We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Breakfest after a long night(open)
*He moved along the halls with a light step. His eyes were trained on the roof. He was kind of lost in his own thoughts. He had woken up after his 4 hours of sleep that night and was now on his way to get some breakfast. It was roughly 5:30 am and he figured there would not be too many people there yet. Though maybe a person or two would be there for light morning conversation. *
“I wonder if they still make fresh eggs or if they had switched to fake eggs like other schools. I have not been gone that long, but it had been long enough for that to change.”
*He chuckled as he spoke softly to him self. He figured it was a good day for a meal and then a good work out. *
Ryoko sat at a table by herself. She had woken up a while ago and argued with her stomach about whether or not she should eat something. Fortunately, her stomach won, and Ryoko round herself in the school cafeteria. She looked up as someone entered the room and listened as she began to talk about eggs. Her eyes travelled down to her plate. Coincidentally, she was eating eggs.
" They taste like normal eggs to me." Ryoko began, taking another bite of her breakfast. " But I haven't been here that long, so I wouldn't know if they were different." She added.

*As he reached the line the womens words reached his ears. He came to a stop, turning to his left slightly and smiled towards her. In the moment his eyes laid apon her he took in as many details about her as he could with out roaming over her body. He allow his phearial take in details.*
"Well then they should suit me just fine."
*His voice was calm and almost cheerful about the idea of the eggs being real. He turned back picking up a tray and moved thru the line getting eggs and the other meats they offered, then he walked over and got a glass of milk. Once he had his breakfest, he turned and headed towards the lass. Coming to her table he stopped short of it and smiled.*

Ryoko smiled as he spoke to her. She thrn turned back to her breakfast and eyed it slightly. But as her stomach let out a small growl, she realised jut how hungry she was, and continued to eat.
"Mind if I join you?"
Looking up from her food once again, Ryoko saw the guy she was just talking to. " Not at all." She replied happily. She once again returned to picking at her breakfast. Ryoko took a small drink of her orange juice before looking back to the stranger. " So, whats you name?" She asked.

(OOC: I probably shouldn't being I have so much reading to catch up on, but I wanted to jump in a thread when you got back. Anywho. **GLOMP** Welcome back. Took me long enough, But I am happy having gotten another person to return. Oh.. and hey Gideon, welcome back to you too. hehe)
Entering the caffeteria early in the morning, Merciah makes his usual early morning trip for the first meal of the day. Though it isn't always his first meal, it is at the time to make the people in the caffeteria think that he is just another regular early riser.
Picking up a tray and going through the line, Merciah is his usual, calm and polite self as the ladies hand him his food in generous portions. Apparently, his being a regular customer of theirs every morning, and his simple thankyou's and nothankyous have made the ladies who serve the food gain a liking to him. Compared to many of the students who always complain about the food everytime they go through the line. They can't remember a single time he has ever made a complaint, and so they always try to give him the best portions.
Not that Merciah planned any of this. Quite the contrary, he doesn't even notice that they are being extra kind to him for his actions. He simply remains himself everytime he goes through the line. Saying no more and no less then necessarry. Which usually means, any complaints are kept to himself. Though he has noticed that over the past year the food here at MHS has gotten considerably better. If only he were as perceptive to peoples emotions as he is to dangers in his surroundings he might actually know.
After getting his food, Merciah bows his head slightly, and adds a small thankyou for the service and continues on his way towards the tables in the caffeteria. Seeing one of the people he is familiar with, Merciah approaches Jun-bo deciding to sit near someone he knows.
As he approaches he feels as though he recognizes the girl next to Jun-bo, but he is unsure, she might be someone he met a long while back, but then again, perhaps she just reminds him of someone he once met here.
"Goodmorning Jun-bo. Do you mind if I join you two?" Merciah inquires of the person he is sure that he knows, rather then the girl, being he is unsure whether she is someone he met once before.

*Flashing her a nice smile, he sets down the tray and takes a seat. He looks to her eyes taking in the details of what colors are more dominate and which eye she tends to use the most. *
“Ah sorry about that. The name is..”
*Just then Merciah stepped up and asked to join them and called his name. He looked over and snickered. *
“Personally I do not mind at all as long as this young lass here does not.”
*He looked back to the lass and nodded slightly. Then chuckled. *

Ryoko watched him, as he looked into her eye, and she wondered why he would do it. However, as curious as Ryoko was as to find out why, she decided to keep her questions to herself at the time.
“Ah sorry about that. The name is..”..."Goodmorning Jun-bo. Do you mind if I join you two?" ...“Personally I do not mind at all as long as this young lass here does not.”
Ryoko looked up as an unfarmilliar face approached them. She smiled as he asked if he could join and nodded at his request. " Sure thing, I don't mind, have a seat." She said. She looked to the newcomers eyes for a second. They seemed to glow, but she wasn't quite sure.
“Sorry again. I am Jun-Bo Tsuen and you are?”
Turning back to the first guy with a smile, Ryoko caught his name. " My name is Ryoko Taylor. It's nice to meet you." She said. Ryoko then looked to the second guy. " Both of you." She added.

As Ryoko introduces herself, Merciah comes to the conclusion that he must have been mistaken. She isn't someone he remembered. Perhaps she just resembles someone he knew. And a short though comes to his mind as he realizes he's been doing that a lot lately. Seeing people that he thought he might have known, but coming to learn that he didn't actually know them.
Turning away from his thoughts Merciah inclines his head in a slight bow as he introduces himself. "It is nice to meet you Ryoko. I am Merciah." If she hadn't noticed before, maybe she notices this time, or maybe she has yet to pick up on it yet. Merciah doesn't speak as someone who would be a native speaker of the English language. A linguist or a person who knows a lot about language might recognize his accent as Chinese. Why though would just make it more confusing and the reason why many would just think that htey are hearing things and not notice it. Merciah is by far not Chinese, nor asian at all for that matter. His being caucasian makes many people wonder at his slight Chinese accent.

*He grins at the two and then lifts his fork taking the first bite of his eggs. He makes a muffled "mmph" sound as he munches away on it. It is the type of sound you would expect someone that has been eating nothing but cardboard to make apon eating steak. He chews a few times then swollows.*
"Ah as good as ever."
*With a big grin he takes another bite and munchs away. As he finisheds this bite he has a question pop into his head, so he stops his fork on the plate and smiles. Once he gets a chance he asks.*
"So what do you two think of the teachers? I missed the first day of class and well, have not gone to meet them personally yet."
*He lifts his fork with some hashbrowns on them and starts munching as he waits for their answer.*

" I don't know them. I haven't met them either. I hope they're nice though, I'm not the best student to deal with." Ryoko replied.

Taking a seat and beginning on his meal after the two already at the table are okay with his joining them, Merciah begins on his food with nothing inparticular visible in his expression if he even seems to show that he has one
After Jun-bo asks a question about the teachers, Merciah looks to Ryoko as she replies to his question, having had the same experiences as Jun-bo, it appears that he's the only one at the table to have experienced the first day of school.
Remaining quiet for a few moments, he doesn't say anything unless they look directly at him to ask him directly. Not being one for saying much, he remains to himself, unless he is addressed directly.

*Hearing what the lass says he frowns lightly and then after moment releases that merciah did not answer, so he take a sip from his milk then looks towards merciah with a raised eyebrow.*

*He figured it would be easier to ask him if he was there are all rather then ask the same question twice. He had always found it rather interesting trying to talk to merciah. He normally endded up with half answers or just exactly what he asked for and no more. Then again he thought that was better then some people going on and on for hours.*

Keeping to his meal, Merciah takes a few bites of his scrambled eggs and chews them, swallowing what he took and tykaes another bite just as Jun-bo addressess him. Finishing his next bite he then answers Jun-bo, not looking up as he does so, as he seems to be intent on his meal. "I made it." Short simple, and a direct answer.
Looking up momentarily though after his reply he looks at the two students next to him as his eyes blink once before he returns to his meal. "The classes weren't anything I noted as significant." Merciah adds, knowing that Jun-bo wants an answer to his first question. This may perhaps be the best he could give. As he wasn't effected much by the teachers actions, having been silent in each class.

Ryoko ate as the others talked. She hammered down her portion of eggs until all was gone. Ryoko was not one to eat like a propper lady, she didn't like the hastle of trying to be perfect. But at the same time, she didn't eat like a total slob, too much energy in that. She smiled to herself, rather proud of her egg eating accomplishment.
About to dig into her next piece of breakfast, Ryoko looked at both of them. " What grade are you two in?" She asked.

After answering the question brought forward to him by Jun-bo, Merciah returns to his meal. Eating some of the fruit that is on his tray near the eggs. Taking a bite of the toasted bagel just as Ryoko asks what there grade is. He looks up slightly, letting Jun-bo have the oppurtunity to answer first. Not being a very outspoken person, if Ryoko hasn't yet noticed, Merciah lets the question to pass to his friend first. In doing so, he returns to his meal, finishing his eggs and eating more of his fruit while Jun-bo would speak.

*he nodded slightly as he is told that the classes were nothing overly big. His thoughts were of the messasure that it was nothing but a normal school as he had thought.*

*He kenw what it sounded like, but he was not too worried if they asked why he stated it that way, he could explain though he was sure merciah would rather not ask, but be told*

*After he asked with a smile he went back to eating him self. He was falling behind on eating as the other two had been eating more then talking unlike him self. Though merciah was most likely the closest to finished.*

" Grade 10, I suppose." Ryoko replied, eyes still on her plate as she moved the foor around in a circle. The stabbed the meat with her fork, swishing it around the plate slightly to pick up any extra flavour before she took a bite.
Once she swallowed the meat her blood rd eyes drifted over to Merciah, who had not yet answered her question. " What about you Merciah, what grade are you in?" She asked again.

After Jun-bo answers Ryoko's question, he asks a question of Ryoko before Merciah replies. SO he simply remains quiet, letting her have a chance to reply to Jun-bo. After they have both spoken and it momentarily goes quiet, Merciah finishes what he has in his mouth then speaks. I am a freshman this year." Then his dwindling meal receives his attention again as he takes another bite.

*He chewed his food as he thought about something interesting to speak about. It took him about that mouth full to come up with something interesting enough that they can mayhaps talk about it for a bit. He lifted his glass and take a drink to make sure his mouth was clear of food before speaking.*
"What are your thoughts on the students?"
*He figured by getting an answer from some one new and some one that had been here a while, he could get a decent idea of what most of the new students were like.

Ryoko picked up her juice, which she'd forgotten about, and drank most of it. Putting the glass back down, she looked to her plate. Not much food was left it seemed.

Coming to be near finishing his meal, Merciah is quiet as the two continue with more words between the two of them. Though one thing the girl says brings his face to bare. Visible to the two of them as they are talking, and he looks away from his meal.
"I should warn you before you decide to travel anywhere. The forest is not safe. So please do not go to near. Though if you must, take be sure there is someone near who might be helpful in escaping quickly, as fighting what has been threatening the students recently, has done nothing but allow more patients for our kind school nurse." Then Merciah is done speaking. It is a warning to the girl for her safety, and knowledge being passed onto Jun-bo if he hadn't already known. Two things done with one set of words. Quick, simple, and efficient. Something that seems to be very accurate when describing Merciah.
