Marie just looked at Josh, knowing something wasn’t right. “What is it? Is something wrong?” Marie asked as she got up to go in the kitchen. “Marie sit down.” Kate said as they walked in the kitchen. ‘What is it? Is Patrick ok? What is wrong?” Marie asked as she sat down. “Marie, Patrick….has a girlfriend. Her name is Linda. He thinks it is over between you and him. Marie…Patrick has obviously moved on. Im really sorry.” Kate said as she put her head in her hands. Marie didn’t say anything. She was busy thinking, and trying to collect all the info. Kate has just shared. Beginning to cry Marie said: “ When I talked to him on the phone he sounded fine, and he said we can talk, and take all the time we need. What happened?” Marie said as tears fell on her face. “I don’t know. All I know is he is supposedly with Linda.” Kate said sadly. “Well, I should have known. It was never met to be, and I need to move on, but…I can’t!” Marie said really starting to cry. “Marie, it will be ok. It will be hard at first, but you will move on. I know it is gonna take a long time. But things will be ok. In fact, Patrick didn’t even seem that happy. I bet he just met her at some club, or something and he is just a miserable as you. I bet he will be back. Don’t worry. He is probably just using Linda like he did that Kristen girl to see your reaction. I wouldn’t think any thing about it. But incase this is really the deal. Josh and I can introduce you to some cool friends, and we will help you through this.” Kate said hugging Marie. Just then Josh walked in. “Marie, Im really sorry. I can even try to talk to him for you. Only if you want me to.” Josh said patting Marie on the head. “If you want, I don’t care. I just need to go some place. I’ll be back soon.” Marie said as she walked out of the kitchen and out the front door.
Marie left for her hotel room. She just wanted some quiet time to herself. Marie decided she was just gonna stay there for the night. Marie called Kate to tell her where she was. “Hey Kate, this is Marie. I just wanted to let you know Im at the hotel. I just wanted some alone time to myself. I will be home tomorrow or the next day. I will he here if you need me.” “Marie, you want me to come stay with you? I don’t want you to be alone. I can come stay with you, if you like.” Kate replied back. “Im ok. I just want time to myself. Thanks a lot though! I will be fine. I will talk to you later. I will keep my cell phone on if you need me. Bye, bye.” Marie said as she hung up the phone. After Marie got off the phone she decided to just sit in the hot tub, and relax. As Marie sat in the hot tub she remembered she left some of her belongings in Patrick’s hotel room. She wanted to get her things, but she didn’t want to see Patrick, or Linda. She decided she could just run over there, and get her things, and come back. Marie put on her sweats and a shirt. She then went next door to Patrick’s room. Marie still had a key, and so she just let herself in. Well, neither Patrick nor Linda was there. She grabbed her things, and just as she was about to leave, she saw her ring. Marie grabbed her ring cause she wasn’t about to let Patrick give it to Linda. So, she took it with her. When Marie got back to her room she sat on her bed and looked at her ring. As she was looking at her ring she remembered her necklace. Marie grabbed her purse to make sure her necklace was still in it. It was. Marie put it on, but before she did she read the back of the heart….”To The Love Of My Life.” All Marie could do was cry. She thought about her times with Patrick, and everything. She wanted Patrick back, but she felt that wasn't about to happen. Marie put her necklace, and ring on. She missed Patrick more then anything, but she knew it was too late. After an hour or so of crying her eyes out, she called Lou. “Hello?” Lou answered. “Hi Lou, this is Marie. Are you busy?” Marie asked. “Nope I was just looking at some papers. What can I do for you.” Lou asked. “I would like to have my job back. Patrick and I are though. I love what I do, and I want my job back. I don’t want to do anything else. Lou, I know I said this relationship wouldn’t get in the way of things, and Im sorry it did. Lou Patrick’s relationship and mine is over, and that is final. Lou, I need my job back, and I want it back. May I have it back?” Marie asked in a serious manner. “Marie, I really shouldn’t give it back to you. I know you only want it back to get Patrick back, and I honestly DON’T want to give your job back to you, but Im going to. The only reason is, is because I know you and Patrick deserve to be together, I know both of you love one another, and I want to see you two back together. Marie, Linda is nothing compared to you. You are an awesome and a good person. I trust you, and I trust your doings. So, Im gonna give you your job back, but this is the FINAL time. Do you hear me?” Lou said sternly. “Yes sire, I do. Thank you. I won’t let you down this time, and thank you. I will be in with Kate tomorrow. Thank you sire.” Marie replied. “Ok Marie, this is it. Don’t mess up, and don’t make me regret my decision. See you tomorrow, and just relax today. Bye, Bye.” Lou said as he hung up the phone. Marie called Kate to let her know what the deal was, and what Lou said. “I will meet you at the studio tomorrow.” Marie told Kate. “Ok girl. See you tomorrow.” Kate said as she hung up. For the rest of the day Marie slept, and rested. She thought of Patrick, but she mainly just rested, and soaked in the hot tub.
For the next couple of days Marie went to the studio with Kate, and did as she told Lou. She did her paper work, discussed touring, and did her job as she said she would. Marie never spoke two or three words to Patrick, about the situation or anything. After a couple days of working, and getting her life back to normal, she decided she needed a car to get around. She was tired of using Kate’s and besides, she wanted one of her own. So, after work on Friday she went to talk to Lou. “Hey Marie, how are you?’ Lou asked as she walked in. “Im good. Thank you. I was wondering if I may get off a little early Monday cause I honestly need to go buy me a car.” Marie said as she sat down. “Well, that is fine with me. If you like, just take the day off. I would be happy to help you find one. Is there a certain one you would like?” Lou asked with a smile. “I was actually thinking of getting a Ford Escape. They are very good cars, and I always have wanted one.” Marie said with a smile. “Well, why don’t you meet me in around noon, and we will go get one.” Lou said leaning back in his seat. “Ok, thank you. I will meet you here in at noon on Monday.” Marie said getting up. “Hey Marie. You ok? You really don’t look very well.” Lou said concerned. “Im fine. I just feel a little icky, but I will be ok.” Marie said as she went out the door. After Marie went to Star Bucks for a cup of coffee, and a danish. She wasn’t feeling too much better. She went back to the studio to do some more work. As the weekend wen on, Marie still wasn’t feeling to good. On Monday, Marie met Lou at the studio. After 15 minutes of waiting for Lou, they left to go get Marie a car. After an hour or so of looking, and checking out the Escapes, Marie got one. Marie drove Kate’s car back to her house, and Lou drove Marie back to the office to drop him off. After Marie left she decided she just wanted to go back to the hotel.
After a couple hour nap Marie woke up. She felt even worse then before. She called Kate to come by and stay with her for a while. As time went on Marie was feeling sicker and sicker. About 3:00pm Kate decided to take Marie to the hospital. After running test the doctor admitted her. “Marie what is it? Are you ok?” Kate asked as the doctor came in. “Marie is weak.” The doctor responded. “Why?” Kate asked. Looking at Marie the doctor said: “Marie, did you know you was pregnant?” “Uh? No! I took a test, and it was negative. And what do you mean…was?” Marie asked catching on to what he was saying. “Well, you were, and Im sorry to say, but you lost the baby.” The doctor responded. “How far along was I?” Marie asked with tears in her eyes. Not long. Maybe a month at the most. But because you haven’t been eating well or taking very good care of yourself, and because this was obviously your first pregnancy, and all. Is why you lost it. Plus, Ive been told you been under a lot of stress, and well, that can cause problems as well. Plus, it is a normal thing for first time pregnancy’s as well. I want you to stay over night, build up some strengths and I will let you out of here tomorrow.” The doctor said as he was leaving. After the doctor left Marie broke down crying. “OMG! I can’t believe this! Why? This isn’t happening.” Marie cried as Kate comforted her. After a little time, Marie fell back to sleep. Kate decided she was gonna call J, Lou, and Patrick to let them know. After Kate called Lou and J she decided to call Patrick. “Hello?” Kate said as some girl answered. “Hi, this is Kate. Who is this?” Kate asked. “This is Linda. How may I help you?” Linda said. “ Is Patrick there?” Kate asked. “Well, he is actually busy. May I take a message?” Linda asked. “Would you just tell him Marie is in the hospital, and I think he might should get down here.” Kate answered. “Is she ok?” Linda asked, “She will be. Would you please just give him that message?” “OK, sure.” Linda said hanging up. After Linda hung up Patrick walked in. “Hey, who was that?” He asked. “Oh, Kate, she just said Marie was sick, and was in the hospital, but she is fine, and coming home tomorrow. “OK. I will call her tomorrow when she gets home, and see what happened.” Patrick said as he went back to writing some music.
The next day Marie was eating, and feeling better. Marie came home from the hospital, and went back to Kate’s house to rest. Still no word from Patrick. Marie didn’t really pay it any attention, and she figured Patrick didn’t really care since he had Linda now. This made Kate mad though. Here Marie was sick, lost the baby, and Patrick didn’t show any sign of a care in the world. Kate decided she would call Patrick again, and see what happened, and why he hasn’t called, or came to the hospital to check on Marie. When Kate called, there was no answer. Finally after trying for an hour or so, Kate gave up, and decided to call Ben, and tell him what happened. After Kate told Ben everything, she asked him to please get in touch with Patrick and let him know. “I have called, and called, but he hasn’t answered, and I even told Linda, but he hasn’t called.” Kate said as she was talking to Ben. “Well I bet Linda never told him, or just acted as if everything was cool, and made him think Marie was fine. But I will contact him, and let him know. Ok?” Ben said. “Ok, thanks Ben. Call me if you hear from Patrick.” Kate replied. “OK. Please call me if you or Marie need me. I will be here.” Ben said as he hung up the phone.
The next day Marie decided to get some more of her things from Patrick's hotel. After Marie got back, still no word from Patrick or Ben. "Kate, do you think we can please keep this incident to ourselves. I mean Patrick and I are basicly over, and what is the use to tell him? I mean, it is already over with." Marie said as she took some of her things up stairs.

Marie had came over to get her things while Patrick and Linda were out. When they came back Patrick noticed the ring was gone (hey its expensive , who wouldnt.) Hey excused himself from Linda for a second then ran out to Lou, who was eating his 5th turkey sandwhich and writing up a contract or two.
"LOU! Where is my ring?" Patrick asked urgently.
"I dunno, I've only been home a hour" Lou said matter of factly as he took another bite of the sandwhich. One of his servants had let Marie in but they had all gone home for the day so Patrick couldnt consult them.
"Well Jesus Christ I wanted to give it to Linda and that was expensive!" Patrick said paranoid.
"Well I told you you cant trust those sneaky servants, you shoulda hid it." Lou said again not looking up from his paper.
"DAMMIT!" Patrick said in frustration as he went back to his room. He had had all Marie's stuff piled by the door and he didnt even notice it was gone! Him and Linda just laid on the bed and talked and watched a few movies until he fell asleep holding her in his arms.
The next morning Patrick woke up and Linda was gone. She'd left a note saying she had had a meeting and she was sorry and to call her.
He realized he was 10 minutes late and ran and got ready and sped to the studio to work with Kate. When he got there Kate was asleep in the chair (she'd figured if she had to wait, she would sleep!) and Marie was sitting looking through some papers. She was wearing the sweater Patrick had given her, and some new pants which were low riders.
"WHAT the hell arey ou doing here?" Patrick asked angrily as he came in and plopped his guitar down on another chair. Marie looked up and said,
"Well what the hell are you doing being late? Did Linda not have to go to high school today?" She asked sarcastically. Kate hadnt mentioned Linda was an old friend of hers, and only a year younger then Patrick.
"For your information, my girlfriend someday bride to be, is in college now, almsot graduated, and she can even legally drink! She's 22." Patrick said very bluntly.
Those words had hurt Marie more then she had thought anything he'd say could hurt.
"Well good for you, nice to see to assholes meet up when their drunk and date each other! Its nice to see you have your own real life barbie doll!" Marie said bluntly as she walked out of the room. Patrick screamed after her,
"I DONT DRINK ANYMORE!!!!!!! AND SHE DONT EITHER!!!!! ANd and....SHES ALL REAL!"
He then woke Kate up and when she asked where Marie was Patrick just lied and said he didnt know. Kate had no choice but to record otherwise Lou would kill her. Meanwhile as Marie was walking through the studios she bumped into someone coming out of Studio A. It was Linda.
"Oh sorry." Linda said as she bent down to pick up her purse that had dropped. Linda hadn't recognized Marie.
"Whats your name again?" Marie asked just making sure.
"Hi my names Linda. Whats yours?" Linda asked cheerfully. She was going to Kate's studio to help with some of the music and she was excited bout seeing her friend and boyfriend.
"My names Marie, I was Patrick's fiancee` until YOU came along! Probably should warn you....hes....hes....HES JUST USUING YOU!" Marie said very pissed off, she couldnt think of anything good to say so she just walked off even more angry. She got in her car and drove back to her hotel. She didnt want to go home that night.
Meanwhile Linda walked into Kate and Patrick's studio and Patrick cheered up immediatly.
"HEY BABY!" Patrick said happily as he got up to hug her. Kate could see he was sincere in his feelings for Linda, but she knew he still loved Marie.
"Hey....Patrick you love me right?" Linda asked hesitantly.
"Of course....why wouldnt I?" Patrick asked a little shocked.
"Oh I ran into some psycho ex of yours and she said you were usuing me...." Linda said with a little laugh.
"Yeah she is psycho, I think she stole my ring, thats what my maid said anyways!" Patrick said as he kissed Linda.
"hey enough Marie bashing!" Kate said as she came in from the recording area, she'd heard it all.
"Sorry." Patrick said. Kate was really worried, he looked so happy with Linda.
Meanwhile at Marie's hotel Josh had drove over there because she'd asked him to to pick up her stuff and take it back to the house while she was gone. When he came in she was crying.
"Oh I'm sorry...whats wrong Marie?" Josh asked concerned.
"Patrick lovesh is new Barbie Doll!" Marie said sobbing.
"No...no he doesnt..." Josh was lying, he was starting to believe he did actually love Linda.
"YES HE DOES!" Marie shrieked.
"Okay I'll prove you wrong, he wont talk to me, but he'll talk to Michael I'll have Michael look into it." Josh promised. He then talked with Marie a little later and then he called Michael and Michael agreed to help out. As Linda and Patrick and Kate were eating lunch, Patricks cell phone rang.
"Hey Patrick its Michael, you know what? We need a boys night out tonight. Wanna come over tonight and we'll just plan from there?" Michael asked fastly, he put a lot of excitment in his voice so Patrick would buy it and think he'd let him down if he didnt.
"Ummm welll.....me and Linda had plans but....I guess." Patrick said reluctantly.
"Okay kewl kewl....see ya at 8." Michael said as they said their goodbyes.
Linda was glad Patrick was gonna have a guys night out. She got Kate to reluctantly let her come over that night, though Kate warned Marie was there. Linda didnt dislike, or like Marie, she didnt know her really!
Marie left the instant Kate and Linda came in. She said she wanted nothing to do with it.
So Kate and Linda just talked with Josh all night while Marie stayed in the hotel.
Meanwhile Patrick went over to Michaels.
"Oh hey Pat come in!" Michael said happy that he'd actually came.
After just some idol chit chat Michael and Patrick decided to go out to a bar that was near by. As they were sitting (patrick broke what he said, he was drinking.) Patrick just drank like no tomorrow! Michael was a little concerned....but he didnt say anything, he figured after a few beers Patrick would open up.
"So hows Linda?" Michael asked as Patrick finished his 3rd beer.
"Oh shes fine....actually....nah!" Patrick said as he opened his 4th. Damn Michael thought, so close! So he waited another 2 beers or so tell Patrick was pretty much drunk.
"So hows Marie?" Michael asked.
"Shes....she hates me..." Patrick said slurred.
"No she dont...why do you think that!" Michael asked, he had only had coke to drink, so he wasnt even close to Patricks state.
"I think a lot of things...why do you care!!!?" Patrick asked a bit angry.
"Just wondering...." Michael said innocently.
"Well for your information Marie doesnt love me, she broke our engagement and she hates me! Just like whats her face..." Patrick said slurred. Now Michael remembered, he hadnt thought about it but it did make a lot of sense. 4 years before Marie met Patrick, he had had a girlfriend named Chloe who he had loved a lot. They'd started out slow and after about a year of dating they got engaged. Two days before they were to get married, Patrick caught her cheating on him. The crazy part was Patrick had wanted to make it work, but she hadnt. She broke the engagment and Patrick got really upset. He didnt date ANYONE until he met Marie. After Michel picked Patrick up (he'd passed out) and took him home he called Josh and told him everything. Josh hadn't remembered the girl, he wasnt with Natural when it had happened.
"Marie?" Josh asked as he walked into her room. She had came home after Linda left.
"What?" Marie asked, she'd been crying.
"Michael found something out...." Josh said.
"WHAT? THAT PATRICK HATES ME!" Marie asked angrily.
"No he found out some USFEFUL information....okay before I was with Natural, Patrick had a girlfriend he'd been with for about a year. Her name was Chloe. Anyways they got engaged and 2 days before their wedding he caught her cheating. Not only that but he was still willing to marry her but she broke up with him!" Josh said a bit astonished even repeating the info.
"Is that true?" Marie asked in dsibelief.
"Yeah I guess, Marc even backed it up. So did Ben." Josh said reassuringly.
"Oh God I'm a monster!" Marie said as she got up and put on her shoes.
"Where are you going?" Josh asked.
"To see Patrick." Marie said matter of factly.
"Wait Marie....he's umm...passed out drunk." Josh said hesitantly.
"Why?" Marie asked suspiciously.
"Apparently brillant Michael thought it was the only way to get him to open up and tell the truth. But Michael remembered after Patrick brought it up."
"So what did he all say?" Marie asked concerned.
"Basically Michael asked how you were to Patrick and Patrick said you hated him and that it was because you'd broke the engagment just like as he said 'whats her face.'" Josh said hopeing Marie wouldnt get upset.
"Well I'll see him tomorrow I guess..." Marie said as she sat down and took off her shoes.
The next day she woke up about 10AM (they didnt have to work tell 2!) and went over to Lou's house. When she came in Patrick's bedroom he was lying there half awake with a hangover from hell.
"Hi." Marie said shyly and quietly.
"Hey....what are you doing here?" Patrick asked thinking maybe he was still wasted or something.
"Just came to see ya. Here." Marie said as she put a wet washcloth on his head.
"Thanks. I thought you hated me though...." Patrick said confused.
"No I dont hate you....I just got scared and worried....but you have Linda now its okay....I guess..." Marie said hesitantly.
"No I dont, we broke up this morning. Shes a devote christian or something, got mad I drank, I said it was fine I didnt want to see her anymore anyways." Patrick said matter of factly. Marie hated it, but she smiled when he said that.
"So your all single again?" Marie asked slyly.
"Yeah I guess..." Patrick said sadly. He hated being single he really did.
"Would you maybe like to go out tomorrow night? After your better?" Marie asked.
"As a what? I dont want to end up like Ben!" Patrick asked sarcastically.
"What do you want to be?" Marie asked with a smile.
"I want to be your boyfriend again, even if you dont want to be engaged." Patrick said matter of factly. The guys would yell at him for being such a sucker he thought.
"Actually....if we can handle our little tiffs I'd like to be engaged again, if thats okay with you...." Marie said shyly.
Patrick would have jumped for joy had he not had his hang over from hell.
"Okay I would like that." Patrick said as Marie gave him a hug.
That day at the studio was cancelled and Marie left Patrick so he could rest. The next day they went for dinner and it was like the old times (no not when they fought !) They talked and by the end of the night both had pretty much forgot what had happended and were madly in love again. They even talked about wedding plans! By the end of the night they returned to Patrick's and Lou's house and went to his room. Patrick still felt bad about everything. They made out a little but Marie stopped them.
"Whats wrong?" Patrick asked concerned.
"I dont think we should do this yet...." Marie said teasingly.
"Well when should we?" Patrick asked a bit confused.
"After you tell me the truth on everything, we're going to be a couple I have to know...." Marie said pleading a little. Patrick sighed and said,
"Okay well first off the most me and Linda did was french, and that was only once! Nothing more I swear." That had taken a load off Maries mind, "Second I was engaged, and I think you know because Josh asked me about it and if Josh knows everyone knows! Anyways her name was Chloe and I thought I was in love, but I wasnt, and she really hurt me bad, thats why I acted to stupid when you broke off our engagment." Patrick said a little sadly remebering that.
"Oh honey come here come here..." Marie said as she hugged him. "Dont think about any of that bad stuff, I just wanted to know on Linda cuz I was a little worried....I love you and were engaged again." Marie said happily as they kissed. The rest of the night they just made love and then had makeup sex. The next morning they both woke up late and rushed outside to go to the studio for work. Patrick discovered his car had been egged and TPed and had shaving cream all over it and it looked like someone had taken a baseball bat to it. Seems Linda had had her final revenge. Marie would have laughed because it was a little funny, except it was Patrick's favrtioe car so she didnt. They took her car which they discovered had been keyed. At least that was all that had been done to it! They got to the studios ten minutes later....

After a couple days passed, Patrick and Marie seemed to be fine. Then Marie started thinking that what happened was something she had to tell Patrick. This was something she could keep. So, Marie called him. "Hey, you. What are ya doing?" Marie asked. "Im actually working on some music, and thinking of you. What are you doing?" He asked. "Patrick you think we might can go to the hotel tonight. We kinda need to talk." Marie said in a worried tone. "Sure, is everything ok?" Patrick asked her. "Yea, we just need to talk." she replied. "Ok, well. I will come pick you up around 6pm, and we will go. OK?" Patrick responded. "Ok, see you then. Love you." Marie said as she hung up.
That evening Patrick picked her up, and they went to the hotel. As they got there, Patrick said. "What is wrong?" "Well since we are starting over fresh and all. I need to fill you in on some information." Marie said sitting on the bed. Patrick came and sat beside her. "Patrick there is something I need to tell you. I didn't tell you before cause I thought we were through, and it didn't matter." Marie said worriedly. "Patrick last week I got sick and I had to go to the hospital. Remember? Did Linda tell you?" Marie asked. "Yea, but she said you were fine and nothing to worry about." He said looking worried. "Well, that wasn't the case. I was sick because I was pregnant, I lost the baby, and because I haven’t been eating well or taking very good care of myself, and because this was obviously my first pregnancy, and all. Is why I lost it. Plus, Ive been under a lot of stress, and well, that can cause problems as well. Plus, it is a normal thing for first time pregnancy’s as well." Marie said as she began to cry. "Oh God! Why didn't anyone tell me?" Patrick said feeling really bad. "We tried, but Linda wouldn't let Kate talk to you, and then we couldn't get in touch with you." Marie replied. "Marie...Im so very sorry. I swear if I had known, Id been there by your side. I am just sorry. I don't know what all to say. Here Ive yelled at you, and Ive acted like such a jerk! God...I can't believe this! You know what else! I just slept with you last night! We should not have done that! You needed to heal, and get better. That could have hurt you Marie! Marie, are you ok? Im so sorry." Patrick said as he held Marie close. "Im fine now, but I wasn't last week, but I will be fine. Don't be sorry. If I weren’t ready to sleep with you, I wouldn’t have! I wanted to sleep with you. Calm down. So don’t get all upset. I am fine. You didn't know, and Linda didn't want you to, obviously. Patrick I love you, and don't feel bad. Im fine. I just thought that was something I needed to share with you. I love you." Marie said as she kissed him. That afternoon they just layed around, and cuddled. Neither her nor Patrick really wanted to do much. They just wanted to spend time together, and relax. The next week Patrick got a few breaks from working and so Marie and him decided to go look for some wedding stuff. It just happend to come up randomly when they were shopping. So the next day they went to some bridal shops to pick out a dress for Marie. She insisted she wanted a normal wedding dress, not a really expensive lavish one like Patrick had begged her to get. When they first walked in the bridal shop Patrick noticed that this is where him and his exfiancee had shopped for their doomed wedding.
"Oh isnt this one cute?" Marie asked excitdley as she ran to the racks as Patrick stood by the door way very hesitantly looking around.
"Honey I dont like this store, can we leave?" Patrick said very beggingly. He didnt want to show her he was upset but he didnt want to be there either.
"Why? They got good stuff!" Marie said a lil funny, she didnt know the reason he wanted to leave, she noticed he was acting funny, but didnt know why.
"Ummm...how bout the one down the street?" Patrick tried to coax her.
"nah I like this dress a lot....I'm gonna go try it on." Marie said giving him a funny look as she took the dress and went to try it on. When she came out Patrick near screamed, it was the same dress Chloe had wanted. Only at the time he hadnt had enough money....maybe thats why she left him....'great' he thought, 'now im depressed.'
"Oh Patricks its beautiful? What do you think?" Marie said happily as she looked at the dress.
"Umm I dont like it and I just remembered I have to finish a song, we have to go." Patrick lied quickly. Marie looked at him funny, "honey, you have the day off remember?" Marie reminded him.
"Well I have to go okay? Actually Im hungry I'm gonna go to burger king."
"Patrick....you just ate before we left remember?" Marie said oddly as she stepped off the platform in front of the mirror and went back into the dressing room.
She knew something was wrong so she had the clerk hold the dress for her and they left. When they got in the car Patrick insisted Marie drive.
"Why?"
"Because...I just dont want to..." Patrick said looking away from her, it was obvious he was upset.
"Patrick....whats wrong?" Marie asked concerned.
"Nothings wrong I just....I dont want to go wedding shopping today Im sorry." Patrick said fast, he still wouldnt look at her.
Marie just accepted it because she knew him well enough that he wouldnt say what was wrong. So she just kissed him and said she loved him. He mumbled he loved her too and then didnt say anything the rest of the way home. When they got there they watched TV and cuddled and Patrick seemed to losen up a bit. The next morning Marie suggested they go looking again. Patrick reluctantly agreed as long as he promised he could pick the stores. She agreed thinking how odd it was .
Patrick picked a store that was brand new and hadnt been around before him and Marie! Marie tried on 3 or 4 dresses but insisted she still liked the one back at the other shop. Patrick was stubborn and refused. Marie found one similar to it and tried it on. Patrick just watched her and he started worrying in his mind. Instead of thinking how beautiful she was he thought, 'oh god what if she leaves me?' 'What if she cheats on me?' 'what if its with Ben?' "Does she really love me?' 'is she ready to get married?' 'Am I ready to get married?' When he thought about the last question he thought 'yes I am....but im to scared!'
"Hows it look?" Marie asked self conciously.
"oh ummm....good. Listen Marie I really dont want to plan the wedding, why dont you do it?" Patrick said trying to get out of his uneasy situation. He was showing all the signs of a phobia, he was even shaking and nervous!
"Why?" Marie asked very disapointed.
"Because Im not as good at it as you!" Patrick said as he got up and gave her a hug and then said as he walked away, "I'll take a cab home see ya!"
Marie just stood completly confused about the situation then took off the dress and drove down to the little wedding shop Patrick had disliked so much. She figured he told her to plan the wedding, so she bought the dress. When she got home Patrick wasnt there. He said he was stayin wit michael because Michael and Jamie had broken up. Marie called to check to see if everything was okay.
"Oh hey Marie." Michael said on the other line, he sounded pretty damn cheery for someone whod just lost a girl!
"Hey Mike hows Jamie?" Marie asked suspiciously.
"Good...shes comin over tonight, we're planning our wedding too!" Michael said excitdley.
"Oh...thats odd...Patrick said you 2 broke up and that he was going over there to spend time with you." Marie said now concerned.
"I'll fix it. Call ya later." Michael said determindly. He didnt need to have Pat drunk now, he knew he'd fess up because it must be really botherin him.
Meanwhile Patrick had run to the studios to just play his guitar and pretend he was doing work. Alls he could think about was terrible memories of coming in on Chloe and the guy. And begging her to take him back and her rejecting him, in a dress like Maries today. He then started having the same visions, but of Marie instead of Chloe. He started crying and tried to hide it. He loved Marie with all his heart. He couldnt wait to have her be his, and to have kids with her and spend every minute of his life with her. He didnt love Chloe anymore, he was just scared of being hurt. He fully decided he really needed to talk to someone. Thats when Michael came in the studio.

"Hi Pat." Michael said as he came in.
"Hi..." Patrick said not even looking up from his guitar.
"So I'm your best friend, tell me whats wrong." Michael said coxingly as he sat by him.
"Nothings wrong, why would anything be wrong, your wrong, i dont like you, go away." Patrick said quickly. Michael knew he didnt mean ANY of it.
"You like me and ya know it! We've been friends for almost 15 years. Now why are you acting all weird with Marie? Why did you tell her me and Jamie broke up and you were staying at my house but your not?" Michael asked concerned.
"Did you cover for me?" Patrick asked looking up for the first time.
"No I told her the truth, but I said I'd fix it." Michael said as Patrick looked down again.
"Then I stick to the first thing I said!" Patrick said stubbornly.
"Patrick.....please tell me.....you dont want this to turn out bad!" Michael pleaded coxingly.
"Your wrong! Its all ready wrong! Marie hates me still I just know it, and shes probably gonna cheat on me...probably....probably with Ben! And....and...she will leave me and I'll be all alone because Linda wont even be friends with me anymore!" Patrick cried out as she threw his guitar down got up and started leaving. Michael grabbed his shirt and wouldnt let go.
"PATRICK! Is that what this is all about? Is this about....Chloe?" Michael asked hesitantly.
"No.....kinda.....Marie took me to the same shop Chloe did, and she picked out the exact same dress Chloe had wanted, but I couldnt afford it then, thats probably why she left me..." Patrick said very sad and quietly.
Michael got up and hugged him, "Patrick listen Chloe was a social climber, I wont lie, I never cared for her much, she was always bragging about how you'd be famous and she would too....But Marie is SO different! Marie never shuts up about how much she loves you, she never even discusses money or fame. Marie just wants the wedding to be perfect to celebrate your guys love. She wont leave you Patrick....you just gotta except that." Michael said comfortingly.
"I know...but she left me once already!" Patrick said quietly.
"Because she felt the way you feel now, scared!" Michael said matter of factly.
"I know I know! I gotta go talk to Marie." Patrick said as he released himself from Michael's grip and drove home. When he got there Marie was sitting crying on the bed.
"Marie dont cry!" Patrick said as he ran in and hugged her. She honestly didnt expect him to come back!
"I'm sorry...." Patrick said.
"Patrick whats wrong? Why wont you tell me?" Marie looked sadly at him.
"Nothings wrong, I was just kinda upset about something else, but Michael fixed it all now, its all better, so tomorrow do you think we could go wedding shopping?" He asked with a kiss on her cheek as he wiped her tears away.
"Okay...if you want..." Marie said calming down.
"I do....I love you..." Patrick said as he kissed her again.
"I love you too." Marie said as she clung to him.

After Marie finally quit crying, and calmed down, she asked Patrick again what was bothering him. “Patrick, you and I need to talk, and tell me if something is bothering you. So, would you please tell me? Why did you get mad?” Marie asked. “Marie, when Chloe and I got engaged, she bought the exact same dress you wanted. That was also so the same store she got her dress at. After all that, I honestly never wanted to step foot in that store again, and I honestly never wanted to see that dress. I was to afraid to ever get to close to any one till I met you. But, since you will be the one wearing it, and NOT her. I want you to get the dress. I was worried that the same sequence of events would happen again. I thought you would leave me, and just forget all about me. Im truly sorry. I should not have acted that way. I needed to have talked to you, and I didn’t. Im sorry.” Patrick said lying down on the bed as he threw his hands over his face. “Patrick. I would never do that. I love you more then anything. You are my best friend, and you mean the world to me. I would never leave you for anything! I honestly hope you know how much I love you, and how much you mean to me, cause I will tell you till I die. Patrick…I love you!” Marie said with tears in her eyes as she moved Patrick’s hands from his face, and kissed him. “I know. I shouldn’t have gotten so upset, and scared. Marie, I love you to, and you mean everything to me. And tomorrow, we will go back to that store, and get you the dress, if you still want it?” Patrick said as he put his arms around Marie and patiently kissed her. “Umm…well I kinda already went and got the dress.” Marie said as she got up off Patrick. “Good. I felt really bad by not letting you get it, and I want you to have it.” Patrick said as he pulled her back down next to him.
As Marie and Patrick lay on the bed and talked, Marie noticed Patrick kept rubbing her stomach. ‘Why are you doing that?” Marie asked. “What?” Patrick asked not noticing what he was doing. “You keep rubbing my stomach, and I don’t know why.” Marie said looking at him. “Oh! Sorry. I was just thinking.” Patrick said. As Marie kept talking and watching him, she noticed he was doing it again. “Are you thinking of the baby?” Marie asked knowing Patrick wasn’t paying attention. ‘What!” Patrick said startled as he sat up. “Why do you keep rubbing my stomach? Are you thinking about the baby?” Marie asked him again. “Oh, no. I was just listening to you, and I was just rubbing your stomach…sorry.” Patrick said as he laid back down. Marie gave him a look, like…riigghht! “Well, maybe I was thinking about it some, but I was just thinking.” Patrick said as he put his arms around her. “Do you want kids now?” Marie asked worriedly. “No! I was just thinking…how could I have done that to you, and when we do want kids. Would you want kids?” Patrick replied. “Of course. I want kids. Just because of that miscarriage. It didn’t stop me from wanting kids in the future. I swear. Don’t worry. I still want kids. Just…not now.” Marie said as she lay next to Patrick. With a light laugh Patrick said…”Well when you are ready, let me know.” Marie just gave him a look like…oooook Patrick…sure will. As Marie got up, Patrick said, ‘What would you think of getting our own little apartment?” “Yea! Beets living in a hotel, and going to Lou’s! Or bothering poor J and Kate.” Marie said as she walked into the bathroom. “You have any ideas?” Marie asked. “Yea, I was wondering if you wanted to go look at some places I was looking at yesterday, and then we can go to diner?” Patrick asked her. “Sure. I will be ready in 15 minutes. As Marie got ready Patrick also got ready. After 20 minutes, they left.
Marie and Patrick looked at a couple different places. After an hour or so of looking, they found a pretty nice place near Kate and J’s place.
After a week and a half, Marie and Patrick got their things, and moved in. It was a nice spacious place. It was more of a town house so, there was three stories. On the bottom floor Patrick made ½ of it into a studio for him, and the other ½ for Marie to do her workouts, and her exercises. It was a nice spacious place. It had 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a dining room, and a kitchen. It was just the right size for them, and if friends or any of the guys or Kate needed to stay over, they had room. “Oh Patrick! I love it! It is perfect! Awwww….thank you!” Marie said as she wrapped her arms around him and kissed him. After a couple days, Marie and Patrick were moved in. All the guys, Kate, and the other girlfriends came over to see the place. That night, Marie and Patrick made it a quiet and romantic evening. That night, they just cuddled, watched TV, and made love. “Marie, I love you, and thank you.” Patrick said as he held her. “Thank you? For what?” Marie asked kinda questioningly. “For being you, and for standing by me, and not giving up on me. You are an awesome and wonderful woman, and Im very lucky to have you. Im not sure how you put up with me, but I love you, and thank you.” Patrick said a he kissed her neck. “Patrick I love you. You don’t need to thank me. You are a wonderful and the most awesome guy I ever met. And because I love you, I stuck it out with you, cause I love you, and you mean everything to me. Patrick, Id do anything for you, and thank you for being you.” Marie said as she kissed him.

After a week of settling in their new home, the guys decide to have practice of at Katie's. Before Patrick left, he asks Marie if she wanted to come, so she did. When they get to Katie's house, the others are already there.
"Hey, guys," Katie greets them at the door, "Patrick, the others are downstairs, just go head down."
"Thanks," Patrick walks down to the basement.
"So, Marie, how's your new home?" Katie asked.
"Oh, I love it! It's..." Marie started to say something, but she heard the toilet flush and someone came out of the bathroom, it was Linda. Linda stops dead in her tracks to find Marie talking to Katie.
"Marie? Hi," Linda managed to get out.
"What are YOU doing here?" Marie demanded to know.
"Marie, Linda's my best friend from childhood and she came over to tell me some good news," Katie explained, "Please don't start anything."
"Marie, I assure you that I'm over Patrick, and I'm not trying to take him away," Linda said, "I don't play like that."
Marie stood speechless, she did not know that Katie had known Linda at all, "Then why did you convince Patrick not to come see me in the hospital? Why did you keep Katie from talking to Patrick? Why did you trash his favorite car and key mine? And why did you dump him for drinking?"
"First off, I did not convince Patrick to not go see you, he decided that for himself, and I did not try to keep Katie from Patrick, I didn't even know that she wanted to talk Patrick! And that was so NOT me who trashed his car and key yours," Linda explained.
"Then who did?" Marie became confused.
"An old, oooollllld ex-boyfriend," Linda said.
"Who's that?" Katie was even confused.
"Remember 4th grade," Linda asked Katie, "Charles Franklin?"
"Oh God, don't tell me he still has a crush on you?!" Katie said in disbelief.
"Ooo yeah," Linda said, "Anyways!!!!!! Back to what I was saying, I only used the excuse of him drinking to dump him."
"What?" Marie asked, "Then why?"
"When he came home drunk, he kinda kept calling me, Marie," Linda said.
"What?" Marie and Katie asked.
"I then realized that he still loved you, and I didn't want to be between you guys. You two belong to each other," Linda said.
Marie couldn't believe that Linda had just told her that, "Uhhhh, whoa."
"Yeah, I know, sounds a little out of whack,but I really did dump him for that exact reason," Linda told her, "Patrick loves you and nobody can change his mind."
Marie just stared at Linda, trying to decide if she wanted to believe her or not, "I honestly do not know what to say right now," she got out, "Thank you, I guess."
"Marie, can we please call a truce, no more hating each other, just can we try to be friends?" Linda asked, holding out her hand.
Marie thought then reached out and took Linda's hand, "Ok, truce," then they shook hands.
"Yes! It's about time everybody got along here!" Katie said, all 3 girls laughed, "Ok, Linda, what's the good news?"
"Oh! Since you know I signed with Jive Records and all that and so, I am gonna start my clothes line," Linda explained, "Katie, you've known I have wanted to start my own line since my sophomore year in high school."
"AH! My God, are you still gonna use your designs from then?" Katie asked getting excited.
"Yyyup!" Linda said.
"Linda, that's great!" Marie said.
"So Linda are you gonna try and be a author too?" Katie asked. Linda had so many talents and Katie convinced her to take them to the highest level.
"I'm gonna wait and see how my line goes," Linda told her.
"Wait! What all can you do?" Marie asked, "First you can sing and dance, now you're gonna be a designer, then you're gonna try and be an author?"
"I have been known to do a little acting but that was only in school musicals back in high school," Linda said.
"You should have seen her in her school's low budget version of Moulin Rouge, they were the first school to do a school version of it," Katie told Marie.
"Seriously?" Marie asked, "Who'd ya play?"
"Satine, it was really fun," Linda said.
"Cool," Marie said.
"So how are you and Patrick doing?" Linda asked.
"We are doing good we moved into our own home," Marie said.
"Nice," Linda said, "Are you back to being engaged?"
"Yes," Marie told her.
"Perfect," Linda said, "You're really lucky, Marie. Patrick's a sweet guy."
"Yeah, I am lucky aren't I?" Marie said.
While the girls were talking, Patrick came up to see how they were doing (he didn't know Linda was there).
"Hey Honey, hooooooow," Patrick stopped to see Linda and Marie laughing together.
Marie saw Patrick and stood up still laughing, "Hey Patrick, what are you doing up here?"
"What's Linda doing here?" Patrick asked Marie.
"Just hangin out," Marie told him.
"Eh?" Patrick became confused, "Aren't we mad at her?"
"We have no reason to be," Marie said, "It wasn't her who trashed your car or key mine."
"Then who?" Patrick asked.
"Ex-boyfriend," Linda said.
"Why should I believe you?" Patrick went up to Linda, "You dumped me because I was drunk, then you trashed my car!"
"Patrick!" Marie and Katie yelled.
"Patrick, that wasn't me! It was Charles! and I did NOT ask him to do that!! That guy has been obsessed with me since 4th grade and he still believes that I like him, ask Katie!!" Linda yelled, "And I didn't dump you because you were drunk, I dumped you because I knew that you were still in love with Marie and I didn't want to keep you two from being together!"
Patrick eyes widen, "oh," he managed to say.
"You believe me now?" Linda lowered her voice.
Patrick looked back to Marie and she nodded her head, "I'm sorry I yelled you," Patrick told her.
"It's ok, you didn't know," Linda said.
"Friends?" Patrick asked.
"Of course," Linda told him.
Marie let out a sigh of relief, "Good, we're all friends."
Linda looked at her watch, "OoOo I gotta go!"
"What? Why?" Marie asked.
"I promised my lil'cousin, Brittny, I'd take her to the mall," Linda said, she grabbed her car keys.
"Oh ok," Katie said, then she gave Linda a hug and Marie did too, "I'll call ya!"
"Kay, buh bye!" Linda left.
"What else did you two talk about?" Patrick asked Marie.
"She told me that I am very lucky," Marie said, "and I think she's right." Marie kissed him.
"Ok, but you're not as lucky as I am," Patrick smiled. Marie laughed.
"Oooooooook, I'm gonna go downstairs and leave you two love birds alone," Katie teased then left the room.

The next day as Marie was folding close, and cleaning the phone rang. “Hello?” Patrick answered. “Hey Pat this is Kate. Is Marie busy?” “Umm, let me check. Maaarrie!” Patrick yelled. “Upstairs!” She answered. “Telephone. Can you talk?” Patrick asked her. “Ya! I’ll take it in here.” She yelled back. “Hello?” Marie answered. “Hey, this is Kate. What are ya doing?” Kate asked her. “Just cleaning folding clothes, and that is all. Why?” Marie asked as she folded. “ Linda and I were wondering if you could spend the day with us tomorrow. We are going shopping, to lunch, and just hang out. The guys have practice all day and J won’t be here. And I knew Patrick wouldn’t be there. So, what do ya say?” Kate asked. “Sure! Sounds good. I will meet you at your house, and we will take my car, and go.” Marie replied “Great! How about 11:00 am?” Kate replied. “Great, see you and Linda then. As Marie hung up, Patrick walked in. “What was all that?” He asked. “Tomorrow, Kate, Linda, and I are going to have a girls day out while you and the guys are at the studio.” Marie replied. “Oh ok. Sounds good. What time will you be home?” Patrick asked her. With a light laugh Marie said… “I will be home around 5pm or 6pm. I will be here when you come home. You won’t come home to a empty house.” “It isn’t coming home to a empty house, it is coming home and you aren’t here. I will be gone all day, and I won’t see you. The guys and I have A LOT to get done, and I won’t see you.” Patrick said sadly as he put his arms around Marie. “Well before we go shopping, I will come by the studio, and see you. Is that ok? Do you mind if I do that?” Marie asked as she kissed him. “Ok…it helps some, but I still wont see you till maybe closer to 11pm or 12am!” Patrick said as he helped Marie put some clothes away. As the day went on Marie and Patrick just cleaned house, Patrick worked on some music ideas, and Marie did some of her exercises.
The next morning both Patrick and Marie woke up early. They got up around 7am. Marie made breakfast, and got a shower to get ready. She had to clean and straighten up the house a lil before she left for the day. Patrick got his shower, and got dressed. Before he left he helped Marie straighten a little, and he got his things together. As Marie was doing the breakfast dishes, Patrick asked her…”Have you seen my guitar?” “Ya, in the basement I saw it yesterday.” Marie said as she straightened up the kitchen. “Oh ok. Thanks.” Patrick said as he went down stairs. When he got back from being down stairs Marie was about to leave. “Im going over to Kate’s early cause I we were just gonna hang out before Linda got there, and discuss some wedding ideas.” Marie replied. “Oh, ok. I will see you when I get home. Have fun, and be careful. Love you!” Patrick said as he kissed her goodbye. When Marie go over to Kate’s J was leaving as well. “Hey Marie!” J replied. “Hi J, have a nice day.” Marie said as she walked in the house. “You to, bye. Love ya Kate.” J said as he left. For the next hour or so, both Kate and Marie talked about the wedding, and some ideas. Just then Linda walked in. “Hey!” You two ready?” Linda asked. “Yep. Let me get my purse.” Kate replied. I need to run by the studio to see Patrick for a second. I promised him I would cause he felt bad he wasn’t with me today.” Marie said as they got in the car. “Yea riiigghht! It is gonna take a kiss, a hug, another kiss, and we will never see that mall!” Kate said as she and Linda laughed.
When they got to the studio the guys were recording. “Patrick!” Marie said. “Hey! You’re here. I didn’t thin you were coming.” Patrick said as he put his arms around Marie. “Yea, I was coming. We just had to get ready, and then we left.” Marie said as she kissed him. “Well you need to get back to work, and I gotta go before they kill me!” Marie said with a laugh. “Ok, I love you and I will see you tonight.” Patrick said as he kissed Marie goodbye. As the girls walked to the car, and drove to the mall the girls talked about wedding plans, Patrick, and such. When they got to the mall Kate and Linda wanted to look in the different shops. As they looked Marie told them she just wanted a plane simple wedding. NO big party or big deal, just plain and simple. After a 45 minutes of looking, the girls decided to eat in the food court. “So Marie. How is everything with you and Patrick?” Linda asked. “We are great. He is the best thing ever! I love him to death.” Marie replied. “Marie. How did you two meet? Linda asked her. “Well, first time I met him at a club. We didn't talk much, but that was the first time I met him. lol I even had my hair dyed a light Ash brown color. I looked soooo different. But a couple months ago Kate called me about 7 months ago, asked me if I would consider being her assistant…which I am. I said yes. She flew me down here to Orlando. Kate and I went to the studio, Patrick and I met, and here we are. Plus, I had met him before, but I don’t think he remembers. I met him at a club once also, when Natural was touring.” Marie replied. LOL “It wasn’t that simple Linda! Kate replied. “ Let me tell you! At first her and Patrick DID NOT get along! And they fought like cat and dogs! Girl, every time they saw each other…Marie was crying! Her and Patrick just didn’t get along! Ok, Marie liked Patrick. Patrick liked Marie, but neither one of them told each other. When they tried to get along…Patrick would say something smart, or stupid, and they were fighting! Finally after a couple weeks of bickering, Marie sat Patrick down, and explained everything. So, for a couple more weeks they were fine. Wellll bright Marie here was worried she was pregnant, didn’t tell Patrick, he found out, and every thing hit the fan! He got mad at her, she got mad at him, and they broke off the engagement for a week or so, and that is when he met you. Plus in that period of time Marry took a vacation and didn’t tell anyone where she was, or where she went. Then you and Patrick broke up, and she explained everything to him, and now they are together….AGAIN. So Linda… that is the whole truthful story.” Kate said with a sigh. “Wow! Is that all really true Marie?” Linda asked in shock. “Yea, it is. But we are fine right now.” Marie said with a sigh. “You didn’t tell him you were pregnant? Why not? That was kinda a dumb thing to do!” Linda said. “No kidding!” Kate replied. “Well, the test was negative, and well I didn’t see any use. I didn’t think I was pregnant, so I didn’t tell.” Marie said getting a sip of her coke. “But you were? Right?” Linda asked. “ Yea, I was, but I lost it, and I really don’t feel like talking about it. Is that ok? Im sorry.” Marie said getting another drink. “Oh yea! Im sorry, I should have not been so nosey. Sorry Marie.” Linda answered. “No, No! It is fine. I enjoy chatting, just not about…. that.” Marie said. “Let’s go shopping!” Kate chirped in. For the rest of the day, the girls looked in almost every store, tried on things, and bought a few things as well. That evening Patrick still had not gotten home. It was now almost 11pm, and he was still at the studio. Marie went to bed and watched TV. Around 1am she fell asleep. Patrick had just came in as she was falling asleep. Since Marie was almost asleep, Patrick just laid next to her. “Your home.” Marie said as she turned to face him. “Yea, sorry I woke you.” Patrick said putting his arms around her. “It’s fine. I was waiting for you any way. How did it go?” Marie said. “Oh fine, just busy and hectic.” Patrick said as he kissed her goodnight.

The next morning, Patrick had to practice again which didn't make Marie's morning. She went to call Katie but she wasn't there, but then Marie had remembered that Katie also had practice that day. So, Marie decided to call Linda.
"Hello?" Linda answered.
"Hey, Linda, it's Marie," Marie said.
"Hey, what's up?" Linda asked.
"I was wondering if you wanted to do something, because Patrick has practice, again, and Katie is also practicing," Marie explained to her.
"Uh, sure, what did you have in mind?" Linda asked.
"Well, let's see we already raided all the stores in the mall," Marie joked, Linda and her laughed.
"But only in this town," Linda pointed out.
"Oh yeah, we can take alittle short road trip," Marie suggested.
"OoOo sounds like a good idea," Linda agreed.
"Great! Then how about I pick you up in about 10-15 minutes?" Marie asked.
"Ok, I'll see you then," Linda said, "Buh bye!"
"Bye bye," Marie hung up and went into the restroom to get ready.
15 minutes later, Marie went to pick up Linda and they were off. They headed to a town not too far away from home and they went to the mall. Linda and Marie both decided to go into a store that had alot of nice looking clothes.
"Omg, I love this shirt!" Linda picked up a sheer light blue long sleeved shirt.
"Oh, that's so cute, it's your color too," Marie told her.
"I am getting it, I don't care how much it costs!" Linda laughed, but then she decided to check the price tag, "$10.95, even better!"
Marie laughed, "Ok, let's find some pants to go with it, even better a skirt," Marie suggested.
"Hey, we're not just here to shop for me you're gonna get something too, even if it's just a little accessory," Linda told her.
"I know I know," Marie said as she picked up a pair of faded hip hugging flare jeans, "These go with the shirt great."
"How much?" Linda asked.
"I thought you didnt' care about the cost?" Marie teased.
"I lied," Linda giggled, "What can I say I'm human."
"Whatever," Marie laughed as she looked at the tag, "$23.50."
"Ok, I'll get them," Linda said as she took the pants and went over to the register. After she paid, she turned to Marie, "Ok, let's find something for you," Linda took Marie by the arm and they looked to find a store for Marie.
"I don't know what I want to get," Marie said.
"I don't know either," Linda said, "Have you found anything blue for the wedding,yet?"
Marie laughed, "No, I haven't."
Linda stopped walking, "Why don't you bend the tradition alittle bit and get something blue... for the wedding...night?" Marie laughed when she noticed that the store they were standing in front of was Victora's Secret, "Omg! No!"
"Come on it'll be fun... and hilarious!" Linda teased, "I did this for my old friend, Amber's wedding!" as she dragged Marie into the store.
"I don't want to be in here," Marie whined and laughed.
"Oh come on, have some fun already," Linda begged.
"Ok, fine, let's look for something blue," Marie giggled.
"That's the spirit!" Linda joked. They started looking around then they found the perfect blue naughty lingerie for the wedding night and a matching black version to keep handy for some fun night with Patrick.
"Uh, God, I can't believe I'm getting this stuff," Marie said in disbelief.
"You know, you might not like this, but Patrick sure would," Linda teased.
"Oh, I know he'd absolutely fall in love with the black lingerie!" Marie laughed, "He loves black under garments!"
"Oh no wonder," Linda said, "That explains it."
"Ah let me guess you wore black underwear and he noticed and he went crazy?" Marie asked.
"Yes, he did!" Linda said surprised.
"I don't know what it is, but he loves women's black undergarments," Marie said.
"I'm not sure if I wanna know," Linda laughed.
"Me neither," both girls laughed.
"Oh man, I'm hungry let's get something to eat," Linda suggested.
"Ok, is there a food court here?" Marie asked.
"Yeah, I think so," Linda said, then they went to go look and they found it. They got their food and sat down at a table, they were talking when Marie noticed a extremely gorgeous guy kept sneaking looks over at Linda.
"Linda, that guy over is staring at you," Marie smiled.
"Huh? Where?" Linda asked looking around.
"Hey, don't try and make it obvious!" Marie told her, "He's sitting over by the water fountain."
Linda snuck a look over to the guy and smiled at him, "My God, he's hot!"
"Go talk to him," Marie suggested.
"What, I couldn't, I'd be too scared to," Linda started panicing.
"Go, don't make me make you," Marie warned her.
"Ok! I'll go," Linda said, "Oh nothing on my teeth or anything?"
"You look great, now go!" Marie demanded. Linda shot up from her seat and walked over to the guy. Marie smiled and for the next few minutes she waited for Linda to come back. Marie snuck a peek in her Victoria's Secret bag and laughed then shook her head, "Marie, what you getting yourself into?" she asked herself then giggled. 5 minutes later, Linda came back with a huge smile on her face.
"Ok, so, what's his name, DETAILS!" Marie asked.
"His name is Chris, he's 24, and... I have a date with him, Friday," Linda blushed still smiling.
"Eeeee, sweet!" Marie was excited for Linda then she looked at her watch, "Oh, you know we should get back."
"Yeah we should," Linda said as they gathered their things then headed home.
After Marie dropped Linda off at her house, Marie went home expecting to find no one home but when she opened the door there was a trail of red pedals on the floor and all the lights were dimmed, "What the?" Marie was shocked, then she found a note next to a lit candle, it said 'thirsty? go to the fridge', Marie went to the fridge and found an already poured glass of red wine along with another note, 'follow the candles to find a treat to go with the drink' Marie laughed then picked up the glass and followed a trail of candles upstairs to a table in the hall, on the table was a plate of chocolates and, yes, another note, 'eat one and drink all your wine and then follow the red rose pedals trail' Marie ate a chocolate and drank all of her wine followed the rose trail into her bedroom, when she opened the door there was a small table beautifully set up, with two plate settings and one candle in the middle and a white rose on one plate with another note, 'you are different from all the other roses and that's why I love you, now open the closet door before I suffocate' Marie laughed and walked over to the closet and opened the door, inside was Patrick dressed in a black turtleneck shirt and jeans holding a rectangle box.
Marie smiled, "I thought you were practicing, young man?" she said sarcastically.
"Well, turns out I didn't and I knew you were gonna be gone for the entire morning so I figured...why not!" Patrick said, "Now sit down."
Marie laughed, and sat down, Patrick walked over to her with a napkin on his arm, "Vay I take your order, Miss?" he said in a French accent, Marie laughed, "Vait a minute, it's alveady here, man, I'm good!" Patrick lift the lid on Marie's plate, Marie laughed again.
"Awwww, Patrick, this is my favorite dish," Marie was shock.
"I know," Patrick smirked then he sat down across from her, "You can eat now."
"I figured that," Marie laughed, after they got finished with their meal she decided to ask about the rectangle box, "So, Patrick, what's in the box?"
"Well, since I already got you a necklace AND an engagment ring," Patrick held up the box and opened it, inside was a diamond bracelet, "I figured that your wrist looked like it needed something."
"Patrick, it's beautiful," Marie looked at the bracelet in aw.
"Not as beautiful as you," Patrick took the bracelet out of the box and put it on Marie's wrist.
Marie looked at the bracelet then at Patrick, "Thank you," she said in a soft voice.
"Your welcome," Patrick got up from his seat and walked around the table and kissed Marie.
Then Marie got an idea, "Stay right here," Marie instructed Patrick, "I got something today," she ran downstairs and got her Victora's Secret bag, "Thank you, Linda," then she ran into the bathroom. A few minutes later, she came back into the bedroom wearing a robe.
"So that's what you got... a robe?" Patrick asked.
"Nope, it's what's under the robe that I got," Marie smirked then slid off the robe exposing the black lingerie. Patrick's eyes shot wide open.
"Yes, that is new, isn't it," Patrick smiled.
"You like it?" Marie asked, but she already knew the answer.
"HELL YES!" Patrick yelled as he wrapped his arms around her, "I love it so much I wanna rip it off you."
"Hey, no ripping, it's brand new," Marie shook a finger at him, "But I can tell you what you can do."

For the rest of the night, Marie and Patrick had a wonderful night. They talked, kissed, made out, and more. “Umm, just wondering. Are you ok?” Patrick asked her as he held her. “Yes. Im fine. Why?” Marie asked. “Well umm. Just asking.” Patrick said as he leaned in to kiss her. “Wait! Are you talking about the baby, and the miscarriage?” Marie asked as she pushed Patrick away. “Well, Yea. Im sorry Marie, but it scares me. Im afraid for you. I don’t want anything to happen. I don’t want to hurt you. I love you.” Patrick said as he laid next to her. As Marie turned over to cuddle Patrick she said, “Patrick. Im fine. Everything is ok. Nothing is gonna happen. The only thing we got to worry about is me getting pregnant. But Im fine and Im ok. So please stop worrying, and believe me. Please?” As Marie cuddled up to Patrick, he turned over towards her. “OK, I believe you. That incident just scared me. I love you.” Patrick said as he leaned in and kissed her. And again, things were now heating up. That night, Marie and Patrick made love, and cuddled. After a while both of them fell asleep. That morning Marie woke up before Patrick. She decided to go down stairs and make some coffee, and breakfast. After a couple minutes, Patrick came down stair. “Morning.” Patrick said as he wrapped his arms around Marie. “Morning.” Marie said as she and Patrick kissed. “I have to go to the studio, and work this morning. And I mean it for real this time!” Patrick said with a laugh. “Ok, well here is breakfast, and then you can leave.” Marie said as she handed Patrick his plate. After Marie and Patrick ate breakfast, Patrick got ready, and left for the studio. As Patrick was leaving, Kate, and Linda drove up. Marie was kissing Patrick goodbye when Kate said… “Hey! He is only going to the studio. Not out of the country!” Marie and Patrick laughed, as Patrick went to his car, and left.
“Ok girl! Tell all! Details! Tell!” Linda said. (With a laugh) “We are fine. Marie didn’t need to share more. “Well let me tell you what Patrick did!” Marie said as she sat down at the table. “Do we really want to know?” Kate asked worriedly. “It is cute! I just brought you down to Orlando to be my assistant.” Kate said as she gave Marie a hug back. “Hey Marie. Are you ever gonna dye your hair again?” Linda asked her. “Im not sure. Why?” Marie responded. “Well, I was just wondering what you looked like as a brunet I bet you would be really pretty. You should try it again. Didn’t you say when you met Patrick, you were a brunet?” Kate asked. “Yea. I was. Why?” Marie asked wondering. “Well if you looked different, and Patrick told J he was hoping to see a fan again. And he wanted to hold out for her. But, he has you. I wondered if you are that fan?” Kate asked. “What? I never knew that! When did he tell J that?” Marie asked in shock. “Back before he met you… for the second time.” Kate replied. “Well he has never mentioned her to me. You think Im her? Or do you think there is another girl?” Marie said worryingly. “I bet you are that girl!” Linda chimed in. “I don’t know, but Im gonna ask him about her. “Well, don’t worry. Dye your hair, and see what he does.” Kate replied. “Hey, you guys wanna got shopping?” Linda asked with a laugh. “Sure. Why not!” Marie and Kate answered. For the rest of the day, the girls shopped went to lunch, and hung out. But the whole time, Marie worried who this fan was Linda mentioned.
The next day, Marie woke to find Patrick already gone to practice. So she got up and took a shower and put on a robe and then sat in her living room and drank a cup of coffee. When it was 11:00, Marie called Katie and Linda to see if they were up for getting Marie's hair dyed. Linda suggested that they went to a hair salon to get it done but then they remembered that Katie had her own hair stylist so Katie called her up. Later after Marie's hair was all done and styled, the 3 went out to eat.
"Oh, man I can't wait til Patrick sees your hair!" Katie said excitedly.
"Neither can I! Your stylist did an awesome job!" Marie said, "Wait a minute what day is it?"
"It's Friday...why?" Katie asked.
Marie had a huge smile on her face as she turned to Linda, "Linda......... tonight's the big date isn't it?"
Linda blushed, "Yes it is."
"Date? What date?" Katie became confused.
"Linda has a date tonight with a guy she met at the mall in some other town," Marie explained.
Katie gasped with a smile on her face, "AHH!! Linda, describe!! Who what when where!!!!!!"
Linda laughed uncontrollably, "His name's Chris, he's 24, and really really gorgeous!!! Oh and he called me last night like he has for the past few days, we agreed that we're probably just gonna do the traditional dinner and a movie, and maybe alittle dancing."
"AHHH! Linda, that's great!" Katie said.
"OoOo, what are you gonna wear?" Marie asked.
"OoOo, you know, I don't know," Linda said, just then Marie's huge smile turned into an evil grin, "What! Marie!"
"My turn to choose the outfit," Marie said.
"OH NO!" Linda laughed, Katie was almost on the floor laughing.
"Oh yes!" Marie laughed, then she got up and grabbed Linda by the arm then her and Katie took her to the mall. They went into a couple stores but they couldn't find the right outfit for Linda.
"God, what stores are there that has Linda's taste in clothes?" Katie asked.
"I don't know," Marie said, then she paused, "Hey, why don't we just forget about Linda's current taste in clothes and we create a new one for her?"
"OoOo, good idea," Katie agreed, "Ok let's see, Linda is Rock'n'Roll fan and when she was in high school she always loved and I mean loved stars, if you wanted to know what one of her favorite symbols was just look at her textbooks and notebooks, stars EVERYWHERE ..."
"And why are you guys talking about me like I'm not here?" Linda asked, she was walking behind them and Katie and Marie knew but they just felt like talking like she wasn't there.
"I don't know, we just trying to figure out a new style for you," Marie said, "Oh! I got it!!!!"
"What?" Katie asked, Marie leaned in to Katie's ear and whispered her idea, "OoOo, another good idea."
"What?!?!?!" Linda asked concernedly.
"Come with us," Marie and Katie each took Linda's arms and led her to Hot Topic. Then Katie and Marie started throwing things at Linda and told her to try them on.
While Linda was doing that, Marie decided to ask Katie about the one fan, "So, Katie? Do you know anything about that one fan, Linda mentioned yesterday?"
"Yeah, actually I do," Katie said.
"Really!" Marie said.
"Yeah, she's standing right next to me!" Katie said.
"Katie, I'm the only one stand........oh......" Marie felt like a complete dip$hit, "Do you really think that I am that one fan?"
"Yes! Listen even ask Linda, if we weren't there when you got your hair dyed we wouldn't even recognize you!" Katie explained to her.
"Really?" Marie asked.
"Marie!!!!" Katie was getting annoyed with Marie's paranoia.
"Sorry," Marie decided to shut up about 'the fan', and decided to turn her attention back to getting Linda an outfit, "What's taking her so long?"
"I don't know," Katie replied.
"Linda, you still alive and well?" Marie called into the dressing room. The door opened and Linda came out with a tight bikini strap navy blue tank top (with white stars on it of course) and some dangerously low rise flared jeans.
"So?" Katie asked Linda, "Do you like it?"
Linda had an unsure look on her face then she looked in the mirror then turned back to Marie and Katie with a smile, "I love it!"
Marie sighed of relief, "Don't scare me like that," she laughed.
"Sorry," Linda giggled.
"Ok, shoe time," Katie said with a smile.
After they got Linda an outfit for her date, they went to Marie's house to hang out until Linda had to leave to get ready for her date. Then it was just Katie and Marie.
"I'm really happy for Linda," Marie said.
"Yeah, I'm just alittle worried about her though," Katie said.
"Why?" Marie became confused.
"Oh, she's been my best friend since 4th grade and she's the one who got me into music and I just don't want her to be hurt you know because since she's gotten me into this I feel like I have to watch over her," Katie explained.
"Katie, both of you are grown up, and I think Linda can take care of herself," Marie told her.
"Yeah, I suppose you're right," Katie said, "And yeah we haven't seen each other since she graduated from high school."
"Katie... you're acting the same way you did when I started getting serious with guys, have you noticed that?" Marie pointed out.
"I actually acted like that?" Katie asked.
"Yes, you did," Marie laughed then Katie did.
"Well, I should get home, I'll see you later, ok," Katie said as she walked to the door, "Oh! and call me to tell me what Patrick's reaction is!"
"Ok, later," Marie laughed.

As Marie was cooking diner, Patrick came home. "Hey...Marie! Im home!" Patrick said as he came in the door. "In the kitchen!" Marie replied nervously. As Patrick walked in he went to the frige to get some bottle water. He hadn't nocticed Marie yet. As he looked up Marie said..."How was your day?" "It was..... " Patrick froze as he saw Marie. "What?" Marie asked. Patrick just froze. He couldn't say anything. "Oh God!" Patrick said. "What? Are you ok?" Marie knew he had remembered the fan. "Patrick? Hello?" Marie said as she gave him a hug. Finally after a couple minutes Patrick said..."You look so different. I didn't even regonize you. You look wonderful!" Patrick said as he sat down. "Do I look like the fan you remeber?" Marie asked nervously. Patrick just looked at her. "Who told you about her...you..whatever." Patrick said shocked. "Well, when I first moved here, I asked Katie about anyone you might be interested in, and she told me about a fan you were holding out for. And she told me she was some girl you met, and she had dyed brown hair, and she was all you talked about. So, I started thinking. I explaind the first timeI met you, I had dyed brown hair, and so everyone thinks Im that fan. So, Kate, Linda, and I went and got my hair done today."Marie said as explained as she sat down next to Patrick. "Marie, I didn't and still don't care about that fan. I have you. I love you, and I want to be with you. Even though...yes, you are that girl. I knda wondered if you were when I fist met you at the studio, but I never questioned it, cause I love you, and I liked you, for you." Patrick said as he set Marie on his lap. "I am? I was that girl? Why didn't you tell me?" Marie asked as she laid her head on Patrick's sholder. "Cause I didn't think it was important, and Marie, I love you. No one, but you." Patrick said as he kissed her. "You are too cute! Im so lucky to have you. I think it is kinda funny you thought there was another girl. I don't want another girl...I just want you." Patrick said as he held Marie. "Do you think it looks bad? My hair I mean." Marie asked. "It looks fine, but it doesn't matter. Cause you look good no mater what! Like I said....I love you, and I love you know matter how good, or bad you look." Patrick said as he hugged her. "Ok, thank you. I love you to...ALOT!" Marie said as she and Patrick patiently kissed. "Ok, I need to cook diner."Marie said as she tried to get up off Patrick's lap. Patrick kept holding her down. "Do you have to? Now? I reallly love holding you!" Patrick said as he kissed Marie's neck. "Yes, I need to cook diner. It wont cook itself." Marie said as she finailly got away from Patrick. Patrick and Marie cooked diner, and had a nice quiet evening. That night, Marie and Patrick had a nice quiet romantice night.
The next day, Marie went with Patrick to the studio. As they walked in the rest of the guys stoped practicing. "Ummmm..hi?" Ben said looking confused. Katie and Linda were already at the studio, but they never told the others of Marie's new look. (With a laugh) "Hey Ben. It's me....Marie." Marie replied. "Wow! You look so different! All the guys just looked at Marie in shock. "Yea, you remember that girl I mentioned alot for a while after that night at the club?" Patrick asked setting his guitar. "Yea." Michael said wondering why Patrick mentioned her. (with a laugh) "Marie was that girl!" Patrick replied. "What! You for real?" J responded. "That si really cool!" Marc repleid. "Yea. Someone told Marie about that fan, she got worried, and decided to dye her hair to see if Id say anything." Patrick replied. As the guys practiced, and rehearsed, Marie, Katie, and Linda chatted in the back.
"So, what did he say?" Linda asked Marie. "He was shock. He didn't say anything for a while. Then he told me he knew I was that girl the whole time, but he never mentioned it cause he loved me for me, and he didn't care about anyone else." Marie repleid. "Awwwww...that is soooooooo cute! Girl! You are so lucky! Patrick really loves you, and I can tell." Katie replied. "Yea. I am. I love him to. I hope we get married, but I am not gonna worry about it. I have him, and I love him. We will marry someday, but not now. Im not ready. I want to work, and just have fun for now. We will marry....someday." Marie said as she looked at Patrick and smiled. As the day went on, the guys rehearsed, practiced, and the girls discussed touring, and schedualing for the guys. "You know Im very lucky to have such wonderful friends like you two. Thanks for everything." Marie said as she hugged her friends, and got back to work.

Later that day while the guys were recording, Marie and Katie and Linda went out to pick up some lunch for the guys. Linda was very quiet during the entire which made Marie and Katie alittle uncomfortable. When they got to Burger King, Linda went to the restrooms and left Katie and Marie to talk.
"Something happened last night," Katie told Marie.
"Yeah, you think we should ask her?" Marie asked.
"Yes, as soon as she gets back from the ladies room," Katie replied.
"She hasn't said anything about the date last night," Marie said.
"I hate it when she doesn't talk about her dates," Katie told her, "It always paranoids me."
"Maybe something good happened and she's waiting for us to go insane until we ask her?" Marie suggested.
"Let's just hope," Katie said sternly. Linda came back and Marie decided to ask.
"Hey, so Linda, you haven't said anything about your date last night," Marie told her.
"Oh well...." Linda started out.
"He didn't do anything bad to you did he?" Katie interrupted her.
Linda was shocked, "No.... Why would you think that?"
"Because you've been really really quiet all day," Marie told her.
"Oh! I'm sorry, I'm just really tired," Linda told them, "I got home at like 1:00 am."
"What?" Katie and Marie asked, "DETAILS!!!!"
"All I have to say is, I had such a good time, I'm going out with him again tomorrow night," Linda told them.
"That's it?" Marie was disappointed.
"Not really, but I just don't think that Burger King is the best place to tell you two about last night," Linda said.
"OoOo something happened last night," Katie said with a smile.
Linda blushed, "Maybe..." then they all laughed.
"Ok come on let's go, the guys are hungry," Marie said as she picked up a couple bags and so did Linda and Katie. On the way back to the studio Marie and Katie tried to get Linda to tell them what happened but Linda kept refusing. When they got back to the studio, Marie stopped dead in her tracks as she watched some girl with brown hair walk out of the studio.
"Guys, did you see that girl?" Marie asked.
"Huh? What girl?" Linda asked.
"That girl," Marie pointed her out.
"What about her?" Katie asked.
"She looks like.... me," Marie started to get paranoid, "Is she the...."
"MARIE!!!!!" Linda and Katie yelled.
"What?" Marie asked like nothing was wrong.
"Stop it, you're the fan not her whoever she is," Katie said.
"She's probably some girl who overheard Patrick talking about you and decided that he likes brunnets so she decided to dye her hair brown," Linda explained.
"Nice philosophy, Confusious," Katie told her.
"Hey, it could happen," Linda claimed.
"Probably," Marie said.
"Ok let's get inside before the food gets cold," Katie said as she started walking to the studio. For the rest of the day, Katie and Marie still couldn't get details out of Linda and even the guys tried to get it out of her but didn't succeed. Marie couldn't help but think of the girl with brown hair, but then she decided to let it go..... for the rest of the day.

The other night we went to a restaraunt and talked, went to the movies and after that, we went to the movies, go dancing, and afterwards we stay out until it's 12:30am, and then during the next half hour we were making out and stuff like that. We had alot of fun. We had a great time. It was very nice, and Im going to see him again tonight! I soo can't wait!" Linda chirped. "Well, that is really awesome! Im sooo happy to hear that. I bet this might just work out." Katie said. "I hope so....I really like him." Linda relied. "Well, don't worry, I bet it will." Marie repleid. "Marie, you ok? You are being quiet." Katie said. "Im just thinking. Sorry." Marie said sadly. "Marie, are you thinking about that girl?! STOP thinking of her. You are with Patrick, Patrick loves you, and chill out! That girl was probaly just some annoying fan, and Patrick loves you, and only thinks of you." Katie said as she smacked her head. "Im sorry you guys, but....I don't wan to loose him. I love him, and if he meets some real brunnet, he may like her, and forget me." Marie said as tears came to her eyes. "Awwww...Marie, don't cry. Patrick loves you. Calmn down." Linda replied. As the girls got to the studio, Marie's eyes were red, and she was hurting thinking of who that girl really was. As the girls walked into the studio, Marie tried to dry her eyes, and fix her make-up, but she couldn't. "Marie! What's wrong? Baby, are you ok?" Patrick said as Marie fell crying in his arms. Katie and Linda just rolled there eyes. "Im just having a really bbbbaad day. I just want it to end!" Marie said as she cried on Patrick's sholder. "Marie, what is wrong? Why are you crying? Did something happen? What is wrong?" Patrick said as he pulled Marie up. "Don't be mad...I saw this brunnet walk out of the studio, and I started thinking about that fan." Marie said under her breath. "What! You think Im cheating? Marie...your NUTS! Why would I? I love you! Haven't we had this convo....BEFORE! Marie...you need to trust me, and know I love you!" Patrick said as he pushed Marie off him. "Im sorry...I...Im just ....Patrick! I don't want to loose you! Im sorry." Marie said as tears poured down her face. "Well, you should know me...Id never cheat on you, I love you, and you are kinda silly to think this." Patrick said a little ticked off now. About then Linda's cell phone rang. "Hello. This is she. Oh! Hi, how are you? Really?? OMG!! Thank you so much. I will be here. OK, thank you...bye bye." Linda said as she hung up her phone. "Who was that?" Katie asked. "That was, my lawer. He has an assistant for me, and he wants me to meet her. She is coming by in about an hour. After a while Marie decided to go in the back and rest. She felt really bad for fighting with Patrick, and making him feel she didn't trust him. She trusted him alot...that wasn't the probalem. She didn't trust the fans. As Marie was laying down in the back, the others took a brake and chilled in the studio. "Patrick. Marie doesn't mean to act like she doesn't trust you. She does trust you. It is the fans she doesn't trust. Marie loves you very much, and she just doesn't want to loose you. Why don't you go in the back and talk to her." Katie replied. "I know she doesn't mean to freak out, and I knwo she trusts me. I just wish she would know Id never ever cheat on her. I love her more then anything. Even more then my music! Marie is my life...I love her." Patrick replied back. "Well, go back there, and be with her. Just go back there, and reasure her. She needs you right now....go!" Linda said.
As Patrick went to the back, she was laying on the little coutch crying. She was feeling really bad for yelling at Patrick, and she wished she never had. Patrick walked up to her, and put her on is lap. "Hey angel. You ok?" Patrick said as he kissed her on the head. "I wish I wouldn't get so worried, and act so stupid about your fans. I am just affraid Im going to loose you, and I just can't! Im soooo sorry." Marie repleid as she cried on Patrick's sholder again. "I know Marie. I love you so much. You are my angel. I couldn't even think of looking at another girl. You are all I want, and the only one I love. Don't worry. Im not going any where." Patrick said as he held Marie, and gentally kissed her. For a little while Patrick laid on the coutch, and Marie laid with him, as he held her. After a while Marie and Patrick heard a girl walk in, and start talking. "I think Linda's assistant is here. You wanna meet her?" Patrick asked Marie. "I guess. Id rather lay here with you, but we better go meet her." Marie said as she got up off Patrick. Just then Katie walked in...."Sorry to bother you, but Jessica is here to meet Linda. As Marie and Patrick walked out of the back room, Jessica turned around. "Oh my God! Patrick King! How are you?" Jessica said as she put her arms around Patrick. Marie just stoped. "Who are you!" marie snappend. "Hi..Im Jessica. Im one of Patrick's ex-girlfriends, and Linda's new assistant! And you are?" Jessica said holding out her hand to shake Maries hand. "No. I don't think so. Oh, and Im Patrick's fiancé, and that is all you need to know." Marie said walking out the door. Patrick just smacked himself on the head. "Man. she is moody. She pregnant? Or is it PMS?" Jessica asked. "Neither." Patrick replied as he went after Marie. "Marie...stop!" Patrick hollard. "Patrick....I asked you who that girl was, and you said....nothing when I asked you who she was!" Marie yelled at him. "Well, you know what...You are pretty damn stupid to think Id cheat on you! I love you, and Marie, Im not sure why I keep repeating myself. All you do is cry, and yell at me. I tell you all the damn time I love you, and you are the only one, but your ears seem to be stoped-up, cause you don't seem to get that message." Patrick said as he started walking back to the studio. "Where are you going?" Marie said as tears fell. "Im going back to the studio. No matter how much, and how I try to tell you I love you, and only you.....you never hear me! So hear this...forget you! Till you learn to trust me, and listen to me, Im gonna stay at Michael's! So Marie, till you figure out how to trust me, and listen to me. We are on break! Oh! One more thing...that ex's was nothing! She means as much to me, as...chicken soup! And honey, I don't give a DAMN about chicken soup! " Patrick said as he slamed the studio door. "Patrick....Im sorry!" Marie said even tho Patrick couldn't hear her. Marie decided to just go back to the house, and take a long hot bath. She just wanted to leave, and that she did.

The next day, Linda and Katie drove up to Marie's house and ran up to the door.
"Marie!!!! Open up!!!" Linda yelled as they knocked on the door.
"Marie!!!!!!!" Katie yelled, "She's not here, she left again I just know it!"
"Wait... again?" Linda asked, "Are you saying this isn't the first time this has happened?"
"That's right, now we better find her soon," Katie said, as the two ran to Linda's car and drove to Michael's house.
"Michael! It's Linda and Katie!" Linda yelled.
Michael came to the door, "Hey what's wrong?"
"Marie, ran away again!" Katie told him.
"Ah $hit!!!!!!" Mike said, "Hang on let me get Patrick."
As soon as Patrick came out from his room to find Linda and Katie standing in the living room with their arms crossed and worried looks on their faces.
"Hey, Linda, Katie," Patrick asked, "What's the matter?"
"Patrick, she ran away again," Katie told him.
"Marie did?" Patrick asked, "Again?"
"Yes, again," Linda said, "Patrick, you have to find her."
"Why should I? She's the one who doesn't trust me," Patrick said in a bitchy tone.
"Hey! You love her and she loves you!" Katie lectured him.
"And she's your fiance!" Michael added, he was getting sick and tired Patrick and Marie fighting.
"Now get your a$$ up and go look for her!!!" Linda yelled as she and Mike grabbed Patrick by the arms brought him to his car. Patrick sat in his car terrified. Katie, Mike, and Linda stared at him waiting for him to go.
"Aren't ya gonna go?" Mike asked.
Patrick just stared at them, "You guys honestly think I need to go find her?"
"YES!!!!!!!" all 3 yelled.
''Because you love her," Katie told him.
Patrick closed his eyes and sighed, "You're right I'll go find her," he put the key into the ignition then started the car, and he rolled down his window, "Thanks guys."
"You're welcome. Now go!!" Linda laughed.
Patrick waved to his friends then drove off, first he went to the airport to find out if Marie had gone any where but the people wouldn't give him the information. Then for the next hour Patrick drove around looking for Marie. Then he drove by a park and saw someone sitting on a bench with a couple suitcases by them, "Marie," Patrick said to himself. He stopped the car and parked it and got out and ran over to Marie. As soon as he got close enough he said, "Marie?"
Marie jumped, she had been crying, "Patrick, what are you doing here?"
"Looking for you," Patrick sat next to her, but she scooted over.
"Don't look at me, I look awful," Marie said trying to hide her face with her hair, "I've been which you hate me doing."
"I don't hate you when you cry, I hate the reasons why you cry," Patrick scooted closer to her and wrapped his arm around her before she'd move again.
"Well, Patrick, I can't help it, you're a well-known guy who has alot of fans who'd do anything to be with you," Marie cried.
"Well, I don't want to be with those girls," Patrick said as he brushed Marie's hair away from her face, "I want to be with you."
Marie cried and hugged Patrick, "Patrick, I'm sorry, I've been so horrible."
"No, you weren't horrible, you just don't want to lose me," Patrick told her.
"I NEVER want to lose you! You're my fiance, my partner, my best friend... and yet I still hurt you," Marie cried.
"No, you didn't hurt me, I just got really fustrated that I had to keep telling you that I love you and I do!" Patrick told her, "I should not have left the house and yelled at you like that."
"I deserved everything for being so damn paranoid," Marie said.
"Don't say that," Patrick hugged her.
"Patrick, please forgive me," Marie pleaded.
"Of course I forgive you," Patrick said, "Will you forgive me for not telling you that I went out with Jessica?"
"Yes, I do," Marie said.
"Ok," Patrick leaned in and kissed, "Let's go home."
"Alright," Marie agreed, then they both stood up and Patrick picked up Marie's bags and brought them to the car.
When Marie and Patrick got home, Linda and Katie were waiting in front of their house.
"AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!" Katie and Linda yelled as they ran over to Marie and hugged her.
"Hey guys," Marie wiped her eyes.
"You know I think that's a record for finding you," Katie joked.
"Shut up!" Marie laughed.
"Hey, ok, we were gonna stay and talk about my date last night, but I guess I'll just wait until tomorrow," Linda said.
"Ok, I'll call you two tomorrow," Marie hugged her friends. Then her and Patrick went into their house and fell asleep in each other's arms.

The next day everyone planned on meeting up at the studio to meet Linda's new beau. "Do you know if he is nice, or anything?" Patrick asked Marie as she got ready. "Nope. I only saw him from a distance, and he seemed ok." Marie repleid. "Well I just hope he doesn't notice you. If he does, I wont like it!" Patrick said with a smile. "What? Why would he like me? He has Linda..you idiot!" Marie said as she looked at Patrick oddly. "I was kidding with you..goodness." Patrick said as he got his shirt on. "Well don't worry, I don't look. I only look at you, and you are all I want to look at. OK?" Marie said as she gave Patrick a lil kiss. After Marie finally got her make-up, shoes, and hair done, they left. On the way Marie couldn't stop thinking of that Jessica girl. She didn't like her, she didn't trust her, and she really didn't wan to see her....again. "So, after we meet this new beau, what are the plans?" Patrick asked Marie. "Im honestly not sure. Whatever they want to do. If nothing, maybe you and I can go out? Just you and I? Like...a date?" Marie shyly asked. "Yea! That sounds like fun!" Patrick said with a smile. As they arrived at the studio everyone was almost there. Ben and Brittni had not arrived. As Marie and Patrick walked in Linda introduced them to Chris. "Marie, Patrick ...Id like you to meet Chris. Chris..Marie and Patrick?" Linda said as she met Patrick and Marie at the door. As everyone was chillin and hanging out, Ben and Brittni arrived. "Ben...Brittni, Id like you to meet Chris. Chris...Ben, and Brittni." Linda chirpped. "Hey Chris, please to meet you." Ben and Brittni added. "So, what do you guys want to do?" Marc asked. "I was thinking we could go to the beach, and we can all chill, and have fun. "Cool! That's like fun to me. I love the beach!" Patrick replied. "What about swim suits?" Marie added in. "We can all run back by our houses, pick them up,a nd meet at the beach in about 1 hour?" Linda replied. "Sounds good. Let's go." Chris then answered. After everyone went home got there thing, they all met back at the beach. Everyone had a blast. The guys had a volley ball game , girls against guys, and well the guys won. After the beach party, Marie and Patrick left to go change and go to diner, and to see a movie. Everyone else went to diner, and just hung out longer.
The next day Linda calls everyone if they would like to do something, and hang out. After a couple hours of trying to figure it out, they decide to just go to Down Town Disney, and hang out there. As they were all getting ready Linda rememeberd some papers she left at with Jessica. Linda called Jessica to meet her at the studio to give her the papers. After Linda called and told everyone she had to run by the studio's to get some papers, she never mentioned getting them from Jessica. So, everyone said they meet Linda at the studio.
As everyone was at the studio chilling, and talking, Marie asked Linda why she didn't have the papers. 'Oh. Jessica is bringing them. I left them at her place. She is gonna meet me here." Linda replied. "Oh $hit!" Katie said. "Why in the heck didn't you tell me?" Marie said angerly. "I didn't think it mattered. She is just dropping off the papers, and where out of here." Linda replied. "Guess again my young friend!" Patrick said. "What?" Linda said looking at Patrick oddly. "Jessica doesn't just bring something and leave. She has to hang out, and talk to everyone, and...blah, blah, blah..." Patrick answered. Just then Jessica walked in. "Hey everyone! Patrick!" Jessica said as she saw Patrick. Marie was ready to fight, but, she never said anything. "OMG! Patrick how are you?" Jessica said hugging Patrick. "Im good" Patrick said. pushing her off. "Why did you push me away? I was just giving you a hug! What is the big deal?" Jessica asked sternly. "What is the big deal? Let me tell you! I have a fiancé, I love her very much, you left me for another guy....two days before we marry, and you ask me what is wrong?" Patrick said holding Marie now. "I thought that was over? It is all in the past. We are past that, and we are over it." Jessica replied. "Yes, your right. We are over it. That also means we are done as well. Im happily in love with Marie, I love her, and if you can't handle that....then maybe you need to find another job!" Patrick answered her. "We can still be friends. No harm was done!" Jessica replied. "Wrong! We are not friends, harm was done, and end of story. Jessica, you obviously haven't moved on. I have. Now you need to do the same." Patrick said as he passionately kissed Marie in front of her. Jessica then handed Linda her things, and welked out. Knowone said a word. They were all to shocked to talk. After a couple minutes of silence, Marie said..."Patrick, you didn't have to make her feel bad, but it's ok. I love you, and Im really sorry she hurt you. I wont!" Patrick gentally kissed Marie, and said..."I love you. I hope maybe after that, you will see you mean everything to me, and I don't care about anyone else!" Just then Linda walked over. "Marie, Im so sorry. I didn't know she knew Patrick, or still had feelings for him. Im sorry. I can get a new assistant. Im truely sorry." "Hey, you didn't know. It's cool. If you want you can keep her. I can deal with her." Patrick intrupted...."NO!! You need a new assistant! I honestly don't want her around!" "Ok, a new assistant it is." linda replied. For the rest of that afternoon, everyone hung out and Down Town Disney, and just replaxed, and chilled.

After the couple days off, everybody went back to being busy at work, the guys continued to record on their album, so did Katie on hers. Marie and Susan, Linda's new assistant, worked on a possible tour in which Katie was the closing act and Linda was the opening act. Linda finally got to work on her first actual debut album and also started to get to work on her clothes line, and Chris became good friends with the guys.
One early morning, Marie and Patrick were sleeping in bed, until the phone rang. Patrick and Marie jumped awaked and Marie answered the phone.
"Hello?" Marie answered.
"Marie!!!! Get Patrick up and come over here!!!!!" it was Katie.
"Katie?? What the hell? It's 7:30 in the am," Marie said.
"Sorry, but get over....NOW!!!!!!" Katie yelled then hung up.
"Katie... WAIT!!!!" Marie heard the dial tone then hung up.
"What did Katie want this early?" Patrick mumbled.
"C'mon, we have to get up," Marie told him.
"GRRRRRRR!!" Patrick and Marie crawled out of bed. They took a shower and get dressed and drank ALOT of coffee. Then they left to go to Katie's. When they got out they went inside and saw Ben and Brittni guzzling down cups of coffee, Marc and Sarah were both staring into the abyss, Mike was giving Jamie a shoulder massage so they had something to do to keep awake, Linda was dozing off on the couch using Chris as her pillow and Chris was half asleep.
"Hey Patirck, Marie, join in on this oh-so-lively crowd," Ben told them. Patrick sat in the lazy boy chair and Marie sat on Patrick's lap.
"Alright now that everyone's here........" Katie said as she and J came into the living room and stopped to see everyone half asleep.
"...... and yet they're almost gone," J said, "Come on guys! We got you here today because we have some really good news!"
"Ok, we're up!!!!!!!!" everyone yelled.
"What is it?" Marc moaned.
"Ok, guys, we wanted you all to be the first to know....." Katie said, with a huge smile, "WE'RE HAVING A BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!"
When they heard the news, everybody woke up and jumped to their feet to hug their friends.
"Omg! Katie this is so exciting!!!!" Marie told her friend.
"I can't believe it this is awesome," Linda hugged Katie.
"Congrats, J," Marc shook J's hand.
"AHHH! I'm gonna be an aunt!!!!!!" Brittni shrieked.
"Hey then that would mean I'm gonna be an uncle!!!!" Ben said as he and Brittni hugged.
"But you guys ain't even married," Mike said.
"Yet!" Brittni pointed out. Everyone laughed
After everyone finished celebrating their friends' good news everyone went home. When Patrick and Marie got home, they went back to bed, because they wanted to SLEEP, Katie's phone call wasn't in their plans for that morning.
"Hey, I've been wondering, how long have we been engaged now?" Marie asked, as she rolled over towards Patrick.
"Uh.... a few months now," Patrick told her, "Why?"
"Don't you think it's time that we set a date?" Marie asked.
"Are you sure?" Patrick asked her.
"Yeah," Marie said.
"Ok, yeah I think it's time we set a date," Patrick told her.
"So, when?" Marie asked.
"I don't know, I wanna have our wedding to be different then everyone elses," Patrick said.
"Hmmmm," Marie thought, "How about... we have a wedding in.... oh!"
"What?" Patrick asked her.
"When I was a little girl, I remember going to my aunt's wedding, it was in a little town and it was like mid-fall and it looked beautiful," Marie told him.
"So what you're saying is you wanna have a mid-fall wedding in a little town?" Patrick asked.
Marie thought for a second and then nodded her head, "Yes, I do."
"Well, then what extact date are you thinking of?" Patrick asked as he wrapped his arms around her.
"Uh, why don't you choose that," Marie told him.
"Ok, hm..." Patrick thought, "September......17? I think it's a Saturday."
"Ok September 17th is it," Marie and Patrick kissed then tried to go to sleep.
Later it was noon, Marie, Jamie, Sarah, Katie and Linda decided to have a girls' night out that night and Marc, Mike, J, Ben, Chris, and Patrick decided to have a guys' night out.
"Ok, so what should we do tonight?" Jamie asked.(They were at the mall by the way making plans)
"Um, I don't know why don't we go dancing?" Sarah suggested.
"Ok... Oh guys, Patrick and I decided on a wedding date!" Marie said.
"When?" Katie asked.
"September 17th," Marie told her, right then Linda stopped what she was doing, "Linda..... you ok?"
"September 17th?" Linda asked.
"Yeah," Marie said.
Linda's eyes started to look glossy and she started twirling her necklace between her fingers. Katie then realized what was wrong.
"Oh Linda," Katie put a hand on Linda's shoulder.
"Excuse me," Linda got up from where she was sitting and left the others.
"What's wrong?" Marie asked.
"You gonna have to ask Linda about that," Katie told her, "Linda needs some time to herself ok."
"Alright," Marie said.
For the rest of the afternoon, everybody made plans for their nights outs.

****Ok, since no one else is writing, and I'm bored and half of my face in numb (I hate the dentist! haha) I'mma keep on writing****
That night, Marie went to go pick up Katie, Jamie, Linda, and Sarah. She picked up Jamie first and then Katie, and then Sarah, Brittni was getting a ride from Ben. On the way to Linda's house, Jamie wanted to start a conversation.
"Hey, Katie, it has been bugging me all day, why was Linda so upset about Marie's wedding date?" Jamie asked.
"Yes, please tell us now, because I'm afraid if we ask then she'll get even more upset," Marie said.
"Uh...alright, I'll tell you," Katie told them, "On September 17th is like the worse day for Linda."
"Why?" Sarah asked.
"Because one year, she was supposed to get married on that day, but she caught her fiance in bed with another girl," Katie said.
"No...." Marie said shocked.
"Yeah, then one other year, Linda's big bro was in a car accident, but he's back to normal though, it wasn't that bad of a crash but it worried Linda alot," Katie explained, "Then... there's the worst September 17th of her life...."
The girls waited for Katie to continue, "Well.... go on! What happened?" Jamie asked.
".... On Linda's sophomore year of high school, her lil' 7 year old cousin, Ashley, I think was her name, was in a one vehicle accident and she didn't survive," Katie told them.
"Oh no," Jamie said.
"Only 7?" Sarah asked.
"Yeah, it totally destroyed Linda, she went into a depression and oh it was so awful for her," Katie said.
"The poor thing, how did she get over the depression?" Marie asked.
"She was strong enough to live through it, I guess," Katie told her, "People tell her that she even looked like her cousin, only her cousin had brown eyes and Linda has blue."
"Oh that must have been hard," Sarah said.
"So, why did she fiddle with her necklace, I noticed that at the mall?" Marie asked.
"It was a gift from her aunt, the pendant is Ashley's thumbprint," Katie said.
"Oh, so she's had it for a while," Jamie said.
"Yup, so now you guys know," Katie told them.
"I feel so bad now," Marie said.
"No, don't, Linda will get over it, she always does," Katie said.
"Ok, let's not mention anything to her ok?" Sarah said.
"I agree," Jamie agreed.
When they got to Linda's house, Chris was just leaving to go with the guys. Linda came out to the car and got in.
"Hey, girl," Katie told her.
"Hey," Linda said with a smile, "Oh, hey guys, I'm sorry I got too upset at the mall, stuff have just been on my mind lately so don't mind my reaction about the wedding date."
"It's ok," Marie told her.
The girls went to a dance club and sat a table and ordered drinks.
"You know it's too bad that we're all taken," Jamie said, "There are some really cute guys here."
"OoOo, I agree but I'm gonna be true to J," Katie said.
"Hey, where's Brittni?" Linda asked.
"You know, I don't know, she should been here when we got here," Marie said.
Katie's cell rang right when Marie said that, "Hello?"
"Hey, Katie!" it was Brittni.
"Brittni, where the hell are you?" Katie asked.
"All of you look to your....... right," Brittni said.
Katie had a confused look on her face, "She said to look to our right..."
All of them turned and there was Brittni.....along with Ben, Mike, Marc, Chris, J, and Patrick.
"Omg!" Marie jumped up from her seat and ran to Patrick.
"What are you guys doing here?" Katie asked as she hugged J, "I thought you guys were gonna have a guys' night out while we had girls' night out?"
"Well, we couldn't handle being away from our girls," Chris said, as Linda put her arms around his waist.
"Awww, you guys are too much," Jamie laughed as Mike kissed her on the cheek.
"Oh, and plus J wouldn't believe us when we said that just because Katie is pregnant doesn't mean he has to be with her 24/7," Marc said.
"Well baby or no baby, I couldn't stand to be away from her," J said.
"Awwww," Katie almost melted.
The others laughed.
"Shall we dance?" Patrick asked as he took Marie's hand and walked out to the dance floor. For the rest of the night, everyone had a great time, then they all went home at 12:45 im the morning and got some 'rest' .

The next day everyone was still pretty tired after last night. Since no one got to bed till almost 4am, everyone slept till about 2pm that afternoon. Around 2:30pm Marie got up. Patrick was still asleep. Since he was asleep, Marie went ahead took a shower, and went down stairs to straighten up. Sincer her and Patrick lived close to the club, Linda spent the night, and she was asleep down stairs. "Hey, Marie." she whispered as Marie walked by. "Hey, did I wake you?" Marie replied. "No! I was awake already." Linda answered "So, did you have a good time last night?" Marie asked her. "Yea, I really did. Thanks. What about you?" Linda asked. "Yea, I really did...since Patrick was there." Marie said as she smiled. Just then Patrick came down stairs. "Hey! You two talking about me? I don't like it when people talk about me, when Im not here!" Patrick said with a laugh. "No, I was saying I had agood time last night, after you showed up. Till then...it was kinda boring." Marie said as she got some coffee. "Yea...sure. You were saying...You were having a good time...til I got there." Patrick repleid with a evil grin. "Sure, keep telling yourself that!" Marie said as she sat down on the coutch withg Linda. "Marie...I was joking with you." Patrick said as eh sat in the chair. "Oh!...hahaha...your not funny Marie replied. "Im am so! See, Linda is laughing." Patrick said..laughing himself. "Yea I know she is...at you!" Marie said with a laugh. About then, everyone was laughing hard. "You know, you two are so funny. The way you joke, and tease one another. You act like your already married." Linda said with a laugh. "Really? That is interesting. We aren't tho." Marie replied. "Well it isn't gonna be long till we are married. What? 3 months from now?" Patrick replied. "So, do you have any plans where you want the wedding to be, and how you want it?" Linda asked Marie. "Yea...she wants a mid-fall wedding in a little town, with just friends, and family." Patrick replied. "Oh, that sounds awesome. Have you thought of a town yet?" Linda asked Marie. "I was thinking somewhere like GA. Somewhere there. What do you think?" Marie asked looking at Patrick. "Ummm, fine by me. My mom, and I have some friends there...so it will be cool." Patrick said getting up to get more coffee. "Oh cool! What about brides maids and, flower girl, and you know...everything!" Linda asked getting paper and a pen. "Well since there isn't really no babies or little girls in my family, or Patricks. I was thinking, asking Laura, Ben's sister if her son could be ring bearer, and maybe I can get my baby cousin to do it. She is now 5, but it is cool, cause she is really short!" Marie said with a smile. "It must run in the family!" Patrick said with a laugh. "Very funny hot shot!" Marie said giving him a mean look. Linda just busted out laughing. "You two crack me up! You are both to funny!" Linda said...still laughing. "Thanks..anyways, I want babyblue for the bride maids, and Id like flowers different colors. Like..orange, pinkish color, and white with ornage, or light brown tips. Have the flowers dyed some, to look autumn like." Marie said as Linda wrote things down. "I am gonna ask like my closest friends, family, and yea." Marie replied. "You are forgetting someone!!" Patrick said. "Who? Marie asked puzzled. "Me!" Patrick said with a laugh. "You dummy, I wasn't forgetting you, I know you will come...or are you changing your mind?" Marie asked him looking worried. "I was kidding. Im not changing any mind, and I am gonna be there! Don't worry." Patrick said. as he gave Marie a funny look. "What?" Marie said. "If anyone needs to be worried about someone not showing up is...ME! You disappear, and leave all the time. So, I should be the one worrying!" Patrick said looking at Marie. Marie just gave him a go to hell look. About then...Linda was rolling. She knew exactly what Patrick met, and she even thoguht the samething, just never said it. After a while, Linda and Marie got alot of the wedding ideas down on paper, and wanted to show it to Katie, Jamie, and Sarah. Marie wanted to get there oppion, and see how they felt, and if they had any other good ideas. So, after a couple hours of talking, an discussing the wedding, Marie and Linda decided to call Katie, Sarah, and Jamie. Marie asked them to come over, and help her and Linda work on the wedding plans, and then thety would all go to diner, and have a girls night of planning the wedding,a dn hanging out. So, the guys decided to have a guys night. The guys came over to Patricks' and talked about the wedding...when suddenly Marc mentiond a a batchler party, and Patrick wasn't sure. He was worried how Marie would react, and what she would say. Patrick didn't mind, but he was more concernd of Marie's reaction. Back at the restraunt, the girls planned more on the wedding, and Sarah mentioned a batchleret party, but marie totally refused, and decided NO. But, what was Patrick gonna do. He was unsure.

Marie was sitting in her living room alone. Patrick was still with the guys. Then her phone rang.
"Hello?" Marie answered.
"Hey are you ok?" Katie asked her.
"Hey, yeah I'm fine," Marie said, "Why?"
"Because you seemed sort of upset today," Katie said, "Especially after Sarah asked if we should throw a bachalorette party for you."
"Oh, that's nothing, there's nothing wrong, I just didn't wanna have a bachalorette party," Marie explained.
"Liar," Katie said, "You're upset that Patrick might want a bachalor party."
"What?!" Marie asked, "What are you talking about?"
"Oh come on, Marie! You don't want him to have one, is that it?" Katie asked.
"Well...... yes, I don't but that shouldn't stop him," Marie said.
"There's something else wrong isn't there?" Katie said.
"Uh... maybe yeah," Marie said.
"What is it?" Katie asked.
"Well, this morning well afternoon, Patrick and I got into a little tiff about who we really have to worry about running away," Marie explained.
"Oh, I see, and that really pissed you off," Katie told her.
"Yeah," Marie said.
"Listen just wait for Patrick when he gets home and talk about it," Katie said, "And maybe mention the fact that you don't want him to have a party."
"Ok, I'll do that," Marie told her.
"Hey, sorry but I have to go, I'll talk to you later," Katie said, "Bye Hun!"
"Bye Katie," Marie hung up. She sat and thought about what she was gonna say to Patrick when he got home.

" Patrick froze as he saw Marie. "What?" Marie asked. Patrick just froze. He couldn't say anything. "Oh God!" Patrick said. "What? Are you ok?" Marie knew he had remembered the fan. "Patrick? Hello?" Marie said as she gave him a hug. Finally after a couple minutes Patrick said..."You look so different. I didn't even regonize you. You look wonderful!" Patrick said as he sat down. "Do I look like the fan you remeber?" Marie asked nervously. Patrick just looked at her. "Who told you about her...you..whatever." Patrick said shocked. "Well, when I first moved here, I asked Katie about anyone you might be interested in, and she told me about a fan you were holding out for. And she told me she was some girl you met, and she had dyed brown hair, and she was all you talked about. So, I started thinking. I explaind the first timeI met you, I had dyed brown hair, and so everyone thinks Im that fan. So, Kate, Linda, and I went and got my hair done today."Marie said as explained as she sat down next to Patrick. "Marie, I didn't and still don't care about that fan. I have you. I love you, and I want to be with you. Even though...yes, you are that girl. I knda wondered if you were when I fist met you at the studio, but I never questioned it, cause I love you, and I liked you, for you." Patrick said as he set Marie on his lap. "I am? I was that girl? Why didn't you tell me?" Marie asked as she laid her head on Patrick's sholder. "Cause I didn't think it was important, and Marie, I love you. No one, but you." Patrick said as he kissed her. "You are too cute! Im so lucky to have you. I think it is kinda funny you thought there was another girl. I don't want another girl...I just want you." Patrick said as he held Marie. "Do you think it looks bad? My hair I mean." Marie asked. "It looks fine, but it doesn't matter. Cause you look good no mater what! Like I said....I love you, and I love you know matter how good, or bad you look." Patrick said as he hugged her. "Ok, thank you. I love you to...ALOT!" Marie said as she and Patrick patiently kissed. "Ok, I need to cook diner."Marie said as she tried to get up off Patrick's lap. Patrick kept holding her down. "Do you have to? Now? I reallly love holding you!" Patrick said as he kissed Marie's neck. "Yes, I need to cook diner. It wont cook itself." Marie said as she finailly got away from Patrick. Patrick and Marie cooked diner, and had a nice quiet evening. That night, Marie and Patrick had a nice quiet romantice night.
