Re: The big question(Maaz)
"Oh, I see. Cologne...." Maaz said slowly, hearing the yapping of the dog and the laughter of the children. Jun questioned her about animals and Maaz shook her head.

"I'm not sure I have a favorite. I've never seen the need for a pet. I mean, I've never had the opprotunity either. Animals need time and devotion; I was always on the move and in no position to take care of anyone but myself. But, I suppose if I had to choose, now that I'm stationary, I would like a cat. They seem to be most friendly and quiet...and very soft. I like soft things." Maaz replied, thinking about it. She wondered about the animal policy on campus. Did the school allow animals? Well, since some of the occupants were half animal, they'd most likely have to.

"I think I'd like a cat." Maaz repeated, smiling happily.

Re: The big question(Maaz)
*He smiled and nodded. Her words fell upon his ears like a whisper on the wind. He listened to it intently to make sure he did not miss a thing. He smiled as they walked by the door of the burger joint. One of the workers called out hello to him and he called back hello. *

“It is true that they need time, care and love, but in the end they are normally worth it. If you would like to get a cat, I can take you shopping for one soon if you want. I really do not mind. And if you like soft things, I will keep that in mind for when I wear a shirt when out with you next time. I have one that is velvet. It is very soft.”

*He looked to the buildings coming up around them, they had not gotten to the main shopping area yet, but were only about a block or two away at this point. He smiled and looked around for the things he could tell her about this section of the street. *

“We just passed the burger joint and are walking down the street heading towards the shopping center. There is a dance class that is held in a building across the way. I believe it is ball room dancing, though I think they do ballerina as well during one of the days of the week.”

*He smiled and leaned his head gently on top of hers with a smile. The guy that had said hi had also giving him a thumb up. It had been because of her, he knew. *

Re: The big question(Maaz)
"No, Jun. You don't have to get me a cat. I'm not sure I'd be able to properly take care of one..." Maaz said, trailing off and just listening to the sounds of the city. The cars, the grass, the air, the children....it was all so peaceful. Maaz never felt safer. Why did she always worry so much about those damned scientists?

"But your hand is soft and I like it. And so is your hair." Maaz said, continuing their conversation. As if to make a point, she took Jun's hand into her own and then touched his head. "I don't think it would matter if you wore velvet if I've already got your hand."

Maaz listened as Jun described the city to her, grinning from ear to ear. It really had been a long time since she'd been out.

"Dancing...Kasch taught this one to dance. I told you this before, yes?"

Re: The big question(Maaz)
*He listened to her speak of the cat. He smiled slightly as she said he did not have to get her a cat. He nodded slightly and thought about it some. Maybe at a later point when they were closer he could get her one, and help her take care of it.*

"Ok maybe at a later date."

*She started talking about his hand and his hair. She then took his hand and touched his own head with it. He chuckled lightly as it was odd having his hand touch him self by another. She said it would not really matter if he wore it as long as she had his hand. He smiled warmly as she said some of the kindest things he had ever heard.*

"I guess my hand is soft and my hair is pretty soft. I just figured it never hurt having a little more softness around some times."

*He spoke of the dance again. He smiled thinking about the last time they had spoken about it and that he would take her dancing some time. He had also agreed to be her date to the next ball. It was good memories to him, he wished he had more.*

"Aye you did tell me. Maybe on the way back we can stop there and see what all they teach there. Maybe borrow their dance floor for a bit and dance. If we are up to it on our way back."

Re: The big question(Maaz)
"Okay, I probably will want to. But doesn't it cost money? And you've already offered to buy my kimono and then chocolate and then dinner. I don't think we should if you will have to spend all that money. It will be fine if we just do some dancing back on campus. There's a stage, right?" Maaz said, thinking about dancing with Jun.

She smiled as one of her arms brushed over a chlid's head. She couldn't tell whether the child was a girl or a boy but it didn't matter. Maaz liked children; they were so innocent and so caring. Some of her best memories involved children.

"Do you have a family, Jun?" Maaz asked suddenly.

Re: The big question(Maaz)
*He smiled and nodded lightly as she spoke about the dancing and costing money. He figured it would. He thought about everything and nodded slightly. He figured that it would be alright to just dance at the school stage. Besides he was getting her all to him self then. He smirked and decided on it then.*

"Ok, then back at school we will dance. I am sure we can get to the stage they have there. It will be fun."

*He could tell by the smile on her face that she was truely happy about something. It made his smile soften some. He really liked the way she seemed calm and happy some times.

When she mentioned family he thought back to the family he left and wondered about it lightly. His kids were gone by down and his wife is dead. So he technically did not have any family.*

"No. I am alone in this world right now. Though I hope to have a family some day. What about you?"

Re: The big question(Maaz)
"I had a mother but that is all. They killed her." Maaz replied, reaching out to grab hold of Jun's hand. She sadly thought back to the day they killed her Decennium and the day she broke free.

"I don't like to think about it. I'm not strong enough yet to get revenge. But I will soon. And then, when they come after me, I won't run." Maaz said, a stoic look on her face. Suddenly she smiled and turned her head towards Jun's.

"I hope to have a big family when I am safe. Later on in life, much later. Maybe three children. And a cat. It would be fine to get a cat then because everyone would be safe and I'd be settled down. And I wouldn't be alone. That is my dream."

Re: The big question(Maaz)
*He listened to her and keep his face calm. Then he frowned lightly when she spoke of her family dieing. She also spoke of some one being after her. He took her hand when she reached for his. He held it firmly and smiled lightly.*

"Worry not. When you decide to go for Revenge I would like to come along and help out. I am strong and want to help protect you. I am curious about who is after you, but we can talk about it a different time, if you want."

*He noticed the way her face was not happy when she was speaking about it. He was going to have to help her with this for sure. Then her face turn into a smile as she looked towards him. She started talking about her plans for a family. He nodded thinking of what she wanted. It sounded nice and he wanted something of the same.*

"That sounds nice. It is a good goal for some time in the fucture. I hope your dream comes true. I hope there is some way I can help you come to get your dream."

*He knew it might not come out prefectly right, but he might have gotten his point across.*

When the balance between good and bad chi is upset nature changes. If it shifts to the good side, nature will grew and become stronger. The world becomes more pure and more close to natural. Maaz nodded and smiled a bit wider at Jun.

"Yes, you already said you'd be willing to get me a cat. I'll be sure to take you up on that offer when I'm ready to get one. I hope you'll still be around." she said, swinging her arm gently.

"I could tell you who was after me but I don't think it's a safe place for me to tell you. I mean, they could be anywhere. And, I don't want them to try and hurt you to get to me. I'm not strong enough yet. But, you can help me train so I have no worries about being stronger in the near future."

Maaz paused to survey her surroundings with her arms.

"Where are we now? Close to the store? Close to the fudge? I didn't forget about the fudge. I hope you didn't forget."

Re: The big question(Maaz)
*He smiled and nodded lightly as she spoke of the cat. He sighed lightly, happy to be where he was. It was something nice to be told he would be around a while. It was kind of like her tell him she was keeping him around. He smirked lightly at his thoughts. It was odd, to think like that, when he was not sure where the two stood. Though he hoped to know soon enough.

When she started to talk about the people after her, he was kind of shocked that she thought it was not safe to talk about it there. It must being some one of power if she thinks it was unsafe to speak about it there. It was an interesting topic that he wished to know more about. He figured at a later time he could ask her about it.*

"Well then maybe later today when we are alone you can tell me, and of course I will help you train. When you teach another you often learn."

*When she asked him where they were he smirked lightly and looked around. He had almost forgotten to keep track of where they were and let her know. He noticed that they were mostly in the houseing area, though there was a tailor store there. It was only a block or so tell they got to the other stores. He knew that the fudge store was up a block and then to the left half a block.*

"I did not forget about the fudge; we are about two blocks from the store that sells the fudge. We will be enjoying it soon enough I think. Currently we are mainly around the houses, though there is a tailor shop up here on the right."

"Okay, I'm glad. Then we aren't far from the fudge. I'm really excited about trying it. I hope it tastes as good as you say it does. But I don't think you'll be one to disappoint me." Maaz said cheerfully.

"Where did you live before you came here, Jun? I lived with my Decennium. I can't tell you more but I would like to. I would love to. But I want to know more about you."

*He smiled as she seemed to happy about the fudge and about getting to know him. He smirked and shook his head. It was someting different being out with her, it was always so calming and happy.*

"I am sure you will love fudge. And as far as where I use to live. I live in a very small town in Japan. I lived alone for the most part at least with this life time. In my past life time I have a family and what not, but that is long gone. I guess I should tell you that I am pretty much older then any one else you know, not this body of course, but my soul has been around for hunderds of years.

I have a technic that allows me, to come back from the dead when I die. It allows me to finish things that I believe need to be done and to help keep balance in the world."

*He decided to give her a mintue. It was pretty much his biggest secert and if anything was going to scare her off, it would be that. He smiled calmly as he waited to see how she took it.*

Re: The big question(Maaz)
"So....technically....you are invincible? Right? That means when you die and it won't matter. You can always come back...doesn't that bother you?" Maaz paused, unsure of how to say what she wanted to.

"When you die and leave your loved ones, doesn't it bother you to come back and not have them recognize you? Well, that's assuming you take a new body every time you come back. I wonder..." Maaz left the sentence unfinished and took Jun's hand into hers.

"I'm sure you've learned to deal with your losses. I remember someone saying "with great power comes great responsibility and with great responsibility comes great sacrifices." You must be wise having been around for so long. At least you know the root of your powers. At least you know what you are fully capable of. Not me."

Maaz stopped as she felt herself saddening and forced a smile onto her face.

"Now I have you. Maybe that will help."

Re: The big question(Maaz)
*He smiled and listened to her lightly as she spoke about his powers. He knew he was far from invincible, but some people believed it that way. He listened to her as his thoughts went over what she said. It seemed like she was very upset by his power and yet maybe thrilled at the thought. It was an interesting reaction. He was not sure what to take of it. *

"It is true I do loose my loved ones when I die. But normally, when I die, I either come back to my loved ones if they are still alive, or if they are dead I have to move on. Though I almost always go back and deal with the reason I died."

*He went silent as he listened to her speak some more. It was quite interesting to hear some one say he has learned to deal with the losses. He thought about it and frowned lightly. He had and yet had not. It was something he could deal with, but it still bothers him. *

"I guess I can deal with the loss, but it still bothers me. I do not like loosing my loved ones or leaving them behind. Some times my loved ones do not want me back after I come back 20 years younger. Other times I have to stay away to keep them safe. That is the worse. Knowing they think I am dead, and yet I am alive just having to hide tell I can come back to them. Normally that means the reason I died is a powerful enemy and would kill my family if I come back. So I have to wait tell I am strong enough to kill the enemy and then try to come back."

*When she spoke about knowing the roots of his powers and his limits he chuckled lightly. The mood was lightening some with that question. It was kind of interesting when people thought he was a master, he was still a student. He believed he had thousands of things left to learn if not millions. *

"I have a lot left to learn about my powers. I gain new powers each time I come back and I train differently each time. It allows me to figure out what works best. Maybe some day I will be a master, but for now I am a student still."

*He could tell her forced a smile on her face. He smiled and stopped as she had his hand he, stopped her moving as well. He stepped closer and hugged her tightly. He smiled and nodded lightly as he held her. *

"Aye you have me. I hope we both will stay together and help each other out."

"I'm not sure I would be able to handle multiple losses." Maaz said, enjoying his embrace.

"You are a very strong person, Jun. I'm glad I have you. If I lost you, I'm sure I'd be very very sad. I already lost one person very important to me. Decennium was my mother. She was the one who raised me...until they killed her." Maaz sighed into Jun's chest and moved closer.

"I'm sorry if I offended you. I don't really understand some things." She had picked up on his hesitation and wondered if he was angry.

*He enjoyed the closeness they were sharing at this time. He closed his eyes so that way he could just enjoy the moment with out the worry of what was going on around them.*

"Most people can not handle multiple losses. It is something you just have to learn to deal with."

*He held her close as she spoke about loosing him. To him that was the best thing she could have said to him. It showed that she cared and wanted him around. But more then that, that she thought of him as close to her.*

"I would be sad for leaving you, if I was lost. But that will not happen any time soon if at all so nothing to worry about."

*Her words about the people that killed her family made he a little hot under the colar. He hated when people had to go thru pain like that. He was going to have to visit these people some time and return the favor.*

"I will help you in dealing with those people. Together they have no chane against us."

*He was slightly puzzled when she said that she might have offended him. He had not been. He reached up and gently run his fingers thru her hair. He smiled and shrugged.*

"I have been alive for ages and still do not understand half the things I come across. So do not worry. I was not offended."

Maaz was glad she met Jun. He was kind, strong, smart, and as far as she could tell he cared about her. Maaz didn't think she could have come across a better person to spend her time with. And it didn't bother her at all that they were hugging out in the open. The closeness was a blessing and something Maaz had missed out on for almost her entire life.

"I'm happy, Jun. I'm very happy." Maaz whispered, reaching up to touch his face. Her caress was gentle and innocent, openly expressing her feelings for Jun. She smiled and took a small step back.

"We should get going or we will never mae it to the stores."

*Enjoying the closeness him self he was not sure what to make of all this. He did care for her, and it seemed that she cared for him. He smiled warmly at the thought of all this.

When her hand came up to his face, he closed his eyes to allow her to caress his face as she wanted. It would give her and imange of what he looked like. When she whispered that she was happy he smiled more broadly, he was glad she was. He hoped that she would be for time to come.*

"I am happy as well."

*He opened his eyes as she stepped back, mentioning that they should be on their way or they would never make it to the store. He smiled and thought that it would not be such a bad thing if that happened. He was not sure it would be too bad of a thing after all they were enjoying them selfs.*

"Aye I guess so, if we take too long we will not be able to hit all the stores we want, though that would be alright as well."

"Yes, I guess. We would be together so it wouldn't matter." Maaz said, smiling and taking Jun's hand.

"All we have to go to is the store for the kimono and then the fudge store. But will you still show me around? I did ask if you could describe everything to me."

Maaz paused to get a bearing on where they were. They had stopped in the middle of a sidewalk. Not alot of people were around but Maaz could certainly hear the voices of others and their cars.

"C'mon. Let's go."

*He smiled softly as she took his hands in hers. She seemed to be trying to keep him on track and yet also seemed like she was making him feel at ease.

He grinned and started to move with her. He held her hand firmly and was happy. The two items she mentioned were on the way and he had not forgotten. Leaning closer to her and stole a quick kiss on her cheek.*

"Aye we will make it to both of them. We are about two mintues from the fudge store, so we will pick it up on the way."

*With saying that he lead her down a side street, he could see the fudge shop from there. He was glad they were going to get some, it was always a good thing to relax while eating some.*

"We just turned the corner and there is a restraunt right on the corner that has good food. It is half formal, half not. We could eat there how we are dressed now. The fudge store is up her fives stores up on the left."
