKLISTED!" Simon said very demandingly.
"Okay Simon..." Selena said, her arms were crossed and she felt so demeaned, but she had too....
"First off you will NEVER wear anything that doesn't show cleavage and your belly button unless approved by me or in private!" Simon said again very demanindingly, Selena just sadly nodded.
"Second, you will only have APPROVED of relationships in public, I do NOT approve of that Ben boy and you will NOT be around him let alone date him!"
"THATS NOT FAIR!" Selena jumped up and shouted.
"Yes it is!!!!" Simon said as he gave her the *look* which meant do it or die basically.
Selena just breathed deeply....she had no choice but to pretend she wasn't crying inside. She KNEW it was wrong but what could she do? Simon continued on with some more silly rules but Selena just thought of Ben. She loved him and she had promised in her song she wouldn't hurt him and let people boss her around.
Simon left Selena grounded to her bus. Selena heard the roar of the crowd and knew that Natural's show was over. She quickly snuck out and made sure Simon or his spys weren't around, then went and tried to find Natural's bus. On her way she heard "Selena! Baby wait!" Selena kept walking but slowed down so Ben could catch her.
"Hey why didn't you wait?" Ben asked as he caught up.
"Ben Simon forbid me to see you and if anyone sees us together he'll kill me...." Selena whispered sadly.
"Baby what about your song? You said you were gonna stick up for yourself!" Ben asked curiosly.
Selena stopped and thought.... "Ben look he's gonna take my career away! What choice do I have?"
"Well....we could sneak around...." Ben said with devilish smile.
"You mean not tell people?.....But Ben he won't let us be in the same country he said!" Selena said worriedly.
"He says it but he can't do it...It's a big world!" Ben tried to be reassuring.
"Ben...it *sniff* wont work...." Selena said trying not to cry.
"Okay wait....don't break up with me! Give me 1 night...alright? I'll think of something logical I swear!" Ben said urgently.
"*sniff* Alright Ben....here here's my cell # call me." She said as she handed him her card.
"Alright I love you...." Ben said as he looked down at her.
"I love you too..." Selena said as she kissed him and then they parted ways. Selena went to mope n wait, and Ben went to go try and plan what to do....

Bruce, Brea, and Natural minus Ben and Selena, were hanging out in the back of a restaurant (the manager was nice enough to put a table in back for privacy) and trying to to figure out a way to help their friends.
"Simon has gone to the extreme now, I can't believe he got that pissed off," Brea shook her head in disbelief. She had heard Simon yelling at Selena eariler that day.
"I'm especially shocked about how pissed off he got about her outfit! It was completely harmless!" Bruce said.
"Selena doesn't deserve to be treated the way Simon treats her," J said, "It's almost unbelievable."
"Dude, I know! And what has Ben ever done to that bastard anyway?" Michael asked as he put his arm around Brea.
"God, poor Selena and Ben, they must both be heartbroken," Brea said.
"Isn't there anything we could do to help them?" Patrick asked.
"Like what? Simon won't even let Selena [i]think[/i] about Ben, let alone see him," Bruce told him.
"Well there has to be something," Marc said, "We just can't sit here and let Simon ruin Selena and Ben's lives."
"Marc's right," Michael said, "Ben needs Selena and Selena needs him, they can't live without each other!"
"While Simon is Selena's manager, she can't live WITH him," Brea told him.
"God, isn't there some way to make Simon see that he's gone too far?" J asked.
"He probably does know he's gone too far," Patrick said, "He just doesn't want to admit it."
"Ugh, and Selena SO hard on that song!" Brea said she was almost in tears, she felt so bad for Selena and Ben.
"Hey didn't Selena said that they got more of a response from her song today then from Perfect Night?" Bruce asked.
"Yeah, Simon obviously didn't realize how insane the fans were," Brea told him.
"He's such a dick," Michael said, "Ya know, I think Selena should just go up to Simon someday.... and punch him dead in the face!"
"If only!!!" Brea smirked, "That would really show him who's boss!"
"Hey! That ain't a bad idea," Marc said.
"What?" Patrick asked.
"Selena should rebel against Simon," Marc told him.
"Yeah then she'd get fired then blacklisted!!" Bruce said.
"Not if Simon's afraid of her," Marc told Bruce.

"Why? It could work!" Marc said in defense of his plan.
"Yeah and Lou will lose his virginity!" J said as everyone tried not to laugh at the retort.
"Well seriously guys I mean I dunno about Selena but Ben's just going insane back at the hotel." Michael said.
"Maybe there's not much we can do..." Patrick said. Everyone just kind of looked down at that, it just might be true as of then.
***Back at Natural's hotel room***
[i]'Come on Ben think!'[/i] Ben yelled at himself in his thoughts. He had been racking his brain all night and nothing was working! He needed Selena...but unless he thought of something he couldn't have her.
*ring ring*
"Hello?" Selena answered her cell phone.
"Hey babe its Ben." Ben said kind of sadly.
"Oh hey..." Selena said, she was afraid he'd say he had no way out of this.
"Selena look I've been thinking and thinking and I'm going insane and so this is the best I've come up with..." Ben said as he started telling Selena the plan.
***Back at Selena's tour bus 3 hours later***
"Bree I feel bad...we didn't come up with ANYTHING!" Bruce said as they made their way back to the tour bus.
"Bruce will think of something alright!" Bree said as they unlocked the door and got in.
"Selena OMG are you okay?!" Bree said as she ran in to go hug her friend. Selena was crying on the couch almost hysterically.
"NO! NO! BEN GAVE UP ON MEEEEEEE!" Selena cried.
"He what!?!? WHY?" Bree asked as she hugged her friend.
"He *sniff* he told me *sob* that he just couldn't think of anything and we were better off alone!" Selena started crying harded and hugged Bree.
"Selena that's to bad...you know let me call that SOB!" Said Bruce and despite Selena's objections he pulled out his cell to make the call.
***Back at Natural's hotel, a few moments earlier***
"Man I feel bad about not being able to help Ben..." Michael said as he put the hotel key in the key slot.
"Yeah...don't worry we'll think of something..." J said as the door opened and they all seen Ben crying hysterically on the bed like a little girl.
"Ben dude you okay?!" Michael asked as he ran in to comfort him.
"NO! I COULDN'T THINK OF A PLAN IN TIME AND SELENA SAID TO JUST FORGET IT AND NOW WE'RE THROUGH!!!!!" Ben sobbed.
"Ben dude I'm soo sorry!" Michael said as he gave him a hug, just then Ben's cell phone rang but the ringer was shut off so no one heard it.
***The next day, Selena's tour bus***
"Morning everyone! Where are we this beautiful day?" Selena asked as she gave Bruce a kiss on the cheek.
"Selena its 3 pm..." Bruce said a bit concerned.
"Oh..." Selena said as she went to get some coffee.
"Alright I'll ask, why the hell are you so perky?" Bree asked curiosly.
"Well I stayed up and thought about it all night...and you know I'm just being silly. I love singing and its not worth losing for a man! Ben was fun, but ya know I think I turned a corner..." Selena said as Bruce almost choked on his sandwhich and Bree's eyes got huge.
"Selena are you serious? What drugs have you been taking?" Bree asked.
"Yeah I'm serious...I'm just gonna get on with work."
***Back at Natural's hotel***
"Hey morning Ben...you okay buddy?" Michael asked as Ben went to dig for some cereal.
"Yeah ya know...I...I'm okay actually." Ben said trying to smile.
"Ben dude you serious? I mean you told me you know...your first would be your only...." Michael asked confusdly.
"I know but that was a bad call on my part...Hey Mike you know that umm 1 girl....uhhhh....Utada?" Ben asked.
"Yeah..." Michael said confused.
"Whats her #? I need a rebound..." Ben said.
"Okay dude but I swear your outta your mind!" Michael said.
*3 months later, London*
In the past 3 months both bands had made progress. Natural started their tour, and Selena started her own. Both had chart topping hits and were favs among the crowd. Selena was now dating Craig David, and Ben was now dating Utada Hikaru (jpop star). Both of them seemed to be well over the other and both their friends and band mates had bought it. This day brings us to Natural's hotel room where they were preparing for their performance at the Brit Awards.
"Hey umm guys I'm gonna go out for a bit to eat, I'll be back later..." Ben said about 7pm.
"Alright, when will ya be back so I can tell Lou?" Michael asked.
"Probably about 9..." Ben said as he grabbed his keys and left.
***Meanwhile at Selena's tour bus, also in London***
"Selena why are you so ancy? Your concert isn't until tomorow night..." Bree asked curiosly.
"Ummm ohh me and Craig are gonna go meet up...so yeah I'm kinda excited!" Selena said as she put on a necklace, one Ben had sent her a month before.
"Oh...k I guess I won't expect you back tonight, I'll tell Simon." Bree said with a smile, she was glad to see her friend happy.
"Damn it's almost 7:15....I gotta go!" Selena said as she ran out the door and drove off.
***15 minute drive later***
"705 Church Street...." Selena read the directions to herself. She pulled into a little townhouse's drive way and parked. She spotted a familar black car already parked and exictdly got out and ran up to the door.
*knock knock*
Ben came to the door and peaked his head out and pulled Selena in.
When the door was shut Ben couldn't help himself but give his lovely girlfriend a passionate kiss.
"Mmm Selena I missed you so much!" Ben said as he hugged her.
"I missed you too..." Selena said as the 2 headed upstairs.
***2 hours, 1 romantic dinner and passion session later***
"God Ben I love you so much..." Selena said as she laid in his arms.
"I love you too...oh @#%$ what time is it?" Ben asked.
"Almost 9..." Selena said as she looked at him questioningly.
"Then excuse me a sec..." Ben said as he reached over his side of the bed (hehe nice view) and took his cell phone out of his pants pocket.
"Hey Michael it's Ben. My car gotta flat but don't worry Im holdin up at this lil hotel......yeah I'll be back by 5....k bye." Ben said as he hung up.
"Nice cover." Selena said as he went back to holding her.
"Yeah...so how'd you convince Craig to cover for ya?" Ben asked as he kissed her.
"Well he has a girlfriend, he just don't want the public to know her so it was a good trade...what about Utada?" Selena asked.
"Eh she has some secret husband or something, we're good friends its all good....wait you guys don't like french or anything in front of Bree and them right?" Ben asked a bit paranoid.
"No! We just close mouth kiss...people are stupid enough to buy it I guess..." Selena said.
"Yeah same with me and Utada when I get to see her... I miss you a lot..." Ben said as he hugged her closer and kissed her again.
"I miss you a lot too....I gotta hand it to you though we get to keep our jobs and we still get to be together..." Selena said as she smiled at the last part of her sentence.
"Yeah....I'm going to miss you so much...." Ben said as he just continued to snuggle with her.
"Me too...when will we get to see each other again?" Selena asked.
"You'll be in America next month right?" Ben asked.
"Yeah..." Selena said, "On the 15th-20th. Simon's giving me a break but I have to be careful..."
"I know baby...well I got the 16th and 19th off, you could stay at my parents house I mean if you wanted..." Ben said nervously.
"Ohh I get to meet the parents now?" Selena teased, "Alright at least I'll get to see you..." And with that and a few more I love yous, the two fell asleep in each others arms.

"You know what if her and Craig get serious?" Bruce asked Bree. They were bored out of their minds and decided to discuss whatever random thought popped into their heads.
"I dunno...I kinda think she's still..." Bree started to say as the hotel phone started ringing.
"Hello?" Bree answered.
"Hey luv is Selena there?" Craig asked, Selena had failed to fill him in about her plans.
"Uhh....no she's on a date with you...." Bree said very confused.
"Oh.....OH....@#%$...umm...this call never happend..." Craig said as he hung up quickly.
Bree just stared at the phone a moment.
"Who was that?" Bruce asked.
"Uh...no one some telemarketer." Bree lied quickly as she returned to watching TV.
*Next morning, about 1pm*
Bree was sitting on the couch again watching TV and eating a bowl of Lucky charms.
*door opens*
"Hey Bree, miss me?" Selena said as she walked in.
"Uhh yeah apparently so did Craig!" Bree teased.
Selena's eyes got huge, "OMG *dammit* I knew there was sometin I forgot to do!.....Does Bruce know?"
"No...Craig called and I answered, he told me this convo never happend." Bree said with a smile.
Selena was quiet for a few seconds and sat down with her head in her hands.
"Come on DC whats up? You can tell me I promise I won't tell!" Bree coaxed.
"Bree....I can't...." Selena said as she sat looking sad.
"Why?" Bree asked.
"I just can't okay..." Selena said as Simon knocked on the door to call her away to get ready for her concert.
**Back at the Natural Hotel**
"Ben dude where have you been?" J asked as Ben came in the door, a good 17 hours or so late.
"In heaven....I mean stayed the night in a hotel cuz my car broke down, its all good now though." Ben said as he headed for the shower.
"Utada must be in town..." Patrick said as he flipped channels.
***Back at Selena's Tour bus***
"Simon this isn't the way to the venue..." Selena said as she noticed the bus taking some odd turns.
"Oh I forgot to mention we rescheduled the concert, it's tomorow, tonight Craig wanted you to go to the Brit Awards with him." Simon said casually.
"Sure HE did..." Selena said giving him a dirty look, she didn't know Ben would be there.
"Fine *I* did but at least you guys get to spend sometime together!" Simon said in his defense, he was trying to be nice.
"Don't worry DC I gotcha covered!" Bree said as she held up a racy red dress and a black shawl and black heels with a red design.
"Thanks...I'll go change." Selena said as she went to change.
"Well Craig's gonna love this!" Bree said as she looked over her *work*. Selena had on the outfit, and had her hair curly hanging over her shoulders.
Just then the bus stopped.
"Alright into Craig's limo you go....have fun!" Simon said smilingly, he loved photo ops like this.
Selena stumbled out in her heels and got into the limo. Craig was inside wearing a nice black suit and his cap of course!
"Well ello! You look lovely." Craig said with a smile.
"Thanks...no offense but I'm kinda mad at Simon cuz he pulled this on me unexpectdly." Selena sulked.
"Aww sorry. Ron (his manager) insisted I brought you too, good for buisness. Hey I got you something though ya know as a thank you for keeping me and Rosa a secret and all." Craig said as handed Selena a small necklace box. Inside was a beautiful ruby heart necklace (like in Pretty Woman.)
"Aww thanks Craig its beautiful!" Selena said as Craig helped her put it on.
The limo pulled up and the press started clicking away...
"CRAIG! SELENA!" A reporter called out for an interview.
Just then Natural's limo pulled up and the guys piled out. Everyone but Ben had brought a date, Ben didn't like bringing Utada anywhere to much because the press always wanted him to lie, and it was hard for him.
"J! NATURAL!" Another reporter called out and called the boys over for an interview. As they were being interviewed Ben looked around to see who was all there and he spyed that only 3 feet ahead of him was Craig David, with Selena...He couldn't help but watch and listen.
"So what's your two's future plans?" The reporter asked Craig and Selena.
"Well I dunno...thats in the future isn't it?" Craig said slyly. Some fans in the backround cheered. What was bugging Ben though was how Craig and Selena had their hands on each others sides and they looked really lovey dovey....him and Utada had never done that....even for the press! They'd only held hands and had a lil peck on the cheek every now and then.
"Could we have a kiss for the cameras?" The reporter asked as the photographer and cameraman leaned in.
"Sure why not..." Craig said as he leaned in and open mouth kissed Selena!

Ben wanted to run over to Selena and Craig and beat the crap outta Craig, but he didn't.
As Craig and Selena kissed, Selena stepped on Craig's foot meaning for him to stop.
"Ow," Craig said through his teeth as he smiled to the cameras.
"We better go now," Selena told the reporter.
"Thanks for answering our questions," the reporter told them.
"No problem," Craig said as he and Selena walked away.
"I thought we agreed no open mouth kisses," Selena said quietly to him.
"Sorry, I was getting too caught up in the moment," Craig apologized.
"Just make sure it never happens again, ok?" Selena said.
"Ok," Craig told her as they posed for a camera.
***BaCk WiTh NaTuRaL***
"Ben! Where's Utada?" a reporter yelled to Ben.
"She's having one of her inspirational times so she's at the studio writing," Ben lied.
Michael looked at Ben with a weird look, Ben didn't even talk to Utada that day.

"Hey dude...when did you talk to Utada?" Michael asked as they continued their trek down the red carpet.
"Last night...I called her..." Ben lied, he was looking really down now. In this distance he could see Craig and Selena posing for a photo, this time a peck on the cheek.
[i]*that's it I gotta get outta here![/i] Ben thought to himself as he looked around for a way to escape, but there was none.
Selena looked around, the bright lights were bugging her eyes and she really hated being lovey dovey with Craig. She knew he was a good actor and he had no interest in her but she really hated this! She wanted to be on the carpet with Ben, giving him a kiss and showing off to the press, she hated the lies!
Inside the concert hall it was crowded with celebrities. Natural was seated on the far left of the hall, and Selena and Craig were about a good 50 ft away from them. Selena still didn't know Ben was there.
The awards got under way and neither of the bands were called up. But when time came for *Best British Male Artist* Craig won. Ben realized that must be where his Selena was. He was just able to see enough to be horrorfied.
As the cameras turned on Craig and Selena, Craig again kissed her on the mouth, but it was just closed mouth and quick like he was in a hurry. When he got on stage he tahnked the usual people and then he thanked Selena and smiled towards her, and said he loved her.
That drove Ben insane! A million thoughts were going through his head. What if she lied to him? What if Craig and her were REALLY dating? What if he was being used again...
After a few more awards Natural had to go backstage and get ready for their performance. After a few pics backstage Craig actually crossed Ben's path as he headed back out to sit down. Ben had such an urge to punch him but he couldn't do it....to many people were there...
When Craig returned to his seat Selena smiled and through her teeth said, "Craig I'm serious do that again and we will have a highly publicized break up!"
Craig smiled back and through his teeth said, "Sorry love, I'm just trying to do a good job..."
"I know...but you know I love...you know..." Selena said as she sat back in her seat as the commercial break ended.
Just then Geri Halliwell came out on the stage.
"Alright we have a special treat for you, here's the best international group, NATURAL!"
Selena's eyes got huge. HOLY @#%$ BEN WAS THERE!

"OMG!!!!" Selena put her hands up to her face.
"Selena, isn't Ben in that band?" Craig asked.
"Yes!... Omg! He probably saw us kiss outside earlier!!!!!! Oh no!!!!!!" Selena couldn't believe what was happening, "He probably thinks we really are dating!!!"
"Well that can't be good," Craig told her.
"No! It's not good!...... I have to get backstage!" Selena said.
"You can't now. Do you know how many reporters and cameramen are back there? Tons! You'd be caught for sure," Craig warned her.
"I need to get to him," Selena said, "Maybe I could write him note and have somebody give it to him."
"Selena, love, that wouldn't be the best idea. If you give someone a note that's not for them, chances are when you have your back turned they would read it," Craig explained to her.
"Ugh, you're right," Selena sighed, "My life's a living hell."'
"Yours is not the only one... there's me, Ben, and whoever Ben is pretending to be with," Craig said.
"Utada," Selena told him.
"Well that's a strange name," Craig said then he thought of something, "I bet you anything that no one is near their dressing room, maybe you can sneak into there."
"That wouldn't work Craig, all five of them share a dressing room and none of the other guys know about me and Ben," Selena told him as she watched the guys perform.
"Well, then I guess maybe you should talk to him whenever you see him next," Craig told her.
"That's next month," Selena said she was getting pretty fustrated.
"Maybe I could talk to him?" Craig suggested.
Selena looked at Craig, "You could! Well... if he doesn't kill you first."
"I'll take my chances. Be back love," Craig said as he left his seat.
Selena let out a sigh of relief.
