Third floor, room 8 .... or is it? (Ryoko, then open)
The dorms were quiet and the halls deserted, with most students still asleep or passed out drunk somewhere off-campus. It wasn't terribly surprising either, since it was only a few minutes before 5 o'clock in the morning. Still dark out, still plenty cold, and of course Seth had spent most of the previous day walking to this blasted school. He was understandably fatigued, and climbing up three floors in a dimly lit stairwell while dragging along a duffel bag was hardly his idea of fun, to boot.

Evident fatigue aside, he looked like he'd been jumped by a mad tattoo artist...well, and that he himself might not be right-in-the-head. Most of his upper body was covered in an intricate set of tattoos, which were in turn visible because despite the frigid weather; all he wore was a simple black tanktop.. The real reason was because he didn't have much else, let alone a coat, but he'd prefer to keep that to himself and stick with the whole "toughness" thing he had going. The jeans he wore were black as well, as were the cheap pair of boots he'd "borrowed" from a Shoes Plus on his way to the school. The colors kept him warm during the day, but during the night he was just as cold as he would have been with a more cheerful wardrobe.

His brown eyes moved lazily between a piece of paper he held in his free hand, and the numbers to the side of each door in the hall. Evidently, he was trying to match up the number on the sheet with a dorm in the hall so he could get some sleep... the problem though, was that he was doing so with the lights out; something that only complicated matters. He paused at one particular door, squinting to read the number off to the side.... he decided it said 8, and that he was at the right dorm. Floor three, room eight. Everything checked out...except for one thing:

It wasn't room 8. In his drowsiness, he'd managed to see an extra line on the number "6" that made it look like an 8.

If he were a normal person and simply tried the key he was given, this wouldn't be a problem; but Seth wasn't a normal person. He could never manage to hold onto small stuff, he'd always lose it and never really care enough to find it again. As a result, he threw the key out upon receiving it and decided he'd just use his power to open the lock like he had on all the houses in the past. Which is precisely what he did here; causing a thin shard of bone to emerge from the tip of his index finger and grow a few inches longer before he inserted it into the lock and caused it to grow outward; creating a perfect match for the lock.

After simply twisting his wrist he'd unlocked the door, and opened it good and wide.... enough to realize he may have fucked up just a bit. On the paper, it had said room 8 was empty. Yet, here, he clearly saw a girl with black hair standing inside...

"...er...wrong room...?"

Re: Third floor, room 8 .... or is it? (Ryoko, then open)
Ryoko had been in her room. She'd woken up not to long ago. Last night, she felt no need to go out and steal anything, so she ended up staying home. She got rather bored of playing video games, which was odd, because that had never happened to Ryoko before. As a result, she went to bed much earlier than usual. Which was why she woke up so early this morning.

Funnily enough, Ryoko was just finishing getting changed when she heard a sound from the door. Quickly pulling her V neck sleeveless black top down, she watched as the door flung open. She eyes the mysterious guy who stood at the door, and then thanked god that she didn't wake up a minute later, or he may have walked in on her changing. Waiting to hear what he had to say, his reply made Ryoko a little mad.

"...er...wrong room...?"

Looking around her own room, Ryoko's blood red eyes shot back to the stranger. She was very very close to being walked in on changing, and that made her even more angry. Reaching over quickly, Ryoko picked up anything she could find on her side of the room and started throwing things at him. " Ya think wrong room? You don't just come into people's rooms! I could have been naked!!" She shouted, throwing a clock square at his head.

Seth only caught the last half of what she'd said; he was too preoccupied trying to avoid having his head taken off as Ryoko hurled everything in the room that wasn't bolted to the floor at him. He could have sworn a potted plant just flew past, but thankfully he'd not only had the common sense to move quickly to the side; but also the sense to not stop dodging to look and see if he was right.

"Well you weren't, so what's the big de-" he started, though a soft ringing interrupted him, as an alarm clock hit him right in the forehead. The glass of the faceplate broke, thank god none of it remained in the form of shards stuck in his skull, but the damn little hammer between the two metal bells kept going back and forth from the impact. "-SON OF A F***ING WHORE! What the hell was that for ya f***in' nutjob?! That hurt, goddammit! Jesus-H-Christ, what is wrong with you?!"

...well, in his defense, whoever made the rule that said it was only proper to refrain from swearing around women probably didn't get hit in the face with an old alarm clock.

"I mean what the HELL, woman?! Screaming and yelling wasn't good enough for ya, or are you just a sadist?!" Seth was through holding his head now, and despite the fact that there was a small amount of blood present, there didn't seem to be any sort of cut...interesting...

"And hell, the least you coulda done was wait for a damn explanation before goin' Lara-f***ing-Croft on me!"

"-SON OF A F***ING WHORE! What the hell was that for ya f***in' nutjob?! That hurt, goddammit! Jesus-H-Christ, what is wrong with you?!"

Clenching her fist, Ryoko was extreme thankful of that one minute she woke up earlier. If not, well, lets just say a clock in the face wouldn't be the only thing he had. Ryoko had her hands on her hips now as she smirked to the new comer. " Serves you right for coming into my room so early in the damn morning. Why did you do that anyway?" She asked.

"And hell, the least you coulda done was wait for a damn explanation before goin' Lara-f***ing-Croft on me!"

Anger building up inside her, Ryoko found herself unable to control what she yelled next. " Because I'd just finished changing, and if you would have walked in a minute sooner, then I would have been naked!!" She yelled at him, looking for something else to throw in his direction.

"Because I thought I had the right room, hence the 'wrong room?' question-" Seth answered, still visibly irate for getting so closely aquainted with the sociopath's alarm clock. "-or was that one of the things you managed to tone-out while you were busy PMSing?"

Well, not the wisest thing to say, but at this point the head trauma could be to blame. Or the general trait of letting the words come out of his mouth before being filtered through the brain; it was anyone's guess, really.

"Well, thank god I missed that, because if you're trying to take my f***in' head off for almost doing something I can only imagine what you'd do if I actually did something wrong...." Seth was actually quiet for a moment after that, likely in thought or just incapable of really saying anything else...

"...seriously, a clock?! On what planet is THAT normal?!"

...or just finding more ways to dig the proverbial hole a little deeper...

" You're damn right!!" Ryoko yelled at him angrily. She looked around the room, trying to find something of hers to throw at him. Her roommate Ayeka would flip out if Ryoko touched any of her stuff. It was at this time, she spied a very heavy, locked up coin chest that was, obviously, filled with money. She didn't quite know if it was hers or Ayeka's, so she left it.

"...seriously, a clock?! On what planet is THAT normal?!"

Giving him a sick smile, Ryoko looked to him. " Oh," she began, sounding sweet. She quickly glared at him. " Would you prefer I hit you in the head with one of my roommates pot plants!!" She yelled, looking like she was about to go and get one. Instead, she reached for that coin chest and hurled it towards him.

Goddammit this girl has issues! I haven't even done anything wrong yet and OH SHI-

Seth ducked just in time to avoid having his head taken off by what looked like a jewelry box; which smashed into the door across the hall and spilled its contents out onto the floor. He wasn't paying much attention to that though; the light in Ryoko's room shone out into the hallway enough to clearly show the number next to the door across from her's: 08.

"...huh. Well, at least now I know where I'm supposed to go..." he muttered, turning and walking over to the door to unlock it in the same fashion that he had Ryoko's. He moved as quickly as possible, lest the woman decide to throw anything else, and just tossed his duffel bag onto the floor inside before ducking in himself and shutting the door behind him....

...only to re-open it a moment later, reach out, and grab the money box that Ryoko had thrown, pull it inside, and shut the door again; the sound of the latch locking echoing through the otherwise quiet hallway. It was on...

"...huh. Well, at least now I know where I'm supposed to go..."

" Good." Ryoko replied quickly. When he closed the door, she sighed, and moved out to the hallway to pick up all the things she'd thrown at him, including her alarm clock, which was not broken, thanks to the collision with his head. She wondered what the guys name was, but didn't bother knocking just to ask. He already thought she was crazy.

She was about to pick up that money box she threw at him, when she saw him reach out and take it, and then close the door. Ryoko then heard that he locked the door, so she couldn't get in. " Oh, so that's how we're going to play." She commented, smirking as she went back to her room and pulled out a screw driver.

Walking back across the hall again, Ryoko proceeded to unscrew his door from the hinges. When it was off, she kicked it down, throwing her screw driver back into her own room. Her hands on her hips, she smirked, and threw the screws up in her hand, and then towards him. " Excuse me, pardon the interruption." She began. Her eyes narrowed on him. " But I believe you have something of mine." she added.

Seth was a little surprised that the girl decided she'd kick down the door, though he wasn't terribly worried. She'd gone ahead and done the next step for him anyway. Why? Because the "something" she was after just happened to be...

"...under the door. Just think, if you'd used that ingenuity to pick the lock rather than play Rambo; you wouldn't have smashed that box into little tiny pieces..." he mused, not even bothering to get up from the bed he was laying on; he didn't even go so far as to move when she threw the screws from the door hinges at him. He'd been without sleep for so long, just lying down on the bed was comfortable enough to prevent him from wasting energy dodging.

"Now really, if you don't mind, sleep would f***in' rock right about now..." Seth continued lazily, already trying to hard to keep from just passing out altogether. "So, could you play Lil' Ms. Sunshine with some other poor bastard? I'm sure someone on the floor looked at you funny in the past, with your logic that's worth what, a shot to the groin?"

"...under the door. Just think, if you'd used that ingenuity to pick the lock rather than play Rambo; you wouldn't have smashed that box into little tiny pieces..."

Smiling at him once again, Ryoko stood off the door and picked it up. The box has smashed, but it seemed like there wasn't much in there anyway, so she decided to leave it like that. That way, he would be the one to clean it up. With her hand on his door, she walked over to his bed and set it up beside him, so he could still see what she was about to do next.

"So, could you play Lil' Ms. Sunshine with some other poor bastard? I'm sure someone on the floor looked at you funny in the past, with your logic that's worth what, a shot to the groin?"

Ryoko ignored what he said for the most part. " Ok. I'll be done in a minute." she replied simply, walking over to his duffel bag. It seemed to be the only thing he had, apart from a broken money box that she left for him. " Done now. Bye neighbor." Ryoko said. She picked up his door and put it back into place, then went into her own room and locked the door. She then sat down on her bed with his duffel bag beside her and waited for him to break in again.

...oh now come on, steal everything why don't ya! Crazy little witch...

He heard the lock latch on her door across the hall, and since she was kind enough to knock down his own; he wasn't going to be nice enough to just pick the lock again. No, there was something far less subtle planned. He pulled the black tanktop off and set it down on his bed; aside from that one, he only had three other shirts, so he was going to have to be careful with them...and what he was going to do would have ripped it to pieces. He walked across the hall irritably and not particularly minding having to walk all over the front of his door to get there. Pausing only briefly at the door, he listened carefully to make sure Ryoko wasn't standing too close to it, then smirked and stepped back.

Four large, jagged bones suddenly jutted out from his back; two to either side of his spine and each approximately three inches wide at the base, and still growing. They continued to grow as well, creating joints along the way, and soon Seth had four of what he'd dubbed 'spider legs' sticking out of his back; the name coming from the fact that, well, they looked and functioned like an oversized set of spider legs. Except, these were far stronger, and sharp as all get out; something Ryoko was about to see for herself. There was a loud crashing noise as the four spikes stabbed through the door to her room by at least a foot, showering the area near the door in splinters before the ends grew a set of hooks to latch onto the door while they pulled back; quite literally ripping the door off it's frame, hinges and all. The hooks vanished not long after, and the 'spider legs' simply tossed the door off to one side with a loud 'thud' before vanishing back inside Seth's body, with the only sign they'd ever been there in the first place being the fresh blood still on his back; as the wounds were already close to healing shut.

"Hey neighbor, me again. You have some of my things..."

"Hey neighbor, me again. You have some of my things..."

Ryoko looked at him, impressed by the fact that he could do that to her door. She obviously hid his duffel bag behind her back as she began to look around, as if searching for it. " Huh? Sorry neighbor, I don't think I've got anything of yours here." She said, smirking. Ryoko looked to her door, well, she looked to the splinters on the floor.

" That's not a very nice thing to do to someone's door. My roommate will be pissed off that some stranger walked in here, broke down our door and claimed that I stole something of his I don't even have." She explained, still smirking after she spoke to him. It was true, Ayeka would be angry as hell that the door was broken. She was like that, incredibly uptight.

Looking to the stranger, Ryoko wondered for a moment how Ayeka ended up as her roommate.

He found her sitting on the edge of her bed, so at least he was able to remind himself the only thing he'd done wrong here was ... well, a pretty big case of property damage; as well as breaking and entering. But hey, life sucked like that, so if she was going to get moody about it and try and make him fix it or pay her back; he'd kindly inform her that she was S.O.L.

"Well, stealing everything a person own's is hardly nice - and what the hell are you talking about, it's right there! Gimme that!"

Without thinking, Seth ran at the girl and promptly tackled her to the bed; reaching behind her to grab the duffel bag only to find out he'd managed to pin it under her ... as well as create a very, very awkward scene for anybody who happened to be passing by...

*He had been on his way to see Ryoko and see if she wanted to get some food, when he noticed a man enter her room from down the hall. He continued to walked calmly then he heard loud noise and he could only smirk. The man walked out and over to his room and entered it. He was about half way down the hall by now. She exited and went to his room and started to do something to the door.

To his surprised she removed it from the hinges. Then she entered he stopped in shock. What the hell is going on he thought. After a moment he watched her exit with a duffle bag she had not entered with and enter her own room agian latching the door. He shook his head and continued to head towards her room.

The man exited the room, this time wearing no shirt. He chuckled lightly to him self and moved over as his activated his power and torn her door down. He moved quickly to her door in case she needed him to help her in this combat. He was about to enter the room when he heard them just talking. It was not calm, but nor were they fighting he listened in on what was going on and chuckled.

Just then the man rushed forward for his stuff. Jun entered the room in time to catch them in their very achward postion. He smirked and tilted his head just slightly. He wondered if the man truely knew what he was doing. He snickered and then whistled lightly.*

"You know you should have left the door on its hinges and in one piece if you were planing on doing "That". Or maybe just done it in public."

*He smirked and leaned agained the door frame with his steel skin activated so that way the shards of wood sticking out that poked his skin had no chance of entering him. He smiled and watched them crossing his arms over his chest.*

Ryoko laughed as he ran towards her, tackling her onto her bed. She struggled lightly, having fun with the situation, until she noticed that he pinned her to the bed. She just looked at him with a smile, trying to figure out a way to get out of his pin and steal back his stuff. " Like I'm going to give it back that easily." She said to him.

"You know you should have left the door on its hinges and in one piece if you were planing on doing "That". Or maybe just done it in public."

Looking over at Jun, Ryoko smiled. " Hey Jun, what's u-... Wait, what do you mean doing that?" She asked. Quickly, she looked to Seth, then at the way they were positioned. She tried to push him off but he was too big for her to do so. Ryoko looked to Seth, eyeing him. " I get it. You couldn't see me naked so you decided to do this instead? Tell me, is this how you treat strangers or am I special?" She asked, teasing him.

...eh? What the hell is he- ...oh you gotta be kidding me >.< ....

If it weren't for that comment, Seth would have likely remained entirely oblivious to his current situation. After all, he was focusing more on getting his duffelbag back than the girl. One had all his belongings in it, and the other threw clocks at him; obviously he'd be a lot more fond of the one that didn't try to give him a concussion. It was amazing just how quickly he'd lept off Ryoko; off to one side so that he essentially rolled off the bed and to a standing position facing the guy standing in what was left of the doorway.

"Oi, get that outta yer head! She's cute, but ain't that cute, I just want my stuff back!" he answered, the defensive tone likely to only make matters worse for both him and Ryoko. If the man was in the mood to continue his jests, that is.

"What is it with you and obsessing over me almost walking in on you changing?! I told you it was an accident!" Seth answered, noticably frustrated...and it was almost as if he was going to dig his own grave any minute now...

"Gods, if I didn't know any better I'd think that was your own little perverted fantasy or something..."

...well, maybe sooner than expected...

*He smirked as the man went crazy over the idea of him trying to do that to her. He just leaned the amused by the whole thing. He wondered if he should continue to abuse the guy with jests or let him calm down a little first. He did not know the man all that way and did not want to make it too personal if he did continue so he thought about it for a moment.

She then said that he was unable to see her naked and that was why he had put her in that postion. He had a feeling that it was only a jest and yet that also hinted at what had happened at the very begining to cause all this to happen. He smiled and decided to give them both a hard time.*

"And what if it was her fantasy? would you indulge her?"

*He directed that one at him of course and yet it would get her too, because it would show that maybe he thought it was her fantasy, she would have to defend her self or proclaim it the truth.*

"And you little one, what is going on?"

*He did not move from the doorway. He smirked as he shifted his feet you would notice the distant wooden sound from his shoes. They were tradtional japanese shoes. Then again they would notice that he was wearing the competle outfit for a samurai. He had dual blades at his hip as well as a pair on his back. For which one hilt was up to the right and the other was down and to the left. The pair on his back shared one sheath. He looked the part of a Samurai having stepped out of a movie.*

Ryoko shot up just about as fast as he did after he got off her. She smiled at him sickly at what he said about her. " Someone is incredibly lucky they're not through a table right now." she commented, looking him over as she crossed her arms in front of her chest. She looked to Jun to see if he would say anything.

"And what if it was her fantasy? would you indulge her?"..."And you little one, what is going on?"

Staring at Jun blankly, Ryoko sighed, knowing he was trying to make fun of her. Still, that didn't stop her from trying to defend herself. " What are you talking about? I don't even know who this guy is! He just came into my room randomly this morning, right after I got changed! Nothing happened." She explained. Ryoko looked to the stranger, eyeing him down to make sure he didn't try anything stupid.

Seth's eyes went wide at the comment, and the color drained from his face. Did ... he ... just ...

"GAH! Dammit, you're worse than she is!" he shouted, grabbing the nearest thing he could and hurling it at the other boy's head... only realizing that the object was the same alarm clock that had been used against him a moment earlier while it was still in mid-flight. Oh well, at least now he wasn't the only one who'd had a clock thrown at him. Nevermind the fact that he'd just yelled at Ryoko for the same thing a few moments ago, he was at least able to sympathize to some extent now...

"And by 'nothing' you mean 'I tried to give him a concussion by throwing everything I had in here at him, broke into his room after knocking his door down, and stole the only possessions he has.' But hey, I'm sure you're still no worse than the National Enquirer..." Seth snapped back; subconsciously searching the dresser next to him for something to throw at her. Apparently though, everything else was already used against him, as the clock was the only thing he could have used. Though, he did have one means of taking her by surprise...

"And would you give me that stuff already?! God, what the hell you'd want with my clothes, I don't know, nor do I want too!" he shouted, grabbing ahold of the straps on the duffel bag and attempting to jerk it out of her hands... no doubt to the amusement of that other guy at the door...

*He smirked slightly as they both yelled at him for his comment. He smiled lightly and was about to say something when an alarm clock was thrown at him. His left hand snapped up and caught the alarm clock with plenty of time to spare. He tilted his head and smirked.*

"Well that would have been a nasty thing to do to some one."

*Noding he listened as he said she hit him with that clock. He kneels down and set down the clock and looked up to them both. He was trying to get that duffle bag. He had a feeling it was his, because he had seen her walk out with it, yet never went in with it.*

"So she robbed your room? And you broke into her room."

*He thought she must have been very fast or he had left it all in the bag. Because she had not been in there long at all. He looked to her and shook his head pondering what she had said. He had wondered if she and he were having fun stealing from each other.*

" I'm surprised someone who was able to knock the crap out of my door can't even get his bag from a little girl!" Ryoko replied, as his hands went on the bag and they started fighting for it. It was quite a struggle as he attempted to jerk it out of her hands, and she calmly held onto it for dear life. She thought it was funny how much he wanted it, but then again, it was the only thing he'd brought with him.

"So she robbed your room? And you broke into her room."
