I used to use Yahoo and Altavista. I used Google for image searches, then I just switched....a lot easier to use! I never liked ask.com

www.globealive.com used to be good. You could go and ask a live person to do the research for you. Unfortunately I think it shut down due to low visitor numbers lol

The only time I use Alta Vista is when Im doing French Homework and need a tarnslation website lol!

Even in my work at school, we have to describe how we get our information and I lost a mark because I never mentioned the serach engine. Turns out I should of said: "And did a Google Search on Drop Out Rates..........." >:

I was a Yahoo slave for ages but switched to good old Google a while ago. Can't beat Altavista though for translation. So handy!
