We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Floor 4, Room 14 (Ruby!!!)
Lucas stood in front of the dormitories building. He was holding his suitcase with his left hand. He didn't bring many things with him, he would just go down town later and buy things if he really needed them. In his right hand were two things. One, a piece of paper with his room number and name of his roommate. He also had a red rose with him, as a gift for his new roommate.
Sighing, Lucas entered the building and looked to the paper. " Floor four, room fourteen. Roommate, Stella Midnight." He said to himself. Looking up, Lucas began to talk up the stairs. He was dressed simple today, a long sleeve white shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a pair of black pants. His blue hair was nicely brushed as usual.
Lucas reached the forth floor quickly. He wanted to meet his new roommate. He was rather eager to do so. He read the numbers to himself until he saw number 14. Here goes nothing. The nervous boy thought. Lucas placed his suitcase down on the ground beside him and knocked. " Uh, hello. Ms Midnight? Are you in there? My name is Lucas Reed, and I'm your new roommate." He explained.
Yes, Lucas had a key, but he was not going to barge into the room. He had more respect than that. He would simply wait till she opened the door. If he heard no sign of her, then he would enter. He picked up his suitcase and waited.
Stella had been lying on her bed daydreaming when she heard someone outside the room’s door. She stood up quickly, her dark blue skirts rustling as she changed position and straightened her legs.
She quickly walked to the door, hearing a voice outside. Ms Midnight? “I’m coming,” she said as she walked between the twin beds, hers now with a dark blue coverlet. Her hand reached the door knob and twisted, pulled the door open.
“Hi.” She stepped back from the door, giving him space to enter. “It’s a great pleasure to meet you.” she gestured for him to come insidd and let her blue eyes scan him, founding she liked what she was seeing. “You seem to know me, but they haven’t been as organised as to tell me your name.” She raked a hand through her white hair and smiled. When Stella motioned for him to move inside the room, he did, but was very cautious about it. He didn't want to invade her space, because he thought that was rude. But at the same time, she had invited him in, so for him that made his entrance into her room fine.
“You seem to know me, but they haven’t been as organised as to tell me your name.”
" I'm sorry. My name is Lucas Reed. It is very nice to meet you Ms Midnight." Lucas said, extending his hand to shake hers. He had almost forgotten what he had brought for her. Mentally slapping himself in the head, Lucas held his other hand out to her, the one with the rose in it. " I brought this for you, as a thank you gift for letting me be your roommate." He explained, a nervous tone in his voice as he smiled at her.

She stepped back as he came into the room, pulling the door wide so he could bring his stuff in. She gestured to her bed “I put my things on this side of the room, but we can swap if you want to.” she gave him another friendly smile, and moved back into the room away from the door. “Do you have your key yet?” he had knocked after all, rather then let himself it.
Stella was a little nervous about sharing a room with someone, anyone. She had had the room to herself for over a week, and besides she’d always had her own room. But she had been looking forward to having someone to share the space with, even if she had thought it was going to be a girl.
Then he gave her the flower. She took it from him slowly, examining the red petals. She could smell it from here, and sighed happily. She loved the smell of roses. “Thank you Lucas. It’s so beautiful.” She buried her nose in it and sniffed in deeply. “I should have prepared something for you. Wait, I’ll look.” She began to rummage through her cupboard, and snatched up a silver chain bracelet. “My gift to you.” she said happily, holding it out to him. “To thank you for being my room mate.” She echoed his words and laughed softly.

Lucas nodded. " Yes, I do have my key, but I didn't want to barge in on you like that, it would be incredibly rude of me to do so." He explained. Lucas moves his things to the other side of the room. " This side will be fine for me Ms Midnight." He explained. Lucas lifted his suitcase onto his bed. He opened it. There wasn't much in there.
The first thing he brought out was his saxophone case. He rested it beside his suitcase on the bed. Next were his books, for reading, writing and his poetry, along with his reading glasses, he moved them over to the desk on his side. He pulled out the clothes he brought with them. They were neatly folded. He sat them on the bed.
“To thank you for being my room mate.”
Lucas took the gift from her. He studied it. " Thank you Ms Midnight, but you didn't have to give me anything, really." He began. Lucas put the bracelet on, to let her know that he appreciated the gesture. " Nevertheless, I'll wear it. It's very nice. Thank you." He said smiling.

Stella watched as he began to unpack. “Would you mind just calling me Stella?” she asked as she studied the black case he had brought out. It looked like it held a musical instrument. “Are you a musician?” she asked, her head tilted to one side as she tried to guess what instrument was in the case. The shape was unfamiliar to her.
She switched his attention to the books he was now unpacking, reading the titles stamped on the covers and spines of the volumes, glancing up as he accepted her gift. Her blue eyes brightened with his acceptance.
“I am glad you like it.” she said, still loosely holding the rose he had given her. She at back on her bed, holding the rose up and still looking at Lucas. “Do you need any help unpacking, or finding where to store your things?”

Lucas looked over to Stella with a nervous smile. " Sorry Ms Mi-... Uh, I mean Stella." He said. When she asked about his instrument, he went back over to his case and sat on his bed. " Yeah. I play the saxophone. I've been playing since I was nine, for seven years." He explained. Opening the black case, Lucas picked up his blue and gold coloured saxophone.
“Do you need any help unpacking, or finding where to store your things?”
Lucas shook his head at Stella. " It's fine Stella. Thank you for the offer. I didn't bring much with me, so I'm pretty much finished." He replied, giving her a friendly smile before looking at his instrument. " Do you like music? I could play for you sometime if you like." He said.

Stella smile slowly back at him, glad he was not going to hang on to the Ms thing. She did not mind it, but she felt she could not use his own first name until he was willing to refer to her with hers. And it felt so impersonal to call someone she was shareing a room with Mr.
As he brought the Saxophone out she admired it, having never seen a blue saxophone before. "7 years? That is a long time." She looked over the glossy instument again, marveling at all the buttons and things a player had to press to make the right sound.
"I'd love to hear you play!" she said as he offered. She would not have asked, but her curiosity had been sparked. "That would be wonderful."

Lucas nodded. Seven years was almost half his life, but with his kind of background, he was almost expected to be able to play an instrument. " Yeah I know, but my mother is very musically involved, so I suppose it runs in the family." He replied.
"I'd love to hear you play!"..."That would be wonderful."
Smiling at her once more, Lucas moved his hands so his fingers were on the right keys. " Ok then." He said. Lucas paused for a moment, getting a beat in his head, before he began to play. He often played whatever came into his head, so it was not difficult for him to think of something to play this time.
As he played, his sounded just like a professional with the way the notes tied together. Lucas had his eyes closed, and was trying to picture the notes written in his head as he played. After a minute or so, he finished. He opened his eyes and looked to Stella. " Uh... yeah." He said.

As he played Stella watched Luca’s fingers. They moved so skilfully, and quickly too, opening and closing to allow different notes to be emitted from the instrument. Stella had little experience listening to the saxophone, but she could tell he was good, very good.
He played the curved metal tube as if it was an extension of his body, not even needing to look at what he was doing. Stella watched enrapt as he made music out of a hollow brass cylinder with a bend in the middle. Then he finished.
Stella clapped her hands enthusiastically, though not for long. Her lips curved into a smile as she applauded, showing pure childish delight.
“You’re very good!” she exclaimed then paused, frowning slightly. “Well, I mean I think you are. I haven’t heard much Saxophone music before.” Her face brightened again. “But I’m still sure you are a very good musician.”
Stella sat for a moment, not wishing the conversation to die, but not sure how much more she could say. Then she remembered a question that may be acceptable. But, just in case, she asked softly and with extreme politeness.
“What brings you to Manga High, Lucas? If I may ask.”

Lucas smiled back at her nervously as she complimented him. He was used to it, but for some reason this time he felt a little nervous. " Thank you Stella. Good to know you liked it." He replied. Lucas placed his instrument back into the case. He stood up and went to his suitcase and pulled out his two suits. They were on coat hangers and had been laid into his suitcase.
“What brings you to Manga High, Lucas? If I may ask.”
Walking over to his closet, Lucas opened it and hung the two suits up, pushing them to the back. After that, he didn't have much else to unpack. " My parents wanted me to train my powers. They didn't even know I had them until a couple of years ago. It was my grandfather who had taught me them. I also came because he asked me me to train them as well." He explained, turning back to her with that same smile on his face.

*He walked down the hallway. His eyes looked over the doors as he moved. It was quite interesting the way the the doors always in a neat line. He smirked as he was wearing a pair of martial arts cloths. He had his dual blades on his back. He had been working out and he had slight beads on his brow. Though he had only slightly sweat during the whole work out. He was on his way to invite his little sis out for the evening. He had not seen her in a day or so and thought it would be a nice idea to take her out and do something. If nothing more then a meal.
He stepped up and stopped at her door. He raised his hand and knocked lightly on it. He had figured he would give her heads up. Because he needed a shower and what not. He had been out working out since 4 that morning. He smirked and wondered if she would be dressed and up for something. It was interesting idea to just drop in. He stepped back and waited for her to answer her door and the knocking. Of course there was the chance that she would not be there.*

We live so that way the energy of life can continue to use us to as carriers in the world. Each and ever person effects the flow of life energy in the world. If one person was removed, the flow would be altered and everyone in the world is effected even if only on the most basic level. Life is very nice that way. But there are some people out there who have bad chi or life flow and effect everyone in a bad way. They are the ones that need to be removed. When the balance between good and bad chi is upset nature changes. If it shifts to the good side, nature will grew and become stronger. The world becomes more pure and more close to natural. If it shifts to bad, the nature around us starts to die. It can cause the nature around us to rear up and attack us with storms and earthquakes.

Stella nodded as he explained his reasons. It made perfect sense. She smiled again as she thought of something.
"I only found out my powers a few years ago. I fell off a roof." She laughed as she remembered. "But I came here more to meet people who'd be accepting of people with powers. I did not expect everyone to have their own!"
A knock on the door made her jump, and she hurried to open it. She grinned at the figure of her brother standing at the door. She had wanted her brother to meet her room mate anyway.
"Jun-Bo! Come in." she opened the door wider. "This is my new room mate." She stood to the side so Jun could enter the room.

Lucas listened to her story and took the information in. He would mention something about it later to prove that he was listening. He was about to speak when a knock came at the door. Stella got up to answer it, so Lucas went back to unpacking his stuff. He saw his toy soldier in his suitcase and picked it up, placing it on the table. It would seem like a weird thing for Lucas to have, but it was part of his power, and Jon was a present from his grandfather so he always had it with him.
"Jun-Bo! Come in."..."This is my new room mate."
Lucas looked up to the newcomer. He was obviously a friend of Stella's since she let him in so easily. Lucas walked over and extended his hand to the stranger once he entered the room. " Hello, my name is Lucas Reed. It's nice to meet you Jun-Bo." He said, wearing a friendly smile.

*He looked to the man who was now staying in the room of his little sister. He was very well trained and decided to not be rude at this point. The man seemed a decent enough man. He nodded lightly and spoke calmly.*
"Hello little sister. How are you this day?"
*He looked to the new comer he had not seen before and decided that he would have to greet him as well. He looked the man over slightly and smiled. He seemed a decent enough man. If he had to choose some one to stay with his little sis and it had to be a boy, he was better then alot.*

Stella smiled up at Jun-Bo as she led him inside, closing the door behind him, but not locking it. She just liked having the space a little more private. As Jun-Bo asked her about her day she took in the slight hints of perspiration on his forehead. He must have started training already.
"I'm fine. I was just daydreaming when my new roommate announced himself." She smiled again, and held out the rose Lucas had given her. “He gave me this. Isn’t it beautiful?” She stepped back, and moved to sit back on her bed, first pulling out a chair for Jun-Bo. “How about you? How was training this morning?”
Jun-Bo had told her he wanted to meet any boys that were important in her life, and she guessed that a room mate was kind of similar to a bf, in that she would be seeing a lot of him. And she knew her brother would not be rude, or ask things that were out of line. But she was a little nervous her quite room mate might be a unhappy to be questioned.

As Stella motioned for Jun-Bo to sit down, Lucas sat down on his bed and faced the two. He hoped the questions would not be too difficult, but he had faith in his speaking skills.

Lucas sat there and listened as Jun-Bo asked him about himself. He was already relaxed, just like he always was. He never really got worked up about much, though he was nervous about meeting his new roommate. " Well, I'm a pretty good student. I get good grades and all that. I have a lot to balance so I don't study as often as I probably should. I have to train my powers and keep fit to cope with the loss of energy that comes from it, even if it isn't a fighting type of power." He explained.
" As for after school habits, I play the saxophone and I have for seven years so it means a lot to me. I like to read and write things like poetry and short stories, depending on how I feel. But those are more inside activities. I'm also a fairly active person outside." Lucas explained. He was not used to giving out so much information about himself at one time, but if it would get it out of the way then he may as well have all said it then.

"It was very nice of him," Stella agreed with a nod, and she folded her legs under her as she sat on the bed. The hand still holding the rose rested on her lap, the other was behind her, supporting her as she leaned back.
Lucas was being very good about Jun questioning him. She looked over at him, taking in all the information he was sharing. She was not sure she would have liked to tell all about herself like that. As he mentioned his powers Stella looked at him with curiosity in her eyes. He still had not siad what his power was. But then again, she had not shared much about herself either. He mentioned the Saxophone. 7 years! No wonder he had been so good.
"He's very talanted on that intrument, Jun-Bo." she mentioned after Lucas had stoped talking. "He played for me." She smiled again at Lucas.
"Since you were so nice as so share so much infomation with my brother and me, would you like to learn a bit about me?" It seemed a fair deal, but she looked over at Jun-Bo to make sure. "That is ok, isn't it?"

*He listened carefully to all the information and smiled. He smirked and nodded. It seemed that the man would be a worthy room mate for his little sis. He was normally a good judge of character seeing as how he was a shih. He had passed judgement on many a person.
His sister asked if it was ok for her to give him her info as well. He smirked and nodded to her with but a small smile. To him it was just fine.*
"Sure you can. So my friend, what else do you think a big brother would want to know about his little sis' new room mate? I will let you tell me what you think I want to hear. Oh and if you have questions then ask."
