Only One Person knows .... but for how long?
A sunny Monday evening and i met with one my close friends at a pub for something to eat and something to drink. i was telling her how unhappy i was and said that there were so many things i want to tell my Mum and Dad, and without saying it she knew! i was gay, it felt so weird that finally after 6 years somebody knows!!!!
But my friend loves to gossip and dont know weather i can trust her, i live in a small village and everybody is the same, kind of like 'Inbreds' (lol)
Any way just a note say ive told one person and it feels great!!

I told my mate thru a letter. First thing she did when I saw her was throw her arms around me and give me a big hug
Well done. Now im kinda gearin up to tell my parents....
Eitherway havin sum1 to talk to about it makes life LOTS easier.

Well done mate. My best mate found out through an april fools joke (long story) and i cant believe how cool hes been about it. Whenever we go into town now he asks me for fashion advice and everything. I picked out a jacket for him the other day an he looked sooooooooo cute in it - i dint tell him that tho. Anyway Im rambling - just thought Id say well done and good luck.

Yeh I know what you mean about it feeling weird. I remember the day after my mate had found out i was gay - we were sat next to each other in the common room at 6th form with a load of mates an I just kept thinking 'Oh my god he knows Im gay'. Im really glad he found out though because I was dying to tell someone as you probably were and he's been so great about it. Its actually brought us closer together and I reckon you will probably feel closer to your mate as well. Lol - Sorry Ive rambled again.

I know what you mean about being closer to a mate after telling them.
i was out last sept with a mate , we'd had a few beers and he
asked if he could ask a personal question , so i said that i do fancy guys more than women and ever since then i've felt i can talk to him about anything.
I've known him for 13 years , but regret in a way i've missed out on a friendship , coz i was never really close as a mate until that conversation last year!
Did make a bit of a silly move about a month ago when i was telling him about a guy that stayed the night , told him everything that happened and then propositioned him , i don't fancy him , but it was the jack daniels talking!!.
He knew that and he's ok with me.
To cut a long story short its nice to be able to talk to a mate at times and know they're there for you.

when i told my mates, they decided to tell everyone they laid eyes one. the first person i told, and while she was hugging me, i specifically told her to not tell anyone. a few weeks later i get, 'oh, dont hate her, but sara told me that you're gay' and i was like 'yeah. thanx'
buuut, i got over it, afterall she'd only told one person. it was my boy mates that told everyone else.. twats, but 'everyone else' has been pretty much ok with it so its all good
